Be very careful with what you purchase on this website.
I posted an ad for my apartment, and without informing me, they charged me 180 CHF extra for a product/service I never wanted nor ever got any value/use of. Essentially they let the ad run indefinitely even after I had sold the apartment, and after I had correctly paid my bill for the services I had ordered.
Apparently I should have checked some box somewhere, and because I didn't they charged me for additional time of the ad running even after I had paid for the services I initially bought.
They intentionally seems to make it hard for the users to realize that they have to manually stop their ad even after the initial period they select for the ad to run.

I explained to the customer service that I never intended to buy this additional time, and never asked them for this service, but they were the strictest most unwelcoming customer service I've yet to date experienced in Switzerland (after living for 10 years here).

Unfortunately they have a monopoly of sorts in Switzerland it feels like, and that's probably why they can get away with this bad customer service and customer experience.
