I delivered my iPhone 6s plus 128gb because the screen would turn off sometimes if the phone was put under preassure.
iExpert offered a free analysis of the isse and I agreed.
After a month of not hearing anything I contact them for an update. They tell me that the phone is in pieces and in a worse state than when i delivered it to them (It is no longer possible to get a picture on the screen). However the technician would like to keep the phone and try to fix it, as he thinks he could learn a lot from the phone. I agree and we go into another few weeks of no contact from them unless i ask for it
Finally after weeks of contacting them, they agree to deliver the phone back in a similar state to which i delivered it in.
They send me an email that i apparently had overseen and the phone is not picked up for a few weeks.
A few weeks later the shop calls me and asks if I can pick up my phone. I agree and tell him I will pick it up this week.
The day after i recieve a message from apple that my phone at the repair shop is using my apple id. I thought this was very strange so I go to pick up the phone the next day.
When i get to the shop i am informed that he can not find the phone. He calls the other shop and then informs me that my phone has been scrapped. Smuggly followed up with “well it’s been here for ages”.
I react suprised and tell him that he is not going to shrug off his responsibilty here to which he replies “not my problem, call customer services”, followed by can you please leave my shop.
I refuse to leave and He calls the gaurds and i call the police.
The gaurds arrive and i explain i delivered my phone and now they lost it and that why I am a little wound up. They can see the problem and ask us to talk it out and find a solution. In the meantime the main shop calls and informs him that they have found my phone. ... wow...
When i get the phone home nothing works. Completly black screen and very warm to touch when turned on.
I call the shop and explain the issue and all they do is read the small print from the contract and deny deny deny.
The shop is now even trying to claim that the phone was recieved in a different state to start with.
With this experience i can not reccomend this service in any shape or form and advise you to stay away. This is NOT a place with, or for professianals.

Very nice employees,everyone speaks English, so don't worry if you don't speak Danish yet :) So far I only visited the two shops in Aarhus, but I can only recommend this company.

I took my iPhone to iexpert in Fields as it kept coming up with a temperature warning and therefore I couldn´t access the phone. The two boys working there couldn´t have been nicer and spoke perfect English. It was fixed within 10 minutes. I would highly recommend iexpert, if you have a problem with your iphone. :-) Great service.

Very easy experience. Came in and my iPhone 4S was fixed within 5 mins. Would definitely recommend to anyone!
