We were helped so nicely at the location 6742 Collins Ave in Miami Beach. For years we did rent from other parties but we won't anymore. The son of the owner helped us extremely friendly, but the other guy was also very nice. Oh my god what a difference. We liked the car, it was clean and drove perfect . We are the guys who came in with the yellow beamer that the customers wanted to rent, and also have the Prowler. Thanks guys you made our day on February 27 rental agreement 622970972

Everything went very smoothly. In fact, they were fast to process a refund due to a double charge on my credit card. I also got the exact car i booked for in LAX. Do note that the price quoted is only for the car. The car rental company will have other miscellaneous charges when you collect the car. It can come up to a hefty sum. In all, i will certainly recommend happycar to all.

No trasparency the credit card was out, the other company refused to take 53 euro cash and not give us the car. Happy car says they are not responsible and we lose all the money! Not serious never rent a car with them!

The reservation payment doesnot guarantee the car, in other words nothing. if you come late, they offer you a car from different catagory with much higher price. there is no transparancy on prices neither in WEb nor in reception, lots of hidden costs (tiny letter, price without tax). you end up with total price far way from your expectations.

Booked a car via happycar for 60 days with Europcar in Punta Cana.Booking Ref HAPPYCAR Booking ID: 7525853. On arrival I am informed I can only have a car for 30 days as that is as long as Europcar can hold my credit card details. I now have the hassle and extra expense of finding a car for the next 30 days. I emailed happy car about this and they have not responded at all.

I would not trust this company. When the car rental company did not let me pick up my car, HappyCar would not refund me. I lost money and had to book a with a different company.

See my previous review about hiring a car in Menorca. I chose a car to be collected at the airport’s terminal (not in the vicinity) and they confirmed my booking being for collecting the car at the airport’s terminal. On the day of collection they even sent me a text message to my mobile phone, re-confirming that I should go to the hire car’s company desk on the airport to collect the keys. There was no such hire car company at the terminal but a good 10mins away on a minibus ride. The hire company, Inter rental, has so far declined any responsibility for the mis information provided by Happycar’s website and on the basis that I paid Happycar for the service. As I anticipated on my previous comments, Happycar blame Inter rental and Inter rental blame Happycar. The bottom line is that I paid for a service that did not exist and that complaints against Happycar, Inter rental (part of Goldcar) are on the rise in both Spain and the UK (as per information provided by the Spanish Consumer Protection Association (OCU) and Which in the UK
Use Doyouspain instead or Economycarrentals - they don’t mislead you and if you have an issue they have great customer service (unlike Happycar)

On arrival at the airport we start looking for the rental cars offices. We were a little earlier than planned but that was no problem for Hertz. We got a nice car with all facilities. Good services. Keep it up.

Rented a car through this site recently. It was to be picked up and dropped off at Pittsburgh International Airport. Arrived at Budget and they can’t find my reservation. I have my receipt and they advise it’s the budget several miles down the road. I said can I just get it here and they said it would be about 11% more. I said ok since I had three people with our luggage. It ended up being over 20% about $70. Make sure you know exactly where you’re picking the car up. Felt like it was very misleading about the location.

Wynająłem samochód we Francjii odebrałem na lotnisku CGD w Paryżu. Happycar proponuje własne ubezpieczenie, ale nie posiada własnych samochodów korzystając ze współpracy z innymi firmami np. Hertz. Na miejscu dowiedziałem się ze Hertz proponuje dużo lepsze ubezpieczenie. Musiałem kupić dodatkowe ubezpieczenie od Hertz bo inaczej za kazde uszkodzenie trzebaby zaplacic do 1000 € wkladu, ktory potem mialby zwrocic happycar. O kwocie wkladu dowiedzialem sie dopiero w Hertz w momemcie odbioru samochodu. Duży minus za brak pełnej informacji w trakcie zawierania umowy. Nie odpisują na maile.

I just had a most unhappy experience with happycar.com
Happycar.com had great prices listed on their site so I booked a car only to have them contact me to say that for undisclosed reasons, my booking could not be completed but no worries as they had another offer available. Since it was just a little bit more expensive I decided to book that car instead.
Well this happened 2 more times when finally on the THIRD TIME the offer was now not even cheaper than the competition and the location of my rental was moved from the airport to an off site vendor.
This process stretched over a couple or 3 days and completely wasted my time, not to mention I almost missed out on the other legitimate deals that I had found elsewhere AND I had to give my credit card details to happycar.com
After all this, I searched their site again just to see what would happen and sure enough there was the same fantastic deal listed that they have no intention of letting anyone book.
I would avoid trying to book a rental car with happycar.com at all costs unless you enjoy playing bait and switch on the losing end.
Oct 2019 RESPONSE TO HAPPY CAR
Thanks for your response nearly 4MONTHS LATER and also for confirming my 0 star review with a detailed description of your clearly flawed business model.
My 0 star review stands. If you want to waste a lot of time going round and round as Happy Car tries to connect you to a supplier then be my guest.
Whether it be the cause of the supplier or happycar.com, the name of the game in this system is get people clicking on low prices then switch to higher prices based on any number of reasons.
Happy Car needs to take responsibility for its supplier's actions and if the supplier can not fufil the rental contracts as advertised, Happy Car should delist them. As the middleman, it is not acceptable just to pass the buck on to the supplier.
