Did not receive my order. Their customer service is useless. They also use fastway as their courier which is the worst most unreliable of couriers. Really is a case of buyer beware - should have looked at online reviews, both their irish and UK sites have terrible ratings. High risk of paying for something you won't receive.

Order clothing in march still not arrived. After repeated mails to sports direct and their courier service fast ways deliveries have still received no reply. This lot should wear a balaclava when selling products.

If there was an option for 0 stars I'd choose that! Ordered a bathroom accessories set among other items online. The soap dispenser (hard plastic/glass) arrived smashed in the bag, no addtional packaging or padding used, just thrown into a plastic courier bag as is! I contacted sports direct customer services asap with photos of broken glass and documentation with shipment sent. I waited 10 days for reply, recieved nothing, emailed again, no reply. My last email threatened to bring rhe matter further, at which point i eventually recieved a response asking for photos. I resent photos and was told id recieve a refund. However the refund I recieved was approx 30% less than what i paid for item. I resent another email and am still awaiting reply. Shocking, will not be ordering from them again.

Ordered Asics runners. When they arrived, the wrong size were in the box. As you have to pay for returns, I sent an email requesting a pre-paid returns label. A week later, still no reply. as I only have 14 days I had to post them. Cost me €11 for something that wasn't my fault. Definitely WON'T be ordering from them again.

Contacted sports direct Northside s.c to check if they had a brand of runners for my brother for Christmas.. checked website first re: opening hours.. spoke to a very rude staff member who told me they were NOT open yet & to ring back. Opening times on website incorrect.
Got runners in Charlestown s.c .. staff could not advise about runners & which type were best. Chose a pair & after Christmas my brother had to return them as slightly small... Charlestown had none of the runners in a 12 1/2 ... would not give a refund, only a credit note even though he has wanted to swap the runners for a larger size but they were not available which is not the customer’s fault.
Tried to phone Northside & Blanchardstown to see if they had them in a 12 1/2 ... they don’t answer their phones!!!! My brother then had to drive all the way into North Earl Street to see if he could get them there at the risk of a wasted journey as nobody answers the phones.
He had to go to Elverys first to get advice on good running runners as staff in Sports Direct did not have a clue. absolutely appalling customer service..: no way of contacting stores .

Misleading website!
Product advertised on Irish website can't be shipped to Ireland and can't even be verified as being available in Ireland.
No means to check availability in Irish stores online or via customer service email without phoning all Irish stores on costly 1890 numbers.
Customer service email rep will not check availability in Irish stores. Note that people in Irish shop were very helpful although they couldn't resolve the issue. I will not be dealing with Sports Direct website again.

One of the worst companies around. I reviewed this business last week after I bought a cross trainer that failed to arrive on time. Sports warehouse were fast to respond and I received my order... Broken.
I contacted them immediately and was told another would be sent out to me either on Monday the 29th or Tues the 30th at the latest. Well to is Tuesday and no trainer, I just rang them and was told " we don't know when it will be delivered maybe tomorrow " I have an email from the company stating it will be delivered on Tuesday.
Really bad customer service Irish sports warehouse i wish I read all the bad reviews your company has received over time before wasting my time and money.
Word to the wise.. Shop somewhere else, their products are cheap for a reason.

Wednesday 31St update.
Well my cross trainer was apparently lost by Dpd couriers. I now have to wait another week for delivery but, they can collect the broken one in a couple of days yet can't send the new one at the same time????? This " business " needs to be reported to the consumer watchdog.
Odd they have not replied to this review they are usually very quick to comment and blame someone else usually the courier service. Because it's never their own fault. Come on Irish sports warehouse, what do you have to say?

Rang Dpd couriers (as jade in irish sports warehouse told me that Dpd had lost the cross trainer,) and they never had the replacement cross trainer in their possession in the first place , so Irish sports warehouse are not being honest it seems. Their manager was supposed to ring me yesterday evening to explain why I have not received my purchase, no call came. I rang thus morning to check the status of my delivery and was told by jade once again the manager would ring me in ten minutes, no call came. I have reported this business to the consumer watchdog, i was informed they have twice breached the customer contract ny failing to deliver on the delivery date stated. If the product has not been delivered by 14th of this month they are in breach of European consumer law. Will update again soon.
I was finally, after several calls to this company, contacted by the manager, who assured me my purchase would be delivered this week. She refunded me a small amount of money and told me she would ring me on Monday the 5th and let me know when my purchase would be delivered, either Tuesday or Wednesday. No call came. Today the 6th I rang again and was told, yes, it's on its way, between 4-6pm. No delivery arrived, I rang Dpd couriers and was told they never had a delivery for me.
Says it all really, staff that lie to customers, a " business " who takes payment for purchases and don't deliver.

Ive had nothing short of a nightmare with this company my bike was ordered 16th November 2015 when it arrived i opened the box to find parts miswelded not fit for there purpose and bike frame damaged,it was packed like this as the outer box was perfect no damage i emailed the company the pictures as proof and rang on countless occasions ,always told the same thing that the bike will be collected and money refunded when bike back in warehouse ,each day of collection ive booked a full day of work waiting in house to be let down..ive paid more money calling the company at this stage than the bikes worth...so here i am on the 8th of February still stuck with this damaged bike out a fortune on days took off waiting on delivery driver and on the phone to the company ....never ever would i recommend anybody to even think of buying of this company

I recently purchased a trampoline and received confirmation of my order.
Three days later I received an email informing me that the model ordered was no longer available and requesting that I telephone to either select a different model or to arrange for a refund.
After many attempts at phoning, in desperation I emailed a request for them to phone me. No result! The following day I again tried phoning and eventually got an automated answer in spite of their website saying that you would always reach a "human". After about fifteen minutes I finally got to talk to an operator.
An alternative trampoline was selected and delivery scheduled for the next day which was a Friday. Friday came and went and delivery finally took place on the following Wednesday.
Can these people really have so little care for customer relations?
I had to witness the disappointment of a young man as he waited in vain for his trampoline.
My advice to anybody contemplating purchasing from this company would be to give them a wide birth.

I ordered a massage table two weeks ago, and have had no communication from Irish Warehouse since. After eight days, I phoned the company to be told the table was out of stock and was out of stock when I ordered it. It definitely was not listed as out of stock when I ordered it. I wouldn't have ordered it if it was as I wanted it for a workshop last weekend. I was told the tables would be back in stock last Friday, (today is Wednesday) and given that they promise 2 day delivery, I should have had this table yesterday. Despite my phone call and an email which I sent last Friday, I still haven't had any communication, nor any indication as to when I can expect my massage table. VERY POOR BUSINESS PRACTICE.

The Massage table has a double locking system that does not function properly. It is not possible to tighten the screws as they keep turning on two of the legs. The wooden frame seems somewhat untrustworthy as is a little flimsey. I would not recommend the Tahiti Wanaka 2 Section Massage Table.

The product I bought (massage table) was a good price. Reasonable quality but a fair price for it. However, their delivery claims online of '48 hours' lured me in. I ordered the item on a Saturday morning and it arrived the following Friday at 2:30pm. Too late for what I needed it for. I had phoned the office on Wednesday morning and told the item would be delivered that day up to 5:30pm. Shortly after this an email was sent to tell me the item could NOT be delivered that day (Wednesday) and was going to be delivered the following day (Thursday). I replied that that was ok but I absolutely had to have it by Thursday evening. At 4pm on Thursday, still no sign of my massage table, I emailed Irish Sports Warehouse and got a reply that the table would not be arriving that day. I replied that it was not good enough, that if they had told me Wednesday I could have made alternative arrangements for another massage table. I have not heard another word from them and the table arrived on Friday afternoon. I will not be using them again.

My experience was not very rewarding.
The reason was to make the payment, after the online application process is not completed successfully. I contacted the company and they told me they only accept cards Irish and that none of the other visas worked.
The treatment I received was derogatory by the person on the other side of the linia and questioning my ability to use a computer and finally with racist tones. Not Giving to me a other choice.
With the help of a 3 person could complete the purchase with a credit card number Irish and get the product.
Honestly this casts doubt on the purchase of other products. The prices are good but the treatment is unsatisfactory

I purchased a treadmill from Irish Sports Direct on the 26th July aftering researching on-line the best item to suit my needs. I was very disappointed with the fiasco that ensued. A week after I bought the item I contacted them to get an update on when I might expect delivery. I was told it was being dispatched the following day, so I expected to receive it within a day or two (this being with the 7-10 day time frame advertised). I hung around the house those days and heard nothing. When I contacted ISD they gave me the courier number and told me to contact them directly. Therein followed three days of cock-and-bull stories from the courier company with various tales of the label falling off, to the story of how they had delivered it to the wrong person who they couldn't get in touch with in order to retrieve my item etc etc. Eventually I cancelled the treadmill and got a refund. I understand that the courier company were at fault, but I was very angry with ISD who at no time made an effort to contact me themselves to apologise or re-issue another product to replace the one that had gone missing in transit. I was simply expected to wait around for the item I ordered to be picked up from another person's house where it had sat for a week! I had paid 640euros for this treadmill so understandably I wanted to be sure it was in perfect condition. So with my refund I ordered a similar product from a UK company which arrived in three days! It's a pity an Irish company couldn't get the business but as far as I'm concerned they were extremely unprofessional throughout.

i recently purchased a home gym from this company on the 6 june, 2011 to be delivered on the 13 June, 2011. it is now the 24th June and I have still not used the machine ( one week holiday in between). i contacted the company (Aiden) on the 13 june who informed me that they would have to locate the the last item as it was gone astray. i was told that it would be delivered the followiing day between 4 and 5pm and low and behold no delivery, i had to inform Aiden that if he did not deliver by 1pm on the 15 June i would want my money back. sure enough the rest of the machine arrived by 1 pm on the15 june and guess what? there was no instructions included and the back rest was ripped. the package that was delivered was fallin apart and i would not be supprised if there are more parts missing considering the condition of the packaging. i rang irish sports direct on the 23 June again and was told that the instructions and the replacement back rest would be dispatched within 2 days. it is now the 25th june and i have yet to receive the replacemment and instructions.not only that but going by the companies web site i would receive a phone call letting me know when they would deliver.................i never received a call at ant time to let me know that i was getting a delivery.
This is the worst experience of a customer anddelivery service i have ever come across and i will NOT be using this company again and will NEVER recommend this company to another person if my life depended on it. One of the main reasons for me using this company was that they are in Ireland and there would be no delivery problems considering the size of the product. i am a constant purchaser on the internet and have purchased items from europe and have never had a delivery issue until now.
