This is the worst service I have ever received!!
On the 13th of May I placed an order for a closet and a desk at home24. At the time of the order it stated that the closet was in stock and deliverable in 1-2 weeks. However the desk was indicated to take 5 weeks (which was no problem for me). After 6 weeks of waiting, I received a mail in which the shipment was delayed ANOTHER 6 weeks, so I waited. After another 6 weeks, it was delayed once again for 3 weeks. During that time I had to call them twice, in which they could not give a reason why it is taking that long. They advised me to cancel the order or cancel only the desk. They did not want to deliver the closet even though it was in stock.
I wanted to cancel everything after I mailed them again without any answer. I decided not to cancel so I waited two more weeks and finally received the order today (September 10th). Happy that it finally arrived, I unpacked everything only to discover that the package was incomplete. I missed 5 brackets (specific components which you cannot buy) and a bag of 16 screws. If you call them you should expect to wait at least 15 minutes before someone is available to take your call.
I wish now that I would have cancelled the order because I do not expect a company with such extremely bad service to send me the remaining parts (even though I will try).
