iglu provided switch a good price which included every thing we wanted on our cruise, including on board spend, free drinks and free gratuities.
to check to see whether the price given was competitive, I contacted the cruise line directly asking for a similar quote.
Iglu beat there price by a few hundred £'s!!

My wife and I have enjoyed three cruises. Two with Tui and one with P&O. We have always booked direct, online with the operator. However, this time we wanted to cruise outside Europe, and fancied the Carribean so we contacted Iglu cruise. This proved to be a good move, as the cruise specialist that dealt with our enquiry (Claire) was so helpful and full great tips and information. She guided us well to the right ship, cabin and package. Claire also offered valued information regarding the shore excursions. Iglu were also slightly cheaper that booking direct. Once the deposit was paid, an email was received within a couple of minutes detailing the holiday, deposit etc, but also with an easy account login that enables you to change details, pay, etc. All in all it was an exceptionally useful telephone call to make!

Booked a Cunard voyage online but when the confirmation/invoice was issued I noted errors. On the website it states if this happens to contact Iglu immediately to get the errors rectified or there may be a fee to pay. I then submitted several enquiry forms plus an email as stated on their website 3 days ago but I have not had a reply. I have called there help desk but gave up after 15 minutes of being told they are busy.

Not i7mpressed with iglu. Only used them once and would not recommend. No customer service once you have booked and impossible to get hold of anyone to talk to after initial booking.
I booked a cruise with Viking ocean cruise. I only used iglu because my regular cruise agent was on holiday. I was told when I booked that there was only one cabin available. After I booked and before final payment was due, I noticed iglu had-reduced the price I tried to call iglu but could not get any body to answer despite many calls. I emailed them and eventually got a reply saying nothing they could do. I know from previous experience had I used my normal agent, or probably any othe agency they would have fought my corner and got me a refund or upgrade or onboard credit. SHAME ON YOU IGLU

Booking was really easy, experience was smooth. My only quibble is that I can’t see how to purchase port parking, and after filling in an email form on Sunday, I’ve not heard back yet (site says 48 hours). Not sure if this time me frame just needs adjusting or if the email didn’t go through?
