They provide great customer service. I have purchased furniture on two occasions and they have delivered the items in a timely manner without any problems. Nathan is great!

My wife and I are doing a total refresh of our home. We wanted a modern, contemporary look rather than our current traditional look. We feel so exceptionally fortunate to have found Italy Design with Nathan and Nanci. They have an amazing selection of truly fine pieces of furniture, many of them literally works of art. Nathan and Nanci were wonderful to work with and to learn from. They have such a great eye for unique pieces and a true passion for the ones that they select for their showroom. This same passion for perfection carries over to their delivery team, lead by Steve. He is meticulous in assembling and positioning the furniture in your home. We can't say enough good things about our experience with Italy Design. If you are looking for truly unique pieces of furniture backed by exceptional personal service, then Italy Design is for you.

My wife and I have been purchasing furniture from Nathan and his team at Italydesign for nearly 20 years and we have always had a great experience. In the showroom, Nathan and the staff are extremely knowledgeable of the operation and construction of the furniture and are always able to help us to make the right decision. The showroom is quite large and displays most of the furnishings available on the web site.

Once we have made a purchase we are kept appraised of availability and delivery dates of any special order and the staff is proactive in letting us know when a piece of particular interest becomes available or when a new design or innovation appears. On site, Steve and the delivery folks are friendly and helpful with any setup required in the home. When they are finished with the setup we are able to simply enjoy the furniture without any further fuss.

Nearly every piece of furniture in our home has been purchased at Italydesign and we couldn't be happier. Service has remained consistently great over the years and the fact that we keep returning for more should be an indication of the quality of experience.

The furniture is extremely well made, durable, and great looking and to that point we have furniture that we purchased eighteen years ago that remains comfortable, functional, and stylish. The furniture is unique in many respects and provides us with joy with each use. The highest quality leathers, fabrics, and mechanisms are employed in the construction of the furnishings providing us with confidence that the furniture will serve us well for years to come.

It could be a tricky business ordering expensive furniture online (especially if you live in Virginia and the showroom is in California) but not with "italydesign". Thanks to their excellent website and Nathan in customer service we now have LEM piston bar stools that arrived in perfect condition and look perfect in their location. We only had a couple of questions but Nathan was quick to respond and in a matter of minutes all was well. We look forward to doing business with them again.

I did a lot of research to find a well made, non-toxic mattress. It figures my search led me to a product made in Italy!!! They make great wine and olive oil!!! The website explains everything you need to know about the mattresses. There are a lot to choose from. All you do is call or email them, and the mattress is ordered and delivered right to you. It was so simple that I almost thought it was a scam. But it wasn't, and I love my mattress.

The furniture here is the best Italian furniture I've ever seen in the SF bay area. We've purchased from Italy Design twice now - first time we bought a dining room table and a TV/Entertainment stand - both fantastic. This time we bought a sectional leather sofa and a console table. This store isn't open to the public often, so check the website if you're in the bay area and want to see the furniture in person. But the manufacturers they carry online and in the store are great quality, so I wouldn't hesitate to order directly off the website. Some things take a while if they have to be shipped from Italy, but you'll never find anything like it anywhere, so the wait is worth it. I recommend Italy Design for anyone looking for beautifully designed quality Italian furniture.
