Samantha answered all of my questions, but in the past I wish there was better follow through communication. I know I’m not the only customer, but when I call there’s a very long hold time before anyone comes on the line.

Priscilla was very helpful and patient. I was on hold for 43 minutes so I knew they were extremely busy, but she took the time with me to get me to understand the answers to my questions. She was very informed about my account so I know the notes in my file must be very thorough. I will be graduating out of the program next month and have been very happy with the service I have received from all the representatives I have dealt with over the years. Thank you.

My call to Harbor took longer to connect but I was given the option of calling because of the weight. I chose to wait and Jakob answered my call. Jakob was friendly and found my answers quickly. Being told I had made my last payment and headed for graduation was almost more exciting for him. He was great. Thank you.

This is the worst experience I have had. We paid them alot of money to drop the ball on the program so many times I cannot even count. The latest was an account that I have paperwork that was to be included in the program, only to find out after much "research" on their side that it was not included in the program. Now left up to us to negotiate a settlement on, funny this happens when A) we are finished paying all of our fees and B) this comes up also when we are finished paying our fees. The program was entered as a precautionary measure since I was going to be laid off at the time and did not want any of our accounts to go in to collection. No account was past due and had never been past due. To enter the program you had to allow them to go past due, incurring late fees, which now the creditors seem to feel they are owed. Very few settlements were negotiated at anything more that 20% less, one account had to have outside council and there was no disconut on the account, in fact we ended up paying 400.00 more than we ever owed. We paid our payments to them every month on time and never had one missed or returned. However, there are still 4 outstanding accounts left to be negotiated, 1 of which they claim was not entered and 3 others still waiting. With the "promise" that they will negotiate the remaining 3 with no extra charge because we have already paid the "fees" for these account negotiations. (We will see whent the time comes, I fully excpect for them to evade this.) I would never recommend this program to anyone. When calling about any questions on your account plan to be on the phone for at least an hour, if not more (mostly hold times), don't request a call back (as they never call you back), when you do speak to someone and the promise to call you back (they never do, you have to call them back). Per the BBB on this company this is a standard practice for them and every review on the site about them states almost the exact same issues I have had, hard lesson learned. This was presented as a way to do the right thing and pay the debts we owed, however, the promises made by the company have yet to be seen. The only thing I know for sure, is that we paid them in fees what we have paid toward or credit debts which makes a no win for us.

Harbor did exactly as they said, they helped me settle debts without my having to file for bankruptcy. The time of completion was fairly close to what was originally predicted. I was treated respectfully every time I called during the last four years. My credit score is already starting to increase. I have recommended Harbor's program to several people, some of whom are now in the program to resolve their debt. Thank you Harbor!

Customer Service is great but initial hold to get to a representative needs to be worked on. I’ve been hold for approximately 45 minutes before I get a message saying do you want a call back. I think they could do this sooner in wait time. After I actually speak to a representative they are very courteous and they conduct themselves with utmost professionalism. I appreciate all their help.

We made several attempts calling Legal Harbor Group ( 855-401-5792). Unfortunately, all our calls go straight to voice record and then put on hold for close to 30 minutes. We have completed all our payments, yet much to our dismay, Legal Harbor Group was only able to settle 3 out of our 5 credit cards. It seems LEGAL HARBOR GROUP has a reputation of asking more payments every time full payments have been completed because somehow it was not able to keep its promise with the agreement. We have fulfilled our obligation to pay Legal Harbor Group the amount of $688.00 for the past 4 years and therefore expect that Legal Harbor Group will keep and fulfill its obligation to settle all of our 5 credit cards. The amount we have agreed upon with Legal Harbor Group is for the complete settlement of our 5 credit cards. For Legal Harbor Group to ask us again for more payments because it was not able fulfill its obligation is totally unacceptable. There are several reviews from clients that were published in the internet indicating that this has been become Legal Harbor Group's " REPUTATION". We therefore did not not accept any additional payments they have requested. We expect Legal harbor Group to fulfill their promise to us when they initially convince us to get their services 4 years ago that the company we are dealing is competent, honorable and with integrity.
We also reminded them of the mission statement they lavishly put along with their logo “Excellent service and compassionate employees who take the time to explain issues in detail and are available to answer questions.”

I have a very small final account to be settled. It has taken over a year to get it done. My account is well over funded and I have zero faith that it is getting the attention it deserves. Three separate negotiators have been working on it with cc to their supervisors, zero result and no follow through or communication back to me.
I will request my reserve back ASAP with interest if not done by end of business next Friday at which time I will file a formal complaint with the BBB.

Wait is always at least 45 minutes and it’s not an option to talk to the person directly who can answer your questions. I’ve been waiting on a call back for over a week for answers to my questions. No response to email other than a generic one. My program was completed in November and I just found out by checking my credit score that all of the payments were not made to one of my creditors. Harbor Legal Group did not notify me the debt was left unpaid or that additional funds were needed. I feel this is a serious matter that should be resolved immediately and I’m very disappointed in the delay.

Brianne is a fabulous & fantastic customer service representative. She is proactive and handles the questions and situations without you having to ask her once you explain your issue to her. She resolved my husbands questions & issues effectively. Kudos to Breanne.

Today, 7/3/19, I had the pleasure of speaking with your CSR Joelle. She took the time to research and answer my questions (there were many). I thanked her for her patience & time while assisting me. I did not at any time feel like she was rushing me or that she was irritated while assisting me. I wish all CSRs could be like Joelle & Nicole (another CSR I had spoke with prior). The negotiator, Lyone, assign to my account is excellent in service, technical process knowledge, advice, and understands how to partner/collaborate with me and my situation. Lyone is a high achiever.
All of the other reps are good to fair but Lyone is excellent.

Our Harbor Legal Group experience!!!
My wife and I have been working with Harbor Legal Group since 2015 to pay down about 17 accounts . By the end of November of this year 2019 we will be paid off! They have worked with me very well especially in hurricane Harvey! They’re able to work with every single one of my creditors about 17 accounts and they were able to differ one month which helped out greatly! I have made all my payments on time but there is one payment that came up short a few months ago. Their records showed because I made all my payments they will take care of this missing payment to make sure everything is accurate as it should be. I’m very grateful for all their help and their efforts in the negotiation. They have settled the loans on average for at least 75% to 50% decreased of the actual value of that debt!
