I called the customer services number in hopes of finding out what I was allergic to. I had gotten piercings done at a local store near where I live with stainless steel studs. I called about three times in the morning/early afternoon, and about eight times in the past hour. The first five times I called all I got was "All of our associates are helping other customers you can leave a message and we will get back to you soon". I called again, at this point I was starting to get angry as I had emailed the customer service email last night in hopes of finding what the heck I'm allergic to, this time I get an actual person, so I ask him if their is any other material or metal in the stainless steel studs that could cause an allergic reaction. As soon as I was done asking, this man laughs. He laughs at me and tells me that they are stainless steel. I'm not an idiot, its common for items to have more than one compound or to be made of multiple different metals. He then tells me I should call the local store. Which is what I do I call one of the stores that I received piercings at before. The employee that answered the phone, and I told her that I had had an allergic reaction to some of the studs that I had been pierced with a week or two ago. It takes her about ten minutes and then she asks what my question is again. At this point I am beyond annoyed, the employee gives me a bogus metal name that doesn't exist. I then call the other local icing store in hopes of getting an actual answer. The woman who answered the phone this time said that there wasn't anything in the stainless steel studs other than stainless steel. At this point I am beyond angry that I had to waste the last half an hour calling these people. I recommend never calling their customer service line, because A. They never call you back, B. They never pick up, and C. They laugh at you when you are trying to figure out what made your ear swell twice its size!

My first time ordering from this star has been a nightmare I paid for shipping and 5 days past the due date I'm still waiting for my package. No one has any idea where my package is because they ship with UPS then hand it over to USPS postal which is a huge mistake bc they loses it during the transaction. I will NEVER order anything from their website ever again!

I ordered some things online a few days ago and when they finally arrived everything was correct except one thing. Some rings I ordered weren't there and the ring I got instead was very ugly and nothing even close to the rings I thought I placed my order on. So when i went back to the website and searched up the number of the ring i got the rings i wanted showed up. so when i clicked on them i looked at the description and it described the ring I had got in the package and thats when i realized either they had there description wrong or they put the completely wrong picture for this ring. so i suggest that you carefully look at everything before you place your order or else this might happen you. And trust me i know from experience its very frustrating.

They were horrible with piercings ears. My ears never have promblems when I'm at Clair's but icing they had a bump day 2 and closed up after a month of waiting. My ears are now having a blood clot and I've been cleaning them and it was the worst experience of my life.

I ordered a pair of earrings and realized that the description was wrong. When I emailed customer service about it, no one got back to me, but they shipped my order anyway. Another time, their site said buy one get one free, but when I added my stuff to the cart (items said buy one get one free at the top) the discount was not applied. They really need to get their act together.

I ordered a light switch cover, and it is not standard size. It would not fit on the light switch. Poorly made. Waste of money and time.

I enjoyed my shopping experience here very much. The products were beautiful and exactly as shown, maybe better! There was one necklace that was damaged and they asked me to return it. When I explained that I live in Canada and it would cost more to ship than the item was worth, they quickly and cheerfully credited my card. Now that's how to get a return customer. Shienside take note!
