Have ordered a lamp which turned out to be missing a part. Contacted the customer service where I got a response that the case will take up to 14 days to review. As a response I inquired (more than a week ago) if I could return the lamp instead as I couldnt wait this long (needed the lamp here and now) but no response. This is, what I call a terrible customer service.
