I purchased a Jacket for my partner for Christmas, it arrived within the timeframe but the jacket clearly wasnt as pictured and looked as though the sleeve were meant to be 3/4 length.
I returned the product 4/5 days after the returns policy and emailed to advise of the return. Two weeks later I emailed again to check the status and was advised of a "system problem", I was offered a refund or replacement and opted for refund. Funds were in my bank within 3-4 days.
We have ordered from Jack + Anchor before and never had problems and found them helpful with the refund. I went to review their range today but cannot locate their website anywhere which is quite disappointing as some items have been good.

paid £178.00 for 2 coats that were too small when they arrived. sent them back for an exchange and 4 months later still waiting for either the coats or the money. i have emailed several times but as yet no luck.
would advise everyone to steer clear of this company

Avoid, avoid, avoid. This company is unreliable and sending sale items that look like they have been put together by someone with there eyes closed. When I ordered my item the images associated with the produce do not match what I was sent. I've emailed Jack and *anker several times and no response. More annoyingly you cannot speak to anyone within the company to discuss my issues. Luckily for me I payed with PayPal so I may be ok for a refund. I personally don't shop very often online because of my shape and I will probably never again because of this experience

This company needs reporting. I ordered from them 24/2/17. I did not receive the item and after several emails to them they said that there had been a slight stock issue and my order had been dispatched. Well that must have been incorrect as it has never arrived. I requested a full refund 2 weeks ago but heard nothing. I paid via PayPal so hoping to get my money refunded but so far they haven't responded to PayPal.

The quality of the jack i bought was substandard, so I returned it and asked for a full refund.
Numerous emails telling me it would be with me shortly and here we are 3 months later and still no refund.
I wish i had of checked this site before buying from them.
They have effectively stolen my money.

I saw an advertisement of this company on Facebook, I checked out their stock and was interested in purchasing a "Brown wax jacket" as it was on sale. After completing all my details and ordering, it was supposed to come within "3-5 days" it didn't come for a good two weeks so i approached to message the company.
Their response was "they were out of stock, apologise for the inconvenience and will send off a new one immidetaly.". After a week of waiting nothing came, the company stopped responding to my emails so I immediately realised this was all a scam. I've made my payment through PayPal therefore was able to escalate a case against them due to non-responsive behaviour. I was enough lucky for PayPal to regain my £39 pounds without much hassle. Please, stay away from them as all they will genuinely do is take your money!

Placed order online 27.02.17. Lead time quoted was 3-5 days. Money taken from my account almost immediately.
Now 25.03.17, no sign of my order. Website shows a contact number, which when called, advises all enquiries are dealt with via email, and also states emails are responded to within 24 hours. I emailed on 06.03.17, 10.03.17, 14.03.17, 17.03.17, 22.03.17 and 24.03.17, no response.
This company is disgusting. Do NOT give them your money.

Saw an ad on Facebook, looked good. Went to the website, looked slick and well designed, reasonable prices. Ordered some jeans for £20 using PayPal then...nothing. When I checked my order status it said "Getting your order ready..." and it stayed like that. After a few days I emailed, no response. Waited a few more days, emailed again, nothing. Have had to escalate things through PayPal, who themselves have had no response as yet (nearly 3 weeks later!) Avoid this company like the plague.

Ordered the wrong size wax jacket back in February 2017 Despite me contacting them the very next day and an emailed reply to say the correct sized jacket would be sent I still received the wrong sized jacket This was immediately returned and despite numerous emails I have still had no jacket or my money refunded to me I am now left with no alternative but to contact the Financial Ombudsman I have received some really shocking customer service in my time but this tops the lot

I have waited for 3 weeks now for a refund with no joy on a wax jacket that was signed for on the 1st March at 12.06pm by someone called Cooper. I have had no response to the emails sent and you cannot contact Jack + Anchor by phone or twitter!! Absolutely terrible customer service. Won't be ordering anything else from here again. I ordered a wax jacket in Jan and to date have still not received - although full payment has been made. I have emailed them several times and have had replies saying another one is on way, but on way where? Since Start of Feb I have not had a single email reply from them. Trading standards will be contacted. Please do not order from this company.

Purchased a jacket late 2016 turned up 3 days later really pleased.
Ordered a pair of shoes 22/02/17.
not received, emailed for an update on 6/03, got a reply next day saying problems in the warehouse but product has now been dispatched. 13/03 email saying a refund had been issued. Don't appreciate waiting 3 weeks to be lied to. Also their customer service phone number just says they only deal with queries through email, so pointless. Doubt I'll be buying anything else.

I bought a jacket from your website in December 2016. Unfortunately it was the wrong size and so I returned it at the beginning of January 2017 requesting a different size. It was returned by recorded delivery and arrived at your warehouse on 9th January.
I emailed you twice chasing up the exchange in January, and eventually received a response on 30th January saying there was an issue with the courier "updating my tracking details" but a new jacket had been dispatched to me and should be with me "within a day or two".
Needless to say, I did not receive any delivery in the next day or two...or nine for that matter. And so I e-mailed your "customer support" e-mail address on 9th January for an update. I received a reply on 10th January apologising and advising that my replacement jacket wasn't sent straight away because you didn't have my size in stock, but the "haulier" would be chased and my jacket would be with me "any day now". I was also advised to reply to the e-mail if I hadn't received the jacket by early the following week.
Once again, the jacket didn't arrive. Since then, I have e-mailed your customer support address on 16th February, 21st February and 27th February asking for some kind of update/explanation as to why it has taken two months to send me a replacement.
Disappointingly, I have since been met with radio silence. I am yet to receive my replacement jacket, and have not received any sort of satisfactory explanation for the delay. It's extremely frustrating that your company were quite happy to take and keep my money, but have been unable to provide me with my goods. I've even asked for a refund in my e-mail of 21st February but this hasn't been honoured or even acknowledged.
The worst part is when you phone your customer support line and are greeted by an automated message that advises that all of your customer service enquiries are now dealt with by e-mail "to increase efficiency with your customer service". It also advises that you aim to respond to all enquiries within 24 hours. I can without doubt say that this is the least efficient customer service I have ever experienced, and you're missing your e-mail response target in spectacular fashion.
Due to your failure to respond to e-mails, I have been forced to post this message on social media. All I ask is that my message is acknowledged and I'm provided with an update as to the whereabouts of my jacket, failing which I receive a full refund for my purchase. I don't think that's too much to ask.
I look forward to hearing from you in due course.
