Horrible!!! My experience has been awful!! I ordered a personalized collar. Website says it would ship in 1-3 business days. It took me following up with cs twice before it shipped 2 weeks later. Then then day it was suppose to arrive according to the tracking, it got sent to a city 40 miles away!!! IF it according to second tracking date, it will be more than 3 weeks after ordering.

its been 3 months, they billed me but i never received any item! scam. dont' order from them.
i try to contact them, no live person available. the guy on chat just keeps telling me a "specialist" will contact me , (no one did contact me). And no one is willing to refund my order. I had to cancel my credit card and file for fraudulent charge

Ordered collars late on a Thursday. By Monday, their status still showed 'awaiting shipment'. I contacted them through the chat feature. Pleasant enough guy said he'd look into it and email. Tuesday am, still 'awaiting shipment'. Contacted through the chat feature and again, they were very apologetic and he'd get me an answer right away and email me. 4:30 Tuesday afternoon. Still 'awaiting shipment'. Chatted with them and cancelled the order. Went on Amazon and ordered 1 collar (all I really needed anyhow, but needed a $30 min at Hot Dog Collar to get free shipping) and I'll have it the day after tomorrow. This is why Amazon will put businesses like this out of business.

I ordered a spiked leather collar from them and did not receive my a whole month later. I ordered the next collar size up just in case. I finally received my collar and it was too small. I shipped it back but it took them 2 months to even credit my account but by that point I just asked for a refund. I just finally received my refund that they were not trying to let me get back. I had to go back and forth with customer service during the entire process because they kept telling me they did not receive the product yet when I talk to a whole person in charge of their finance support they said my product was received a week ago. It should have not taken that long just to return a product that I had originally planned on just exchanging for a bigger size but their poor customer service and rudeness made me take my money somewhere else.

Don't order from this company! They don't stand behind the product. I ordered collars from them thinking they were sturdy and great quality. NOT!!!! Bad customer service.

I have ordered several personalized collars for my dogs over the years. I just ordered some for two of my dogs from Hot Dog Collars. They shipped them in a timely fashion but the phone numbers on both collars were wrong. They redid them. After receiving the second set, I notified the company that one of the collars was not usable since when I adjusted it to my dog's size, the last few numbers were folded upside down. Their answer to me was "Lettering will be placed on the collar at our discretion unless otherwise instructed. Without specific instruction as to the placement of the lettering, we cannot accept responsibility for text covered after adjusting the collar. " I feel this could have been avoided had they taken the time to move the lettering down about an inch or use a smaller font. Obviously this company needs to work on quality control. I will have to reorder the collar - but obviously not from Hot Dog Collars

I ordered a leather collar for my dog than tried to track the order and was given passwords & directions for me to reach my order status ( Never did). The large extra charge collar arrive and it was too small. I tried to contact the help line once again to no avail, This is a dog collar not a secret piece of equipment. I will never order anything from HOTDOG again

My sister ordered Penn State dog ID tags for my pups. The tags were misprinted when they arrived (they didn't even match the packing slip to which they were attached. I realize this kind of thing happens, so I went to the website to get a contact number or email. When I called the number over a week ago, I heard a message that they were on holiday hours and I was directed to email their help desk. I emailed them on a Friday but heard nothing by Monday so I emailed them again on Tuesday. And again on Wednesday...still nothing. I called twice last week and was on hold for over ten minutes with no response. I called again today and was on hold for over 15 minutes before I just finally hung up. I emailed them once more today and told them about my frustrating attempts to contact them and I told them if I didn't hear anything back I would be contacting the Better Business Bureau...well, that did the trick. I received an email asking what they needed to fix. I'm still frustrated. The customer service is absolutely ridiculous. I went to the BBB website and read some pretty awful reviews about them, so I won't be using them again. Hopefully my sister can either be refunded or we will actually get some correctly printed tags. Beware of the site if you are ordering personalized merchandise!

I ordered a dog collar 4 weeks ago and have never received it. I have called the 888# several times and you can't reach a live person. Also, the email address they give to follow up on an order kicked back as undeliverable. After I placed this online order I experienced on-line credit card fraud. It could be coincidence that this happened but makes me suspicious. DO NOT ORDERED FROM THEM.
