I ordered throwing tomahawks for my scout troop. Listed as in stock / next day ship. After weeks of no delivery and ignored emails to customer service (I was even hung up on once, "by accident").., the items showed up with a manufacturers label listing them as "decorative tomahawks" ..,
They are selling decorations as throwing tomahawks for scouts!
The customer service was so horrible, that I cant mail back, as I do not believe I would get a refund. They have return none of my inquiries.

Placed an order on the 4th of August for an axe 95 dollars with shipping. For two weeks received no conformation of shipping. Made a call and was informed that there was a mix up at the warehouse and that the issue would be solved the same day and send out for shipping. I get an email the fallowing day and it says we are sorry to inform you that your order is on back order till 22nd of September and if you would like a refund please let us know. I make the call and get told that I should receive my refund within 2-3 days, two weeks later still no refund. On the 28th of august attempted making a call to the company to try to sort the issue for the third time and instead got the voice mail during mid day hours. Send two emails never received a reply. Don't know what is going on but sure feels like i got scammed. Thanks for nothing hatchedandaxes.com.
