I'm a housewife, so i started trading on ITrader for getting extra money for my family. I knew almost nothing, but this platform provided me with the analyst, who taught me a lot. Currently, i've learned how to trade on currency pairs and do it well. Due to working with ITrader i could clear my debts. So i'm very pleased with trading on such a reliable platform, with professional assistance.

The whole scam goes pretty quick. You are lured in through advertisements and a quick responding phone-call. They want you to upload documents and data, which makes it look like a legitimate business (spoiler: it is not).
I felt like an moron when I transferred funds of €250,00 to a swiftly created account. When I started reading the "Terms & Conditions", I already knew I've been dumb. The company is listed in Cyprus which translates to illegitimate business.
After this deposit the account manager calls. She will ask you why you created an account if you don't want to trade (I wanted to get my €250,00 out as fast as possible, but your attempt at getting it will be hard). They are very persistent in getting you to trade on the platform (because that will make everything even harder for yourself).
I requested a withdrawal, but I'm not getting my hopes up. To help others over here I immediately opened a complaint at the AFM (Dutch Financial Authority), the creditcard company and the Police. We'll see if I get my €250,00 back, but let's make sure this company disappears.

Absolute disgusting bunch of thieves. If I could give no stars or minus I would.
Banked £300 with them, read these reviews after joining on the understanding it was a decent company as the link was on moneysupermarket's Martin Lewis site.
I've had emails saying I cancelled my wish to withdraw with my manager, which is utter tripe.Pestered with calls from loathsome manager George rattling on for ages to sweet talk me and give me training how to earn money.
I requested the withdrawal again and it has been processed but with £43 less than I deposited back. Bank can't help me get it back and neither can itrader. And wished me a great day after saying yo won't get your full amount back. Ha ha. It's in their terms.
Their freephone number does not work I had to redial the number the manger rang me on.

Today we know 97% of all Binary Option traders will loose their funds and very few of those firms are in the reality connected to any market. ITRADER.com is just one another scam-company. But they seem to have published a lot of fake reviews on some review forums, and even been discovered for it! They have their adress in Cyprus , but it`s ruled like over 90% from Tel Aviv Israel. Itrader.com is confirmed to be located there by an Israeli law firm. Keep far away from those scam websityes on social media

Immediately after I opened an account I started to get unsolicited calls from callers with a Russian accent based on "Cyprus".
The caller was quite aggressive in his approach and used typical spam caller techniques trying to keep me on the phone.
After a quick google, I found a lot of suspiciously good looking reviews.. and it seems to me that that Russian review bots are at work here... the same spam-machine that got Trump elected.
When things feel bad... they usually are. I immediately closed my account again.

ITrader are evil and untrustworthy! They said to me if I put more money in my account they will be able to give me advice. I started with a small amount £200 but they said I needed 10 thousand to get support. I added more funds so I could. They said to be don't worry it's like putting it in another bank account, you can take it out anytime. Then the adviser called me everyday and told me to put trades on even though I said I can't lose more than £100. One night I lost all my savings. And they have the nerve to say to me money comes and goes. They have no regard for situation, they take no notice of what you are saying. I wish I could have had a copy of all the discussions we had.

They keep calling constantly from different numbers so that I can't even block they should understand I don't want it when I never answer but they just keep calling and I keep blocking. Due to the numbers always being different I can no longer answer calls from others because I have to look up the numbers to see if it's this business.

I invested 90% of my retirement payment in Binary/forex investment last year and in binary options with the mindset of getting it multiplied and enjoying a better retirement life. It was sweet and smooth from the start, withdrawals were easy and consistent until it gets to a point I started to be denied withdrawals and that was how I lost all money, I couldn't get my investment amount back not talk of the bonuses. I contacted several lawyers but it was all waste of time and money, they couldn't render an inch of help. God so good to my old self and family, I later met with a certified binary options recovery expert that helped me recover 99.9% my investment back from the scam brokers Mr Glenn Johnson and his team worked relentless to get my refund from the scam broker, I want to share my experience to help other victims like me get their funds back without any hassle. You can contact the binary options trade funds recovery expert via his email address: johnsonglenn758(at)gmail.com if you have found yourself in same situation as me, I can assure you that the recovery firm would be able to help you just as they helped me.

Again the same story as the others. I started with 250 inlay. On the same day I realised the kind of business I´m dealing with and put a request for withdrawal my money. I filled out all the documents needed and send several proofs of my bankaccount but all rejected. This company practises fraude. I only want my 250 euro back!
They seem to act on it. Now wait when I receive my money back.

Account has been deactvated, Itrader claiming i need to reset my password but the password reset link on the website is fake, after 20 emails they wont change my password manually and tell me to give them my phone number so they can harrass me with calls, I have told this company over 20 times they will not get my phone number and they reply with the same garbage email. All a ploy to get you locked out of your account so they can charge inactivity fees, SCAM, just want my money back but they wont even let me login to my account to submit my documents, reporting them to the FCA and hopefully can get my money this way,

This is the the worst scam I have ever seen. Tricked my father into buying stuff he doesnt know what is with 1:200 leverage and he doesnt even know what leverage is. My family lost all our life savings to this disgusting company. 112 thousand euros.
Their platform is very misleading when it comes to profit/loss. They kept calling him every day telling him he has to put in more money or else he will lose everything. He had no idea what he was buying.
An employee of iTrader would call him every day and tell him he should buy this and that (always CFDs) where he would lose money, and guess who is on the other side of the table? The CFD provider, aka iTrader.
If they ever give you investment advice, doing the opposite is probably the best. They pushed him into making A LOT of trades and into currency CFDs like that is some smart idea to be doing for an old architect who doesnt know the difference between debit and credit.
They have ridiculous fees and swap costs. They advice you to sell everything that goes a little bit into the green and keep the losing positions open. This results in you losing more and needing to deposit more and more until its all gone.
Though what this company does may not be fully illegal, it is highly unethical and disgusting.
Please close your account with this company as soon as possible.
Edit: Of course I am not allowed to reply to iTraders reply here below so I will edit my comment. You claim to have sent me a private message but that is a lie.
Please do not say that you do not sell products/services as that is exactly what you do.
When my father buys a CFD from you, the only thing he is buying is a contract from you saying either he will lose or makey money based on an underlying asset. When he loses, you make money.
When your people call him to tell him what he should buy and invest in, telling him that they are very experience and soliciting financial advice, if he makes money iTrader loses money. I have never heard of a company that rewards employees for losing money, quite the opposite. iTrader is the counter-party to every trade available on your site, which means you only make money by clients losing money.
It is very obvious that your business model is set up to scam money out of people with little financial knowledge and know-how.

· The start is, that your employer invite me to start with euro 250,00
· Within 1 day, there is a frequent telephone contact with a increasing pressure to transmit euro 5000,00
· After the first trades, where I have clearly announce only want to go by small steps, your employer advice me to go for a different volume. In this case 0.2 for Nasdaq-sep19.
· Later on, it seems that the safety margin was to small. Your employer called me again frequently, where I told clearly not prepared to but more money on my account.
· I lost more then euro3000,00
· Your company switch over to another advisor, named Oz.
· Moses went with me to USDZAR, without telling me, that this is very expensive concerning swap.
· After the weekend I got another advisor, named Moses, who seems to be the manager.
· He explained me to know a method, get back the lost money of the Nasdaq-sep19 trade and the trade of the USDZAR.
· I followed up his advise. The result was much more dramatic.
· Then Moses explained me about an event on Friday 07/07/2019, which will help me to get back the money.
· To be sure, that we can withstand the remaining 3 days, he advise me to put an extra 10K euro, only for safe reasons.
· The I get suddenly a new advisor, named Anne
· After the event, the total loss was indeed less, but Anne advice me to invest again in currencies over the weekend, because there are no swap over the weekend
· The result was again dramatically.
I feel myself, who has declared clearly to all the advisors, that I have no experiences, that the advisors has not inform me very well and they put me in very risky environment, by not explaining well:
· The consequence of the volumes
· The swap costs.
· The fees, who ITrade charges

Do not use this company unless you want to throw your money away.
They have scammed my Mother in law out of £50,000 which consisted of her £20k life savings and somehow they managed to get her to take out a £30k bank loan.
The whole thing is utterly heartbreaking!
She has the early stages of Dementia and was unaware of what she was doing. They got her to invest by assuring her they would help her, they would show her the screen and says things like “see you money have gone up” shortly after the money would start to disappear and they would scare her into investing more by telling her she would loose what she had already invested if she did not. They told her not to tell anyone else during the time they took her money.
When she asked for the money back the day after she had completely run out of money they told her it was all gone.
We are still in the process of seeing if we can get legal help with this.

Ok, here the situation is a bit strange.
I don't know if its the same in Italy and in the rest of the world, but i'd like to share my experience with this broker.
Precisation: it's itrader.com ITALY i'm talking about.
So, let's begin.
I was scammed with a facebook sponsored post regarding a platform called "Bitcoin Revolution" (that later i found out it was a froud by research). Reading the article, i thought "yeah, let's try" (of course in full brainfart mode). When i entered my email and credentials, i was redirected on this website .itrader.com
Now the strange fact is this: i actually registered with this trader coming from a scam webpage for sure, because, as we all know Bitcoin Revolution is scam. But why the redirect to iTrader?
However, after registration, i got called by the phone by a girl with a strong east europe accent, that guided me into the whole process of onboarding. Then told me to deposit €215 on the platform to start trading. I did that. Uploaded all my documents and stuff, and that's it, my account was activated and i started trading. I was actually earning some money (i just invested that 215€, not a single cent more) and got about 5 euros profit.
Stange point number 2: the account manager. After the deposit, i was called by this guy (same accent), who pretended to be the "account manager". I told him i was new to this world, that i would need a lot of help initially, and i would love to have some suggestion. Well, the only answer i got from him was: "if you invest more money you make more profit". Yeah, sure, but i asked "how does the market work generally? How can I be sure if i invest something, that would turn into a profit?". Nothing, he only told me to invest more money, but i refused. I just wanted to try with micro operation to see if i could actually earn some profit this way.
The next day, he called me again saying "today commodities are sky high, you should invest on it". I already did that before he called me, but for the entire conversation, he tried to pull out more money from me to invest into trading, and i said, again, no. At the end of the call he said something like "if you invest other 200€ within today, i will pass you a secret information about Apple". I told him to keep his secret information for himself, because (i was informed on that) it is 100% not legal as it is called insider trading or something like that, so i couldn't use that information anyways if i didn't want to go to jail.
Always the same guy told me i can't withdraw less than 250 euros from my account. I got even more suspicios at this point.
So the very next day, with the online platform, i asked a withdrawal of 200€ from my account to see if he was right.
Useless to say, he was wrong, cause the platform let me withdraw that money.
Strange fact n.3: i actually got 200€ back on my credit card.
Strange fact n.4 if you search itrader.com the first pages of google results are of strange websites that "review" itrader.com. But those websites are with the same content, and actually looked more like advertising than reviewing the broker.
Strange fact n.5: everytime i opened a customer service ticket, they answered me with the same answer (i opened about 6 tickets) and always got the same answer "we received your withdrawal request", yeah, but i asked to close the account once and for all in the ticket.
Strange fact n.6: if they were scammer, they were not certificated by CONSOB (which is the italian authority in this field)
Strange fact n.7: if you go search better on google, like on the 6th or 7th page of results, they will start to appear comments of user that say they got scammed by this broker. Very strange.
Strange fact n.8: they really are certified by the CONSOB authority here in Italy, and regulation here is strict.
End of the story: because i'm not totally convinced of their strange way to operate, i decided to close my account and to wait for them to do so, but at least i got 200€ back.
They didn't steal any money from me, but the way they operate is pretty twisted. It seems and feels like scam, at least according to what my experience was, but i can not call them scammers, because i actually got my money back.
I got 200€ out of 219€ back, but the account is still active and i'm trying to make them close it, because i don't want em to keep any of my personal information.
I apologize for my bad english and hope my experience can help someone else.

Joined via recommendation - put in £250, decided to withdraw until I had proper confirmation of my place in a trading group, then only after I received £206 and contacted them did they decide to clearly show the rules of “0/1 transactions Incur a withdrawal fee of €50” so basically I lost £44 for the pleasure of them wasting my time and constantly calling me. Highly ironic how they warn you about all these illegal groups and loss of money trading and yet it was them that took the money from me. Very dodgy, I’d avoid like the plague if you were considering them as a broker.

I started trading about a year ago just with a small amount but was encouraged to use a bank loan to trade , when my bank froze my account I had to go in and have an interview to restart it and they informed me it was illegal to take out a loan to gamble. My account manager told me to say the loan was for home improvements!
I emailed my manager after the bank interview and told him to put money back into my bank account but that didn't happen.
I started trading and had over 100k in my account at one time but 27th June last year I was told to trade 100 units and lost 50k and swap of 31k overnight! Was told it was my fault because they couldn't contact me to stop the trade.
Over the next few months I put more money in and traded up good amounts but they would always go down to nothing.
You are always pressured to put more money in , I think they make their money from the payments you make.
They told me I could trade my way back !
I was never advised to take some profits out when there was a good amount in my account.
I am still paying off my bank loan even though I was assured from my profits I would pay it off before any interest was due.
Life is a struggle due to my dealings with Itrader.
