Disappointed in sizing changeI’ve bought the same Tagless Briefs, in the 6 pack, from Walmart, for years. In 2022 I bought a set of size 8s, which had been my go to for several years. That time they fit like 7s although I religiously wash them and air dry - never a dryer. I bought a single pair of 9s this past year only to find them running small. Seriously, I have not change clothing sizes. So in March 2023 I purchased a package of 6 size 10. They are the size of the 8s. Shame on Hanes for scrimping on materials. Men’s white cotton t-shirtsMen’s white cotton t-shirts, absolutely, garbage. Paid $30 for 2 4 pks and literally threw them out. Usually I will save old t’s for rags these were not worth that. I responded to an advert on Facebook…Marketplace.I responded to an advert on Facebook Market Place about a portable laser cleaning machine. Paid the required amount on 19 November 2022. Package arrived 4 January 2023. Upon opening I found a small child’s bracelet. But in the mean time this postal item sat at the airport in China. WOW could not find any space in an aircraft coming to Australia for over a month. Expecting this was a scam by interaction with company by e-Mail I had my bank reverse the payment in November. WHY DOES FACEBOOK MARKET PLACE NOT VET THE COMPANIES WHO POP UP TAKE MONEY AND THEN JUST DISAPPEAR? Shame on MarketPlace. Superb Customer Service from Jeffrey HodgesI have been purchasing Hanes products for years. I had an order where three items had shrunk and one did not arrive. Called Customer Service and reached a really talented CSR, Jeffrey Hodges. It was one of the best customer service experiences ever. He refunded then reordered the problem items immediately. I like Hanes...but...(updated review)Update: today is 12/22/2020 and I got my package. I am not sure why it was in "processing" for so long, but I have what I need for the holidays. Thanks Hanes! I am changing my rating from a 2 to a 4. 12/19/2020 I like Hanes. I have been a long time purchaser of their products. They are pretty good and reasonably priced. Generally, their shipping is just fine as well. However...I ordered my shirts on November 29. It is now December 19. I understand the shipping delays due to covid and such, But...these haven't even shipped yet as far as I know. My order says still processing. Now, I am a reasonable person, and if someone can explain to me why something isn't processing after 20 days since the order, I can pretty much be ok with that. However...all I have for access to a "someone" is a phone call, which of course meant waiting on hold with no call back option. I was on hold for ten minutes without knowing how much longer it might be. I would have preferred to chat online, but that option was not available. So, Hanes, you failed on this one.
