We booked with all paid insurances in Germany ( TODO compelto )
In Mallorca at AMIGO / OK Cars not accepted
- Must pay additional 157 euro
- Tank was agreed FULL / FULL ---Tank was 80% full
- CAR inside was total dirty !
Unfriendly !! people
We tried to phone Hotline / German phone number more than 20 times
NO reaction !
No reaction on E Mails !
I WARN FROM THIS COMPANY !!! Never use it

The customer service team is unresponsive. I bought full insurance with HappyCar, and when the rental company claimed damage, I sent all the information and photos to HappyCar. They haven't responded at all, even after 1 week and 3 emails. They also don't have a phone number listed anywhere on their website. Very frustrating!

Be careful with happy Car, they work with companies as Maggiore which are a fraud.
We book a car through Happy Car with a debit card, then at Maggiore we couldn't take the car as it needed to be a Credit card. My friend had a Credit card but it had to be a Credit card at my name (the one that made the booking). If Happy Car works with company like Maggiore that have this conditions they shouldn't allow to book it with a debit card.
Afterwards we had several problems with Maggiore, so be careful which company are you hiring through Happy car.

I have been trying to book a car through happycar.de website for last one week. Everytime I entered my credit card details and went for booking I was getting a message saying my credit card number was not correct even though it was correct. I have tried around 10 times in last 10 days and got a failure each time (You can check your logs for failures).
And now if I book the same car I will have to pay 60 - 80€ more than what I was paying initially.
I am losing a lot of money because of problems on your website. If you have problems with some of provider's payment gateways why do you still display the offers from them on your website?
I am really frustrated with my recent experience with happycar.de

The customer service of HappyCar has been very gentle and helpful regarding my booking of a car for our holidays in Germany.
Since I had had some problems choosing the best suitable options, I called the hotline and directly got advised by a friendly lady who gave me the feeling to really support me in terms of my demands and needs - no expected conversation whereas I felt obligated to buy unnecessary extra packages. Furthermore, the staff seems to be multilangual since I was offered to make the conversation in three different languages with this operator. A service I can really recommend to everyone who is in need of a rental car at an unfamilar destination!! Thumbs up!
