At first they didn't send the part after I had paid, then they said they didn't have it in stock, after many phone-calls, which they never replied to, they sent me the wrong part. (And told me they were doing me a favour!) They agreed on a refund but wouldn't pay the postage which was quite a lot. After many emails, that they did not reply to and umpteen phone calls when they said they would phone back, but did not and one nasty email from them, I decided to keep the part and sell it on to someone else. I realise I have lost my money on this, but if I can stop other people doing business with these rude people, I don't mind.
