The idemøbler Team in Aabenraa was very helpful and did everything to take my order (which was a bit difficult since I had some special requests and my danish is not so good anymore...) Also the delivery of my requested outdoor furniture was very timely so I did not need to wait at home all day for the delivery. It looks so great on my terrace I wish I could attach a photo here!

I just bought online some shelves and ONE chair. Because I live very near the Virum Shop, I chose to collect the items in store.
Didn’t I know that ONE CHAIR is considered a big item and I was sent a note that the shelves can be collected in Virum but the chair needs to be picked up in Brøndby!!!
No chance of getting it in Virum because it’s “a big item” even though they have it in store because I saw it!!
The option I was given was to have it sent to my home by the cost of double the price of the chair!!!
I see trucks outside my local shop constantly with items being delivered but my chair can’t be in it???
So, ALL CLIENTS who buys in store has to collect in Brøndby?
Now I want to cancel my order and I will never ever set foot in IDE M. again.

I have ordered a wardrobe in the store en Vejle, Denmark and picked it up as planned. Some of the parts were missing, but they sent it by 3 days directly to me to Germany....good job...everything fits perfectly together...high quality....even easy to mount by yourself....but as always...quality has its price.....

If there was an option for no stars, that is what i would have chosen. I have ordered a sleeping couch since January 2019. It arrived 2.5 months later. Fair enough as it is a special order but when it arrived it was only half the couch! I only received the L part of the couch and I was missing the entire sleeping side of the couch. How could they lose half a couch? Especially if it was ready since Feburary according to the delivery label. Spoke with customer service and in the end they could not find it and had to make a new one which would also take another 2.5 months! This time when it was finally delivered, my friend had to receive the couch on my behalf as I could not take another day off work. Good news is that the entire couch arrived. Bad news it arrived damaged. The bed function was completely detached. The delivery men had a go at it but they basically just shoved the bed part into the tracks but it wasnt actually attached and hence when i tried to pull out the bed function it completely detached from the couch. I had wooden legs in an ikea bag from the previous order which i told my friend to tell the delivery men but there was a misunderstanding between my friend and the delivery men and the delivery guys took the ikea bag with them with some of my personal things! I have asked customer service to contact the drivers to return my things and it has already been more than a week that i cannot hear back from the delivery company about my personal items. I also did NOT receive new wooden legs with this order. Additonally i can ALREADY see feathers coming out the pillows of the couch which is annoying when you actually lean back on them and feel a sharp poke in the back. So now i have a feather emitting broken couch after 4 months. I had to wait 2 weeks before they sent a repair guy to come fix it even though i have told them many times to take the couch back and give me back my money! I have been more than patient with them. Their customer service girls are nice, helpful and understanding but they still cannot solve my problem. I have always liked IDEmøbler but this is extreme and unacceptable.

The customer service in Idemøbler in Virum, was amazing. The saleswoman Marie-Louise was extremely helpful to guide and explain the different advantages of specific products. Which helped me in choosing a perfect product. Would be happy to return.

had problems in assembling the table I brought, and cannot get timely assistance. It seems many buys have the same assembling problem. and I need to wait for 3 weeks for somebody for IDE to check my table:(

Bad service(kundeservice). This review has nothing to do with the service in the store.
Delayed and goofed up delivery. Complicated delivery process. We ordered bed from Tårnby branch. Very helpful staff there and got a good guidance for bed. The delivery date was 3rd Jan. We get call from customer service that the beds’ delivery got delayed by one week from 3rd Jan to 9th Jan. The delivery time was from 4-8 and on the day of delivery we get sms saying they will call 30 mins before coming. We get a call when they were at the door. and they talked very rudely with us saying we are not home, when asked why didn’t they call us before he said he tried calling but could not reach. Anyway, We said we can still reach in 15 mins but they didnt wait. Now, we need to wait for the bed to go back to Vejle and then arrange another delivery. We went to butik and they said they can’t do anything and we need to talk to customer service. I would not recommend ordering from IDE møbler as you may not get the order on time and the delivery does not have good process. Also the delivery staff is rude and customer service totally sucks.
We got followup call from Tårnby branch, who has been very helpful and got our bed delivered a week later. I would rate Tårnby branch staff as 4 but delivery and kundeservice gets only one star. Overall, I am happy with bed quality.

After experiencing a smooth purchase and checkout process in the Copenhagen store, the company hasn't perfected the art of delivery and notification - I can live with that.
What I cannot live with is the fact that the bartable was delivered without the screwes and bolts to put it together. I subsequently rang their helpdesk and they promised to send it and send a confirmation via email. This wasn't received by the end of the day and I sent an email to Idemøbler and it was confirmed the screws/bolts would be sent the first working day. I am crossing my fingers......

Overall I was very satisfied with everything. The only tiny thing was that I needed to wait approx. 15 min before my things were collected and brought to me, but there were only two female employees at that time so it was perfectly understandable. Highly recommended.
