I have not received my refund for my tickets for an NHL game that has been cancelled! I’m not impressed. I’ve waited for awhile for someone to give back a refund since all NHL games are suspended. Horrible customer service, no phone call or email to explain how their going to go about this issue and how to resolve this since this pandemic. Very upset and I haven’t been unreasonable , I’ve been nothing but patient for my refund since the date of the game. Every company out there has done well at this point and time to take care of their clients and make sure proper measures are being taken. Not this company, very upset!

The prices are always higher than usually alot of places an even more then the actual venue it's being held at an the price guarantee is nice but they dont just give you the money back in your account they give you credit that you can only use for gametime other than that is really good an easy an simple!
