Timing isn't their strong point, but neither is customer service. I placed an order and paid for expedited shipping. My order should have arrived 6 days later based on the information shared when the order was placed. It has now been 9 days and no glasses. In fact, no information on the glasses. I contacted customer service. They informed my it would be 24 hours before they could have an answer...I called back and still no answer...we working on 29 hours and no information from customer service. Unfortunately, this has become the norm with a lot of businesses, where they don't hold their end of the bargain. If you have no intention of shipping out within 4 business days, take that line off your website. I'm on a deadline to get these glasses and at the rate they are going, they won't meet it even though, it gave glasses.com twice the time they stated they needed to complete the order.

This site and company is owned by Luxottica (maker of Ray-Ban, Oakley) which is why the frames on here are so inexpensive. The site is legit but the SSL seems to be broken during the check out process.
