Jabra Elite active 75t doesn't can't connect to mac if it's paired with your phone.
Complete garbage.

Excellent customor support! Very helpfull and fixed the problem right away. The product is also perfect.

no bad but some small problems on my earbuds.

Very bad quality. I bought 75t Elite Active (190 quid!!) and received them yesterday only for the left earbud to become completely unresponsive after a firmware update pushed by the app (!!!)

If you browse the web there are plenty of such cases and general left earbud connectivity problems.

I'm not that fussed because I'll just buy something from an established, reputable brand with proper quality control and proper wireless technology.

However, I've been really inconvenienced by this and now have to waste my time going through the returns process.

Do yourself a favor and look at brand names that are more mainstream and familiar to you, this one is clearly not ready to play with the big dogs (but happy to charge the big price).

Great quality for business conference calls

I bought these headphones off, Qvc shopping channel. Iv paired to my phone come to increase the volume, I can't seem to increase very low output, apart from the volume I don't no what else to say about these ear plugs ??

I assume this is for fake reviews. This is probably the channel jabra set up to hide their horrid reviews in all other channels. Just have a look at reviews they get elsewhere and compare them to this sudden burst of optimism around their "brand". In reality jabra isn't really making headphones, they just make plastic garbage that rarely works.
