Too expensive and no personal care for your home!

The communication in the beginning was alright, although I had to call for a respons on my email.
Once the contact was signed Homekey was not very clear in how they work. As a home owner I didn't feel that our home would be in good hands with them. We cleaned the whole apartment so AirBNB guests could book our apartment from the first day we left. During our holiday our first booking was not accepted by Homekey. They wrote to the guest that they didn't had the time to make the apartment ready for them and asked them to wait for late check in. That was 3 days after we had left the apartment (completely clean and ready for check in!!!).
Homey charges a big amount for cleaning and a minimum stay of 3 nights. I would never recommend HomeKey to others here in Copenhagen
