Just had received an email that my whole order was refunded due to item being oversold. Going through the online checkout does not ensure the securing of purchased product. This is completely unheard of in this day and age of online retail transactions. Not to mention to extremely long page loads. Its 2019 and this site behaves like its in dial-up mode.

BUYER BEWARE IF SHOPPING ONLINE!!! Very poor experience. I found their website from Google shopping list and ordered running shoes directly from their website. I immediately received an invoice but then no shipping notification for 4 days. Contacted customer service and Stephanie said my order was cancelled because it could not be fulfilled. I was never notified that the order was cancelled! Because of this I missed out on having my shoes for over a week. In 2019, inventory should be realtime and accurate.
Even worse the shoes I ordered are still shown as available to order on their website a week after my order was "unable to the fulfilled". I think the company just didn't want to sell the shoes to me at their listed discounted price. This is borderline false advertising. Google and other reputable shopping sites should remove them from their listings.

Terrible communication. They will quite happily charge you immediately upon ordering, then come back the next day and say whoops, turns out we don't have that product. A lot of disappointed customers like me on here.

Shoes arrived four days after order, however the box was correct but the shoes inside were wrong. The shoes inside had also been worn, mud on the soles. Immediately I called customer service and reached Miguel who made it right. I got a return shipping label and received the correct shoes two days later.

This website does not offer free returns like many others do. So if the shoes are the wrong size or you just don’t like them you have to pay to return them.

I ordered a travel yoga mat for a trip and was sent the wrong item. Customer service made no attempt to remedy the situation in time for me to have a yoga mat for my trip. In general, customer service was extremely slow and unhelpful.
I would recommend avoiding this company if you want to be sure to have the correct item in time for an event and/or if you want helpful customer service

Take it from someone who just had to eat $15 to ship back two pairs of shoes that didn't fit - only order from Jack Rabbit if you are absolutely sure that the items you are ordering will fit. Otherwise, I would strongly suggest buying from one of the many other online retailers which offer free return shipping. Penalizing someone for returning something that didn't fit is poor business practice.

Ordered a pair of shoes as a reward for my son achieving a running milestone. Ordered size 8.5 but they sent a size 7. When I contacted them they advised they sent the wrong pair and had since sold out of the proper size. I offered to accept any color but they said closest size was 6.5 despite website listing 9.0. They said website is wrong and shows inaccurate inventory. Multiple issues here : inaccurate inventory, improper shipping controls and failure to fulfill customer orders. Shoes exist on the open market. I ordered, now you deliver. That’s how it works. Fulfillment of costumer needs, not excuses for your mistakes. Imagine the positive reviews for making right after a mistake instead of seeking forgiveness and offering empty excuses. Should have known better than to trust an online store with no community loyalty. Will stick to local running store next time.
Don’t trust their ads. They will gladly sell you wrong inventory and demonstrate no ownership to fulfill order. Highly disappointing.

I've always had great experiences in the past, but the last pair of shoes I bought, based on a recommendation from the sales associate, have destroyed my feet. I have flat feet and overpronate, so I trust the professionals at this store. This time I was steered in the wrong direction. I ended up spending $149.00, give or take, for a pair of On Cloud Swiss shoes. I now have a pulled hip muscle, sore knee, and tendinitis in both feet. I brought these shoes to my podiatrist, and he suggested I throw them out.
It's too late for me to return these even with Jackrabbits generous return policy. I just wanted to give a shout out, that these shoes should not be recommended to anyone with flat feet who overpronate. I feel like I've thrown out a big chunk of cash, and I now need to go spend more.

Ordered some Nike running shoes that I needed by a certain date. TWO DAYS later, I get an e-mail saying the item is out of stock and my order has been canceled. The item is still showing in stock on the site. This is the internet age, folks. Get your inventory systems up to date. Very poor service.

We received gift cards as presents for our daughter's birthday. Multiple valid gift cards are not working on their site. We know they are valid as we previously purchased a small item in store. I tried calling customer service and they are closed on weekends. I went into the store to ask about online store sale items and they rudely told me they are not honored. With so many options to purchase shoes online, there are much better vendors including Zappos and Amazon, Nordstrom, Bloomingdales, Macys, Shoes.com and ShoeBuy. I'll never buy from or visit JackRabbit again. They certain need a class in customer service.

Ordered the Vaporfly4% the day it came online. Today, 10/8/2018, they said they cannot find my order because it is out of stock. Is it because I selected free shipping instead of paying for shipping? I bet they gave away my order to someone else who paid for shipping. What a unreliable company... NO more order from your store. For future customer who reads this please pay for shipping to guarantee your order will be delivered.
