This basket was like $60-70 that I received for Mother's Day and I couldn't believe they were selling things from the dollar store. I'm pretty sure the dollar store looks better than what they sent me, and when you try calling them there's no answer and they give you 5 seconds to leave a voicemail until it cuts you off. I feel bad my boyfriend spent his money on this cheap ass basket. The products are nothing but chemicals. He even paid extra and it didn't get here on time for Mother's Day.

I tried to go about other ways but no email to contact support and no one is returning or answering my calls! I ordered an Easter Bunny basket for my neice and nephew and it was 3 days late. Not worth the price I paid of $45! Looks like someone packed up stuff they had in their house. Nothing at all like pictured!

name and address exactly as it appears on statement for the credit card used ti pay for this order
recipients phone nimer needed by carrier.
Even spell check would tell them its all wrong. Also I was not ordering a Yacht just some chocolates for my Moms Birthday! They charged my card but canceled the order ! Money is out of my account for several days!

They have the fastest service for delivery. The flowers are breathtaking every time and all my wife's deliveries. Pleasant, knowledgeable staff. Whether it's Mother's Day or a birthday or a holiday they're always up to date on the modern day vase or flower holder of your liking. They have very reasonable prices and definitely excellent flowers - fresh and with much aroma of beautiful smelling flowers.

I didn't find this site until weeks after ordering from GiftBasket.com. Was quite surprised to see all of the negative reviews. Nothing but positive for me and my friend who was recovering from Surgery. Did a search, company came up. Ordered a get well basket with cookies, candies, and such. Got a call cursing and thanking me at the same time. Loved the cookies so much they couldn't stop eating, but recovering from surgery couldn't exercise to burn the calories. :) Smiles all around. I will definitely use them again.

It's a complete fraud. I think they are operating out of a basement. I paid $643.95 for next day shipping and $48 for the gift and it's been three day's and my poor elderly mom, still has not received her gift. She just got out of the hospital for heart surgery and she waited all day for her package that never came. This company is clearly using price gouging and misleading ales tactics and needs to be reported to the AG s soon as possible for omitting fraud. I called numerous times and they they were very rude and actually one person actually hung up on me. A company like this does not deserve to be in business! They operate in my opinion like a circus and I am 100% running a chageback! If you were taken advantage of by this company, please email me as soon as possible so Incan instruct you on the right paper work to fax to the AG. *******@gmail.com Also, I am putting multiple reviews on every website I can think of to warn the American people Of a boiler room that needs to be investigated and now that they slammed the phone down on me, I am going to blog allllll day and night about this! Thanks for destroying my elderly Mother's Day and also causing her to be stressed and worried after a major heatt surgery!

I sent a basket to a friend who lost his son. All the fruit was rotten. The basket did not have the note I wrote in the order so he had no idea who the basket was from. When I called the company I was told to leave a message. I emailed as well. Still have not heard back and it has been 2 weeks. SCAM.

I sent a basket to an employee that got injured at work. It went to the hospital which it never got there in the time frame that they claimed so he was released and it was at the hospital, they called the hospital and told them to discard the basket. So the hospital discarded the basket and then when I called they acted like it was my fault for sending the basket to someone in the hospital. Three weeks later they finally sent the basket again and when it got there it looked like my child packed it up but first smashed everything before putting it in to the box upside down and just thrown in. i would never use them again!

Stil calling today to get my 3 day shipping credit. Finally received gift basket which was absolutely cheap and awful. And now they won't accept it back because I didn't return it within 10 days of receiving it. Feel like I was scammed. Beware online purchases!

I was in search for a delivery before Christmas, I wish I would have seen this site and read reviews before purchasing. I asked company before I ordered(Wed. 19th) if it would arrive before Christmas , they said yes but select 2nd day shipping for Friday 22nd Delivery. The package never arrived until late Thursday night 27th!! I even called that morning told them of my disappointment and that the persons I ordered it for might already be gone for vacation , she informed me she could refund my shipping. I called today and questioned the 100% guarantee because it arrived to a empty house and I was met with a obnoxious lady who just wanted to argue and not let me speak and that I must have the basket sent back to get money back, I told her that the people had already left and that they would be gone for at least a week .... she said that was their policy and no refund!!! The HAPPY GUARANTEE is a JOKE!! I will never order again from this place. DO NOT WASTE YOUR $$$$

Ordered a Christmas Basket for my sisters in NY. Paid extra for 2 day ship $43.65. Basket arrived 5 days later. Beat up, ripped box, torn cellophane. Paid this company a total of $285.96 for this basket. Horrible experience. Felt embarrassed for the recipients. What should have been a pleasant experience, turned into a nightmare. They did not even have the courtesy to respond to my emails. Avoid this company. They are not honest people.

SCAM! I ordered a gift basket for 85$ and what came... NO BASKET and snacks I could have purchased for less than 20$ wrapped up in a plastic bag. I was embarrassed to give this as a get well basket. DO NOT PURCHASE FROM HERE.

Run away from this company. I ordered a gourmet fruit basket for a funeral and they delivered danish cookies (in the round tin can 2 for $5) and squeeze apple sauce. Yes, that was the top of the line giftbasket. FALSE advertising on website!

I don't recommend this site to anyone! They got my entire order wrong, sent me things I didn't order, replacing the things that I did, but still charged me for the things they haven't sent me. When I tried reaching out to them to correct this mix up, I quickly understood that I was going to get absolutely nowhere. If I could do this experience over, I would just avoid ordering from their site altogether.

I placed an order for 2 baskets a MONTH ahead of time. One basket never arrived; when I called to inquire where it was they told me a supervisor would call me right back. No calls. Two days later I call again and finally the "supervisor" got on the phone and told me it was on "back order". They had an entire month to tell me this and had no plans on informing me. They were just letting my order sit indefinitely.
The one package I did receive was a completely different basket worth FAR less than what I had ordered, contained items the recipient had no taste for AND had a note on it written to some guy I have never heard of.
I paid $350 dollars to end up with a candy bar and some gross sugary dried fruit made out to some stranger.

Melted chocolates.....When called to let them know it was a complete joke.
They wanted me to provide them with the invoice #, I explained it was a gift given to me and did not know what information. To say the least, they blew me off for months and never responded or send a new one. I offered to return the one I had for a new one.
Still no go...they are not concerned about their reputation or clients.
I will never use them or recommend them ever......

Received a "Godiva & More" gift basket from giftbasket.com, the website lists the "value" to be $130, but I could have picked these items up for about $10 or less at the grocery store (and I would have received full-size items instead of these itty-bitty one-bite disappointments that this company ships). I had to spit most of the items out. Some of the wrappers confirmed what I suspected - the items were past their expiration date. Most of the wrappers didn't even have expiration dates though - which is probably why they were shipping them out bad. I tried to contact the company, and they asked me to send them "proof" of the expiration dates. I sent what I could. I have not heard back. I'm not holding my breath, as I see others have had bad experiences with customer service.

This company has the WORST customer service I have ever encountered. Tried to place an order several times for 20 gift baskets for my customers. Was told that a manager named Evelyn would call me back, and this never happened. Called back two days later and was told the same thing. This was the last week of November. Received no followup for the next two weeks. Called again the 3rd week of December. The mysterious Evelyn was always in her car, out to lunch, in the warehouse, on another call. I really felt that these people did not want my business. Finally someone called me back and I stupidly completed the order. Next time I will call Harry and Davids. May cost a little more, but who needs this headache during the holidays. Also, they never sent me a confirmation number, receipt, or ANYTHING. Just called them today (12/29) for a receipt and was told “Evelyn” will email it too me. The only way I knew these delivered was thank yous from my customers. NEVER AGAIN!!

I got a basket as a gift for my baby girl (she was a new born). The basket Im pretty sure was not cheap and the products that were inside looked like they got it from a dollar store. But the worst was that one of the products was expired.
