Alyssa U made my experience at Hop2 easy to navigate. I was having trouble with the website, and Alyssa essentially took care of everything for me over the phone. She gave me several options, prevented me from missing my connection due to a short transfer time, and really made it easy to find what I needed. I give Hop2 5 starts because of her support. I was afraid getting my refund from the airline due to the Coronavirus issue would be a long tedious process. Not so. After talking to HOP2 who said they would ask the airline, I was told it would take 2-4 weeks for my card to be credited and I would receive all of my money back. I was then sent a follow up note from customer service's agent Ruben Copperfield confirming my refund.
A company that not only wants customers but knows how to treat them with respect, which in book means more business for them. Thank you for treating me with courtesy and professionalism.

Amy was amazing! I needed to book an overseas trip for my son. His friends already had their ticket and Amy helped me get him on their exact same flight and tie their reservations together so the airlines will know they are traveling together. Denzel and Tara were very prompt and professional with getting our flight switched after it was involuntarily cancelled by the airline. Hop2 is a Must Do!
I had to return home last minute for a death in the family. The tickets were outrageous for the dates I wanted to be home for. And this was not a simple flight - Dublin to Atlanta. I was desperate to get home, and I wanted tickets that included my luggage. I was looking at $1200+ for that type of ticket. I've never booked with Hop2, so I was skeptical. But I took the chance...and boy I am glad I did. I got my desired flight with luggage for a fantastic price. Thank you so much Hop2! I had zero hiccups, flights all went smoothly, luggage traveled all the way both there and back. I would highly recommend them to others and would DEFINITELY use them again.

First time online Ticket Purchase!! I have to admit that I didn't know about the Hop2 Travel at first yet I still gave it a try and to tell you what, it was worth the risk. I had an initial problem while booking but they remained very prompt and the problem was resolved immediately. Kudos to the team!! :)
