Iberostar in JAMAICA was a different class, this was luxury in the highest order. Never experienced something so ridiculously ostentatious in every manner.

I've booked a reservation on 29/10/2019. I found there's a typo in my guest name and I would like to update it. I've tried to contact customer service in different ways (phone, email, live chat, facebook messenger, etc.) But I still got no response for over a week.

My first conversation with a gentleman was a bit distressful as I asked for 2 beds and the confirmation read 1 bed. I asked for more help after this, and Reginette Exume was marvelous. She guaranteed me/us for the 2 beds in our room. We look forward to attending a wedding in July; 2 seniors driving a distance for a wonderful celebration

The customer service of hotel planner was atrocious. I was charged more than the discounted rate. I have been reaching out to the original customer service rep Sara Buchanan who has not responded. I also called an emailed a general number and email. I have not received any response that the issue is being looked into. I am a bride to be and considered hotel planner for my guests but I WOULD NEVER want one of my guests to go through this. I am astounded by the horrible customer service of hotel planner and will be pursuing this issue further.

On May 10 I booked a reservation at the Fairmont Empress Victoria BC the evening of June 9 while we were at the casino at Tulalip my friends purse was stolen with our passports. I called the booking company right away in explained are mitigating circumstances. I had to leave a message because no one from the booking company answer the phone after many many attempts to contact somebody. I contacted the Fairmont Empress Hotel and they were more than willing to give me a credit for a different night because of the circumstances. I've been in contact with the hotel planner booking site for many weeks, With many email sent back-and-forth. The representative for keeps saying she's looking into it and she's reaching out to the rate t provider but it's been a long long time now and every time I ask her and email her she says there's nothing else she can do. I have her name in all of the emails. And they are not resolving the issue. I feel like I'm getting the runaround. I filed a complaint with my credit card but Hotelplanner asked me to remove it and they would fix the problem but Hotelplanner still has not refunded me, it's been 4 months ...Confirmation # 5144631

There's no better group booking solution available on the planet. Helped us secure a room in impossible conditions. Where hotels in Monaco were £3000+ booking experts placed us a 20 minute cab ride away from Monaco in 4 star hotel for £200 per night only two weeks before the Monaco Grand Prix. Absolute no brainier

I finally received the shameful email below after months of HP's completely deceitful practices.
First, they put me into a smoking room at a sold-out hotel in Lexington, KY, when I emphatically reserved a non-smoking room due to my severe asthma. I've since read other travelers endured the same unacceptable situation. That is HP's malicious, dangerous practice.
Then at the next hotel in Campbellsville, KY, they charged me for a 3-night stay when I only reserved 1 night and stayed 1 night.
For the last 3 months, I was lied to, insulted, slighted, snubbed, passed around, and ignored by HP's staff including Charity, Esther, Reginette, and "manager" April, not that she ever answers her phone calls or returns voice messages!
HP should not receive another hard-earned dollar ever. All of them should be fired!
Read this pitiful reply that I finally received via email, complete with misspelled "sencond," "you" that should be "your," "right" that should be "write, and "serviced" that should be "services."
"...Just wanted to advise you the sencond night of you reservation has been cancelled with a refund... It would be greatly appreciated if you could please visit "Hotel Planner Consumer Affairs and right a review and some feedback on the serviced you have received from me."
Frankly, "the service" I received was worse than deplorable! NEVER USE!

I found the lowest price and made a reservation, but the hotel name was different in the reservation confirmation I received.
It took four days to cancel this reservation. I think there's a problem with the system.
Thank you to the staff who kindly helped us with the cancellation process.
Next time, I hope you can meet with a low-cost reservation without error ^^

This company is an absolute scam. Booked two nights at a hotel and was promised a wedding block rate, hotelplanner never honored the rate and we were charged $100 extra per night. Fine, I let it go. We then had a death in the family, and had to amend the reservation to one night instead of two. After being told on Wednesday that this change was processed and we’d receive a partial refund, we were then told on Thursday that the change never happened and the issue was being “escalated.” I feel like we’ve gotten the run around for a week now with no resolve. Do not give this company your business.

Used the site to book trips in Amsterdam and Lisbon at late notice and was pleasantly surprised at the ease of use and reasonable prices at such late notice . I've continued using Hotelplanner ever since !
