It's easy to judge companies by what they do right because we expect it, and get it, most of the time. It's what happens when things go wrong when you can really tell about a company and their dedication... And this company is DEFINITELY a winner.
When I placed my order # 745805, they mistakenly sent me the wrong item. Hey, we're all human; mistakes do happen. So after sending Shawn an email, to which he or she responded almost immediately, we determined that the error was made. It's what happened next that really made this company shine: they immediately issued a replacement order, sent me a postage-paid label via email to return the product for exchange, and sent out the correct item. All this in the span of less than 72 hours! Their response and professionalism has truly been phenomenal! Great, great job, ladies and gentlemen!!!!

Needed a spare manual key, as the car (purchased used) came with only one remote/flip key. I had some questions, as I was getting nowhere with a local Kia dealer's parts department. I contacted iKeyless, and Shawn was able to answer all questions to my satisfaction. There was a mixup on my order (received an uncut key instead of a cut key). One phone call to Shawn took care of it. I was emailed a prepaid shipping label to return the merchandise and received the correct key in less than 2 days. The key works fine. I am totally satisfied.

I recently purchased a pre owned vehicle and the remote was missing. The dealer wanted $225 to replace it. I went online to IKeyless and ordered the one I needed. I had it in two days. The dealership programmed it for me as it was not something I could do myself. It took about five minutes. I am one very happy person.

I have an 18 year old Chevy Tahoe that I LOVE!! I needed to replace the keyless remote entry and had no idea where to turn. On the 3rd of October, I went to Amazon and found ikeyless . . they had EXACTLY what appeared to be what I was looking for and the price was better than any Chevy Dealer. Was not sure if a Battery was what I needed, but when I found iKeyless on E-Bay, I ordered my battery (item # 740349). When I received it, I found it was indeed my problem with my keyless remote for my truck. THANK YOU, SHAWN, for all your help !

Long version: We tried two different remotes, before bringing the remote and the vehicle to the dealership. The dealership told us it was the door lock actuator. That was too expensive for us to fix, so the second fob just sat in a drawer for a few months. We finally fixed it and the fob still didn't work. I didn't expect much, but I figured "what the hell." So, i looked up ikeyless and called them. I explained our situation and they worked with us to figure out which remote we needed. It turns out it was the first one we sent them. They mailed the replacement and even included a little lighter flashlight. For free. As stated, excellent company that takes their customer satisfaction seriously. Thanks Ben!

I had 2 keys for a 12 year old Lexus which were broken and taped together around the plastic which held the 'guts' of the clicker. I looked on-line and found iKeyless. I was somewhat skeptical but I ordered 2 blanks. They arrived in short order with 2 perfectly configured keys into which the old internal clicker parts fit PERFECTLY leaving the push buttons exposed as if new. This was a great find and I will have essentially 2 new keys for less than a third the cost of going to the dealer. Great company and, based on my experience with Sarah and iKeyless, I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them to others. Great service !!

I ordered a new key for my 2007 Honda element and then I got the key I tried to insert knowing it would not start the car. Basically your Honda remote transponder key has a chip in it that emits a signal to the vehicles PCM computer. If the PCM accepts the signal, the car either unlocks or starts, depending upon what the driver is trying to do. This is not a key you can run down to the hardware store or the home improvement store to replace or duplicate. But the key was too wide and too thick, I called them and explained the issue and they wanted a photo of the two keys side by side. I did that and they called me back and said the key was not cut correctly and it was the wrong size key my key had a really tiny "V" stamped on it and I should have included this detail. They said they would make a new one and overnight it to me. It being Christmas time nothing was getting through so I got it a few days later and it turned the element over but didn't start it like I knew it would. My local locksmith said he would do the transponder key for $50 and that's a deal over the $130 from the other places I called. 10 out of 10 I would use them again. My daughter lost her only key to her Ford Taurus in another carrier. She was devastated!! I got a quote from the dealer on 2 replacement keys for her car and it was going to cost about 200 dollars thru them. I usually don't like to shop online but I took a chance and foundt ikeyless.com and was thrilled to find that I could get her key for $30 less than the dealer. We used a private locksmith to cut and program the keys and my daughter was so elated to hear her car start up!! I only had to spend about $120 all together. I was impressed at how easy it was to use the website to order and the keys were here in 3 days!! My remote key to my GMC Truck broke. I went on line, entered my data for a replacement remote. To my surprise, I see a picture of what i needed! so with a click I found ikeyless! It took me a total of 4 minutes to order. I love easy. Plus the ikeyless remote comes with instructions that you can do yourself. well with in a few days my remote came. I was so disappointed the instructions said take it to a dealer. So i sent a email to ikeyless, telling them about my disappointment. To my surprise i received a email the same day from Shawn at iKeyless with an apology and the easy to read instructions. I went out within one minute I paired my truck and remote. I will tell everyone i know how easy and affordable iKeyless is. The price was just as good. Under a fifty dollars and easy is my way of thinking.

Re: Order# 738846, I ordered two additional car keys for my 2004 Acura TSX and was very pleased with the overall experience. Not only were the keys shipped out the next day, I was able to have them cut and programmed within a matter of minutes....and was able to save a ton of money had I gone thru my local Acura dealer!
