In January 2016 I bought an Itho Gusto 3 in 1 tap and had it installed with the Itho blender valve so that it supplied hot water as well as boiling water.
I submitted a warranty claim using the form on the IthoUK.co.uk website and received an automated email response on 27th June (Ticket number 910265291). I waited for the promised response, but did not receive any reply. On 29th June I sent an email asking for a response. I didn't hear anything. I sent another email on 3rd July and attached proof of purchase.
I received an automated email response the same day.
I have still not had any reply. It is somewhat inconvenient to be without any hot water in my kitchen. Customer service does not seem to exist.
