I Love Meet and Greet Gatwick - AVOID DO NOT USE
Just returned from holiday called when we had cleared baggage was told to meet them ground floor by orange bollards which was outside in a parking bay. When I got there my car was parked under the bridge in the dark! Having a 4 hr flight delay I checked the mileage had a quick look around but black car in dusk couldn’t see it properly. When we got into the car warning light tyre pressure low so first stop garage to get air no mention of this from the driver who clearly knew after driving it there. Had a very slow trip home. Following morning went out to check tyre and noticed the front of the car is all scratched with clear paint marks where it’s been hit. I only picked my new car up a month prior to my holiday and was very nervous about leaving it in the car park but was reassured by the driver it would be fine. How wrong was he!!
This is the response I’ve had :-
We would like to bring to your attention our terms and conditions which clearly state all claims of damage must be reported before leaving the airport which again you have agreed to be bound by. As this was not done the chain of causation has been broken as the car left our care and control. We cannot accept any responsibility for the damage which you are alleging and are therefore unable to accept any liability.
You pay premium money to leave you’re car with who you think are a reputable company and have a duty of care under the consumers right act 2015 to make sure no damage is caused and if so there public liability insurance covers it. How can this business operate and not own up to when damage has been caused all the bad reviews you’ve had and the upset you’ve caused people is disgusting. I’ve asked for images of CCTV which they are “meant” to have as advertised on there website but not forthcoming. I do not need a response.

Watching rogue traders has reminded me about my experience with this company. Do not use them. In April I had my car parked for a 10 day break. On my return from holiday I never had time to fully check my car as it was dark. On the way home I noticed my car had been fully valeted? Plus the Sat nav was not working. I took it to my Mercedes dealer who said the car had been damaged and the antenna within the wing mirror had been snapped off. I also asked why the car had been valeted they said it was to clean the spray shop dust from a damaged door. The cost to repair was £380. I did phone their office and the woman was very protective and un -responsive. I didn’t follow up, just put this down to experience and never use this company again.

Fantastic experience we landed at 3.00 am quick phone call after our luggage arrived and the car was waiting for us together with the money for the barrier. Excellent service both on collection and delivery of the car - would definitely use again.

We have used I love meet and greet at Gatwick South terminal many times and usually and in principle it's brilliant. Disappointing to return late at night recently and have to wait nearly half an hour after midnight in the cold for our car to be driven to the agreed meeting point by "Bus-stop 6" by the "special airport assistance" reception point for wheel-chair users. Two phone calls later the driver still appeared at the usual pick-up spot even though he had been told to "keep left". Clearly not at all familiar with the layout at the terminal - not terribly impressive!

My car got scratched while I was traveling. I took a photo when retrieving the car and compared with the check-in photo, the scratch was clearly not there before.
Despite the photo they keep rejecting liability using dodgy arguments.
"there is a distortion on the photo"
"your photo is very zoomed"
In addtion, drivers were late at our arrival and return to the Stansted airport, despite calling them in advance. Forcing us to wait outside in the wind with our baby.

We have used Ilovemeetandgreet a few times in the past and they have been generally ok - they usually kept us waiting over 30mins returning our car but with 3 small children, that is better than struggling to the long stay car park with all the bags.
Unfortunately, on our most recent experience, they returned our car with damage to the rear door section. We photographed the damage, advised the courier driver at the time, and reported the damage by email with photographic evidence.
Having received an automatic response advising that a decision would be made within 48hrs, we heard nothing back. After a week, I chased them for an update. I was informed that they refuted our claim and were not negligent. Obviously, they were negligent but we have no way to prove it unfortunately.
There are several other operators who provide a 'meet and greet' service, so we shall try one of them in the future and hope for better care and service.

The I love meet and greet drivers crashed my car and put it in a garage 2 days before actually telling me what had happened, which in itself was questionable. Then a month down the line I receive a dart charge, which they was made aware I would want reimbursing for as it was on a work registered vehicle on dart that I would have been in, on my rental car. I still was charged an admin fee for this and they said they are not liable for admin fees, my argument do not crash somebodies vehicle if you do not want liability for admin fees I would never have received in my car. Would not use again, awful experience.

Similar experience to David Gardner - we left our new car with them and the bird mess damaged the paint. ILM&G denied any responsibility leaving us to deal with the damage. Park with these people at your own risk, if you must, but dont expect any decent level of care or customer service. Possibly the rudest woman Ive dealt with in a 'service' role dealt with us.

I wrote to them saying a reply would save a bad review. No reply. Now I see why they don’t care.
Charged me £28 for valeting, before drop off. The car was not valeted. I struggled to get them to admit this and they only said they would refund half. Still waiting for even that refund.

We booked pick up at 5pm, we arrived at 5pm, and called in advance to confirm we were on our way and would be there on time, yet the car was returned 20mins late (no apologies made either). The car park they store the car in is 0.2 miles away, yet 12 miles had been added to the meter (we took a picture of it before leaving) allegedly from them moving it from one car park to another during our one week holiday. The seat had also been altered in every possible way, so much we had to pull over twice to try and correct it to how it was before we left. Customer service had answers to all the above in their T&Cs when I called them, but the point is T&Cs aside the service was poor and I wouldn’t bother using them again, it’ll be quicker to walk to a car park and you’ll save yourself the questionable mileage.

My family used I love meet and greet at Gatwick North terminal on 8th February. We gave the recommended telephone call before arriving at the drop of point but were kept waiting 25 minutes before someone arrived to take the car. We met outside the Premier Inn and storm Eric was raging and we were frozen! In short, we could have parked in the long stay and caught the bus in for less money and in the same time.
When we arrived back, we called the company when we had our luggage and were standing in the arrivals hall. One of our party ran to the toilet and then we walked straight to the Premier Inn. The driver was there with our car but made a sarcastic comment that he was about to call us and find out where we were.
We will not be using this service again.

you would think that this meat and greet company would take care of the vehicles given to them for safe keeping,
mine was absolutely covered in bird mess, never seen so much ever,
on the roof, bonnet, doors, door Handels even on the wheels, absolutely every were..
I now have permanent paint damage as a result.
Trying to talk to the Complaints executive is like banging your head agaist the wall.

Excellent company, staff very polite and helpful, on my return car had been cleaned inside and out which I wasn't expecting.
Transfer took about five minutes to airport and I was picked back up within five minutes on return, very smooth, hassle free
operation, no hesitation in using again .

Drop off was a little confusing - my booking was with APH Gatwick and I am expected to leave my car with I love meet and greet. Regardless, the handover went reasonably smoothly - collection the same with a five minute wait so all good. My beef is with the driver(s). I am lucky enough to drive a car with climate control and it was a cold morning when I arrived - yet everything had been switched to 'max'. Not necessary. The seat heaters - max. The radio switched to heavens knows who.... If I was performing a service in your home, would I alter the central heating? No. Would I turn your TV to another station? No. Just do what I contracted you to do - drive my car, park it and return it - thank you.

On collecting my vechile we had to wait over 10mins to then receive a phone call to say our car would not start and that someone will be there to collect us. We then had to wait a further 15mins for them to incorrectly park where we said we were. On arrival to our vechile we luckily had the AA so they were called out to help diagnose my partner with the fault. It terms out those that were on duty tried to use a battery pack to get it started. Firstly we were told the side lights were left on, but we have a ford smax and when leaving lights on you get an alarm going off to tell you they are left on once you take keys out of the ignition and open the door, so this we didn't believe. It turns out they incorrectly attached the battery pack which killed the car. The AA and my partner luckily got it started and we drove it straight home. Over 4hours of waiting!! Have complained and yet to receive a reply! Will not be using their services again.
So they now reply to this email, leaving it as .com yet the reply they originally sent to my first email was to a .co.uk. I don't even think they know their correct address?!

I have used other meet and greet companies at Gatwick, Heathrow and Luton, and based on one usage I Love Meet and Greet is absolutely the only one I would recommend. Even though I was an hour earlier than expected for my departing flight from Gatwick North, and my return flight was delayed, their drivers turned up within ten minutes of my call both times. They were prompt, efficient and polite, and the drop off/pick up point instructions were clear and easy to follow. Great service all round.

I'd read terrible reviews about other parking companies at Stansted Airport and without reading any more reviews chose Bubble Park & Ride (I love meet and Greet). Drop-off was smooth and we were at the airport in no time. Collection was the same with a 10 minute wait. Due reading reviews of other sites, I photographed every angle of my car, including my mileage, before handing them the keys and I'm happy to report that everything was just fine upon collection. 6 miles had been driven which is to be expected as I'd assumed they store cars elsewhere. It seems so hard to find companies nowadays that aren't bent on screwing their customers so I am relieved about my experience. I will use them again and, to be on the safe side, continue to make a point of getting photographic evidence, though I feel it may not be necessary to use it.

Last March I left my Alfa Romeo Moto Veloce with them for a week, upon return journey, the engine blew up on the m25, over £1,500 to replace. At the time I thought it was unlucky, I made jokes about it being an Italian car etc. This year we left our Toyota Hilux with them for a week yesterday we picked it up, less than 10mins down the road the back of the truck is ON FIRE! Managed to get ourselves and some of our luggage out of the blaze, luckily roadworkers had extinguishers near by to help get it under control before fire brigade arrived, but it is almost certainly written off. I'm sorry but this cannot just be a coincidence? What the hell do you do to these cars? By the sounds of other reviews, rag the **** out of them and use them without permission? I don't think I will ever use a meet and greet again, and certainly never 'I Love Meet and Greet'!!!!

We used ilovemeetngreet to park and transfer our car from Gatwick to Heathrow, while away on our holiday.
The service was excellent n ran very smoothly for us. We dropped the car off straight outside of the departures building n picked up just outside the arrivals building in the short stay car park.

Do not use this company. They damaged our Toyota Land cruiser (bumper and wing) the day before we arrived home from Spain and they expected us to use one of their vehicles with sign writing all over it whilst ours was being fixed. We could not believe our eyes when they met us with the car. We refused so they drove us home and delivered another of their vehicles (VW) the next day. We were expected to get it insured on our own insurance which Aviva refused to do. Finally they hired an equivalent 7 seater vehicle to replace our Toyota Land-cruiser. Their excuse was that it was too short notice to hire a 7 seater but when they eventually did it only took 2 hours to arrange. We had rude emails saying it was our fault that we did not find out about insuring their VW before it was delivered to our house. They finally offered 1 week free meet and greet for the untold inconvenience this has caused. I would like to point out that Justin who drove us home and delivered our vehicle back was good but the customer service department is appalling.
Also please note that Stress Free Parking and I Love Meet and Greet are the same company.
If I could give them nil stars I would..

I have used many valet companies at Gatwick before but there has always been the usual long wait turn up at arrivals and long wait for pick up. This was the first time we had no problems. prompt arrival to collect car and prompt arrival to bring it back. Would definatley use them again. Good price too

Returned from holiday to be handed a broken car key. Issue raised with customer service who say key must have been damaged when I dropped my car off but staff made no record of my key being in 2 seperate pieces when I arrived! Rude emails accepting no responsibility when damage has clearly been caused by negligent Staff.
Disgusting customer service and clear from other reviews that this company and its staff cannot be trusted!
Regret using this service and would advise anyone to stay well clear!!!

Choose meet and greet as we have 2 newborn babies and a 2 year old. We were left in the cold at 4am for over half an hour when we arrived at Gatwick on departure and then left for over 45 minutes on arrival. The person on the phone was so rude both times. We would never use again.

A long wait! NOT meet and greet.
20 minute wait for car to be collected on arrival.
Over half an hour wait on return with a baby! Not even told my car was going to be late. Waiting in the cold at 12am is not acceptable!!
Poor service - NOT meet and greet. would have been quicker to park and collect myself.
