JT will not respond to requests asked about my shipment. The address just simply needs to be updated and I'm now over 8 days without a response and the package is now showing shipped...of course after a paypal claim was made.... they're still not responding

Ordered a 2 pairs of shoes. One pair came in damaged the others don't fit. Cannot get a response via email, no phone number, no refund.
DO NOT ORDER ANYTHING, I have a feeling they are about to go out of business and are basically liquidating any stock.

I placed an order with jackthreds on 2-21-2019. Their website shows order unfullfilled. They don't answer e mails and there is no other way to contact them. The only thing I can find on the internet about them is: located on Flushing Ave in NY,NY and it says they only have 3 employees there.

I've been trying to get in contact with JT for over a week now and no resolution. I've been asking them for an update to a shipping label but after more than a week, no resolution. I put a request in on PayPal, but what do you know, the package is now intransit with an incomplete address and still no word back from them....

I am staggered by the awful experience I have had with Jack Threads. Years ago I bought a few things from them and the experience was fine. Kept a few things. Returned a few things. No problems.
In October of this year I bought two pairs of pants. They didn't fit. I emailed and they responded with an address to mail my pants back for a refund.
That was weeks and weeks ago. I have yet to receive any refundnor will they respond to any emails. I have reported them to the BBB and the FTC and my credit card. Yet, almost daily I receive emails from the company offering sales and telling me to buy more stuff. I am determined to get my money back. BEWARE and DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPANY!!

I bought two pairs of pants from them in October 2018. They didn't fit. I emailed and they sent back an address to mail them to(at my cost) for a full refund.
That was weeks and weeks ago.
I have yet to receive a refund or any response to my multiple emails.
I have reported them to the FTC and the BBB as well as my credit card.
Yet, I still get almost daily emails from them with sales and asking me to buy more stuff. STAY AWAY!!

I ordered a medium pair of pants for $40 over a month ago. It says medium on the order page, confirmation, everything. The pants come in and they sent me a small. I try and get a refund or contact customer support and two days later I get an auto reply bot saying they'll have a real reply in 24 hours. Two weeks pass and nothing. I've tried getting ahold of them numerous times and still nothing. They just screwed me out of $40 and ran with it. They used to be a great place to get great clothes but it isn't worth the bother anymore. If they could at least get the order right the first time then I wouldn't even have to be worried about how absolutely terrible their support is. I shopped with them for 4 or more years and I'm not giving them another dime.

I ordered 2 pairs of pants and they were estimated to be delivered Dec 28. When the day came and they did not arrive, I sent an email to JackThread's customer service email and got a reply back an entire week later and the employee didn't even acknowledge my problem.I played email tag with someone for weeks, still no package. They never even addressed my issue and I kept getting more and more indignant. Never got my pants, tried to get my money back and that was a huge hassle. BEWARE!!

I think everyone needs to understand that JT is going out of business. This was unfortunate news as they have a vast assorment of awesome clothing for men But it should've been forecasted when they stopped doing the tryouts option months ago. I've ordered from them since and have received exactly what I ordered. Now, because they're running out of business or were facing whatever type of financial issues, I still think they needed to keep their customer service team alive until their last breath because so far it's a horrible customer experience to have the phones on and have it route to a dead end message to offer a call back. It's misleading and leaves the customer with questions as to what the hell is going on over there, did anyone think about what were going to do about our customers if they call about their order? Who's going to answer the phones? Maybe JT will rebrand because so far if they come back despite some customers having good experiences but also many bad ones, the bad more than good ones won't come back at all to shop at JT. Finally, I stand by everyone that's made a purchase recently, before they officially close their digital doors this Friday. Where the hell is my tracking information??? It's been several days now since my order and so far, all I've received was a email mentioning how they're placing all my items in one package so it's more efficient, ok? All there is, is information on my estimated delivery date but no shipping information yet and as I said it's been about three days to be exact going on four since my order creation, I'm starting to get worried, all I know is my items better get delivered, just saying. I'll give an update as soon as I get any form of communication from JT. Great place to shop for guys but they should've never let go of their CSAs.

Anyone who used JT before 2017 knows they were awesome for the 8 years prior. Tough times and going out of business will certainly tank your level of customer service, which is what happened this year. Thanks for all the swag and deals, JT. You'll be missed.

This is a fraudulent business that will steal your money and not ship you the items you paid them for.
I placed an order for 150 dollars in march. It never shipped. It's now May and they still haven't shipped. It still says "processing." Their customer service line is literally an answering machine. No one calls you back or responds to emails.
What they are doing is straight up illegal. Stay away from this company at all costs.
If any customer service representative is reading this, my order number is 4883361. I'll update this review if you ever respond.

Customer service hotline says "always available 9 am to 9pm". left 3 voicemails last week. No warning that my expedited shipping was literally throwing away money. I understand they are closing their doors, but it said closing "friday" for weeks. Basically they stole $10 from me. Kinda crappy. IDC if they are shutting down. Thats b.s. to take my money and then two weeks later warn everyone orders are gonna be late.

So, I have made purchases from Jack Threads in the past. They had always delivered without an issue.
I purchased some items from their farewell sale, on May 10th, and it was supposed to be shipped to me and received by May 18th. I have not received it. I keep calling them and it goes to voicemail. I have sent numerous e-mails, and no one gets back to me.
They also charged my card for an order I cancelled, and they still haven't put the money back into my account.
Am I ever getting my stuff, or my money back?

I placed an order on the Jackthreads site and the information was there from a previous order, since I had recently moved I updated my billing information but I noticed on the confirmation email that the shipping address still showed my old address. I sent a chat through their page right away (within 30 mins of placing the order) explaining what had happened and included my new address. I waited a day and received no response, so I called; no one answered and I left a message (which according to the outgoing message would be addressed promptly). No one called back, so I sent a text (this is a contact option on the confirmation email); I received an text back stating someone would contact me to address my concern, but no correspondence after that. I checked the next day and the package had shipped already and the destination was still showing my old address. I tried contacting Jackthreads everyday after that through every different contact option listed on their site and no on has answered the phone and no one has responded to any of the other methods of communication. At this point the package has been delivered and all I want is a refund but I doubt this company will make any effort to resolve. I wouldn't recommend anyone use them, this is my second order through the site and the experience has been completely negative. I recommend using Asos instead, they have much better customer service and I've never had any problems reaching someone their.

I have orders that they charged me for, I have orders pending for weeks. I have called and no answer. I have emailed and no answer. They were great just a couple of months ago but now they seem to have fallen off this earth. Beware

JT does not have customer service. I have tried for months to get a response from them and they have never returned my call (having left multiple voice messages), and have not responded to multiple emails concerning an exchange in size. I will not order from them again. Very disappointing.....

Bought a suit for a wedding. Based my decision on what the model was wearing. He was 6'1 and 172 lbs. I'm 5'10 and 150 lbs. Couldn't even close the pants. Sent multiple emails and still no response. Plus they shipped it a week late. Which wouldn't have been the end up the world BUT they didn't even fit.

I love their clothes, it shipped in 9 days standard shipping which isn't bad at all. Prices are pretty reasonable when they go on clearance, so I usually just get those. I don't know about their program where you try out clothes for free, but It doesn't really appeal to me since I already know my sizes, and I can't speak for their customer service and didn't come across any issues yet. I still have another order pending for a pair of joggers and two pairs of jeans but so far i'm satisfied.
