I ordered from this site back in November and it took them more than a month to "ship" my espresso machine. They never state anywhere on their website that they were the broker so that wait time was unexpected for me since I was sending this as a gift.
After that embarrassing amount of wait time, they gave me a tracking code that shipped to RUSSIA. I ordered this and paid for the hefty intl shipping ($100) to Taiwan.
I've dealt with mishandled orders before but this one takes the cake because it took them more than a month to ship a product to the wrong country. ON TOP OF ALL THIS they respond to maybe 10% of my emails. Literally after they make a sale they don't answer your emails. Also their "contact us" page is a joke, when you make an account and try to contact them it auto fills another customer's information and doesn't let you correct/send your questions. that's a serious security breach. The worst part is after I sent maybe 10 emails telling them about the mishandled shipment they finally respond in Jan saying they'll look into it and issue me a refund after contacting the shipping provider. that was well over a month ago and every time I've contacted them NO ONE HAS RESPONDED. Not even an update. I'm beginning to think this wasn't just an innocent mistake because they'll respond to product inquiries but not emails about your missing product.
EVERYONE PLEASE DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS KIND OF SCAM COMPANY. and if you absolutely must use paypal so at least you'll be able to dispute your payment and get your money back.

They'll take your money, send incomplete order and "drive you around" for months to come. Totally irresponsible company., just do not waste your time! I'm forced to say so in order to protect other people because what they did to me is so shameful. For God sake I wasted so much of my precious time to write dozens of emails and trying to reach them by phone - nothing! +39 363 1901147 is their phone, try yourself! Disgusting! I'm just taking my first steps in order to "take my blood back" and protect others from this scum.

Nov-02 I purchased espresso machine at the website. Dec-13 I opened ticket in PayPal resolution center for full refund because did not get any information about real status of my purchase. During this period I’ve applied three times to customer support of the shop with request to provide me real status and tracking number. All request are registered in my account in the shop, but for any request I received no answer.
Two weeks later PayPal informed me that they did not get refund from seller as well and processed refund according to PayPal deal protection.
Conclusions: if you want to parting with money or spend time on a refund welcome to buy at this online shop.

I paid the order 00004290/17 on 6 February 2017.
On 10 of February Mr. Ercole Palmeri informed me that my order is confirmed.
Since then I didnt hear a thing from this Company.
It is 20 of February by now and they didn't even send me message, I am not talking about my coffee machine!
I hope someone will react at least in front of public audience.

Order nr #00003776/16 , ordered on 26 Nov Orved Vacuum sealer for my dad for Christmas. It was never sent, no reply to my emails, no contact. Luckily i paid with paypal and got my money back today, 31 dec. AVIOD!!!

In the past this company was good. I am not sure why it changed.
Now they will simply take your money and not deliver.
I thankfully got my money back through the protection of PayPal.

ItaliaWorldWide is totally scam. I order at 12/19, 2016. Said has been shipped at 1/31, 2017. The tracking number is fake. Till 3/28, 2017. Never got the product. Writing tones of e-mail and no response. I wish I found this site sooner. I also hope I can get my money back!

totally waste time, the seller promised to ship the order on Feb 8th. After waiting for 2 months without receiving anything, I Contacted him what happened, NO response. opening a PayPal dispute, when I checked the order status now, it says "refunded" , but I have NOT got refunded YET!
AVOID this website if you don't want waste your time and energy and all these stress.

Same as others here, ordered in November, some sort of dodgy tracking number sent that DHL knew nothing about, they did send the occasional mail saying 'out of stock we need 5 more days' but after 3 months still no sign so opened PayPal dispute and got refund.
Thank God for PayPal.

But my recently experience REALLY BAD and make me MAD!
I ordered on 06-DEC-2016 for a "in-stock" product. I wait after a month then I email to customer service inquiring when will the item being shipped- NO RESPONSE...

Contact them in Facebook message- NO RESPONSE
Post a public post on their Facebook- >>>THEY DELETE MY POST! <<< - still not respond to my inquiry.
email again- NO RESPONSE
They take money very fast but reply customer's inquires take forever!

I hate to leave a negative review, but the company's complete lack of response to my repeated inquiries about my shipment has left me no choice. I ordered an espresso machine as a wedding gift on 8th July and was told it would arrive at the recipient's address in Israel in a week to 10 days, and that it would certainly be delivered by the end of the month. July came to an end and I began to write to customer service to ask about the status of the package, but I received only automated replies. Moreover, each time I write I receive another automatically-generated tracking number, not one of which has any actual relationship to my shipment. The wedding is this coming week, and several weeks after the gift was promised to be delivered all I have is a collection of useless tracking numbers and the legacy of my unanswered and increasingly desperate inquiries to the company. I don't even have any evidence that the product has ever shipped. I have found this experience outrageously frustrating and would never have ordered from Italia worldwide had I known they would be so unreliable and careless with their customers.

Be careful it's a fraud website. Taking your money then saying "sorry" because shipment is lost, and proposing you a refund, and thats all. No money and no reply for a month. Just ignoring me after stealing my 110 eur

Do not dissemble, have 2 automatic response to requests.
I asked to explain the reason for the delay, if you do not want to send - to return the money.
Explanations I have not received as a refund.

After the order confirmation I had no insight into the delivery process. I heard nothing for 2 weeks. My request mail was answered quickly, professionally and friendly. The machine was delivered in perfect condition.

This is my first time buying La Pavoni PRG and Rancilio Rocky Grinder from Italy to Hong Kong online. I had to wait 3 weeks for receiving the goods, even though I paid an express courier charges Eur128. Ercole Palmeri said that I had special discounts always required 3 weeks for shipping. Actually, I don't mind to wait but they should mention on the website to tell its customers since clients don't expect to wait for 3 weeks if they pay express courier. Ercole Palmeri is very helpful when I found that my portafilter was torn and I had to replace it. Of course, I had to wait another 3 weeks for receiving spare part but it is OK to me and I'm appreciated that Italiaworldwide can help me to replace spare part free of charges. I was very happy when I received the La Pavoni, it looks beautiful and like art goods but its coating is very thin. I found the base under ABS tray was torn also after using a month. It is so horrible! Finally, I would recommend Italiaworldwide to provide more shipping methods which are much cheaper.

Recently brought the Rancillo Silvia and the bottomless portafilter.
It tooks less than 1week to ship to Hong Kong.
The machine works very well in Hong Kong with the UK adapter provided.
Highly appreciate customer service officer's help.

We ordered on the 21st of June and four weeks later we have no information wheather the Nemox Gelatissimo has been dispatched or not. On the 29th of June ItaliaWorldWide informed us, that because of a special discount there is a special condition of shipping and announced the dispatch for the 1st of July. This has been the last information, no further reaction to our emails. Special conditions should be announced and customer contact would be helpful. We just want our money back.
After waiting again for five days, today (25th of July) we contacted ItaliaWorldWide by PayPal and immediately obtained the refund. Correct - but disappointing.

After 1 month the order was still in "Processing" state, after that they just deleted it. The support person and probably only employee put me to wait another week but of course the order was still not sent. I only managed to get my money back after opening cases to my bank and at the online payment portal after more than one and a half months. Do not do business with this horrible company! They only kept my money for almost 2 months for nothing.
