Everything went smoothly. The staircase arrived in perfect condition and in time, but I have not assembled it yet. I endeavour to update my review as soon as I have put the staircase together.

It was my first time to buy a stair case online and I got immediate and accurate replies. I would like to mention Ms Martina from the customer care for her help in choosing the right product for my requirement.

Unfortunately when our shipment was being erected our engineer realized that you had supplied the wrong components for the hand rail. This has resulted in us being delayed for about one week for the installation to be completed. I hope you realize that this is only my view of the packaging department and perhaps a review of your process will eliminate this problem from occurring again.

On a more positive note may I commend you on your staff and in particular Martina.
Martina has been our contact throughout our enquiry and has demonstrated an outstanding knowledge of the English language to help us with our purchase. Her attention to detail and customer satisfaction is exemplary, her ability to deal with a problem, and prevent it from escalating into a conflict, is a credit to her and Fontanot for your employee standards and training. Unfortunately I can only give a 4 star rating because of the delivery problem but Martina is 5 stars plus every time. Martina was also kind enough to contact an engineer to install our staircase who's name is Michele who again I can only wholeheartedly recommend for his work.
Again may I say that Martina is a credit to your company and I hope she is rewarded for her ability, knowledge and kindness.
