This store has almost everything you need for one stop shopping. The employees are very knowledgeable of all things in their department. But if you ask someone where something is, most of them do not have a clue.

BEWARE YOU BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPANY AND STORE LOCATION OFF STONEBRIDGE ROAD YOU WILL LITERALLY RECEIVE THE WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE IN HISTORY. ALL THEY WANT IS YOUR MONEY AND GET YOU IN AND OUT. ANY PROBLEMS WITH ANYTHING DO NOT I REPEAT DO NOT EXPECT A PHONE CALL BACK (TAKEN ME OVER 7-8 CALLS NOW AND NOTHING). THEY WILL AVOID YOU LIKE A PLAGUE! I HAVE A MANUFACTURE RMA APPROVAL FROM SAMSUNG FOR STORE CREDIT REGARDING ANOTHER TV I BOUGHT FROM THIS FRYS LOCATION AND THEY DO EVERYTHING THEY CAN NOT TO EVEN TRY AND HELP YOU OUT. I HAVE PROBABLY WROTE OVER 100 POSITIVE REVIEWS IN MY LIFE AT 48 YEARS OLD AND LESS THAN 3-4 NEGATIVES ONES AND THIS ONE IS THE WORST. THEY LITERALLY DO NOT KNOW WHAT THEY ARE DOING AND NO WONDER THE LAST COUPLE TIMES I HAVE GONE INTO THIS STORE IS LIKE WALKING INTO A GHOST TOWN. THE SERVICE SUCKS!!

A half full (or empty) parking lot, half the items on the shelves, half the staff available, and only one register open for checkout. This is a summary of my last two visits with two of my favorite Fry’s Electronics. One in Anaheim and the second in Houston near I-45. My third fave is the Las Vegas location off I-15. It’s been but a few short years since I shopped at Fry’s, but what made Fry’s the place to go-to place for all my PC, tool, car audio, and other gadgetries are gone. Only for now I hope because Fry’s was my Disneyland. I could spend all day and way more money than I planned on. Part of this was due to Fry’s magical ability to transform my wants into needs. They did this thru their excellent, knowledgeable, and reasonably available staff and abundantly stocked items. I often didn’t realize how absolutely helpful an item or tool was until I saw it. To me, that’s inspiration, or brilliant manipulation. At least Fry’s theme park-like atmosphere is intact. I like this part of my shopping experience. Each store I’ve visited, had its own theme. Such as, Houston’s indoor oil rig with uniformed mannequins. Anaheim has a space shuttle command deck. And, Las Vegas of course, has a slot machine façade with working giant screens to indicate you’re a winner. Inside, there was a grand piano. When not being played, the piano played remotely to keep the ambiance going. Additionally, each store has a café. Fry’s layout accommodated either the in-and-out shopper who easily found what they needed (or wanted), or someone who wanted to take their time and take in all the sites. There was never enough time in any one day for me to see, sample, and inquire about everything. However, I always left happy, inspired, and eager to come back. All these positive experiences were some years before I joined the online reviewing community. So, when a staffer performed beyond my expectations, I filled out the specific Fry’s form. It was my pleasure to do so.
That was then. Now, I shopped at Anaheim and didn’t find what I needed. I picked up a few things however, I left the items at the only open register because the nice lady couldn’t get the register to work. I successfully bought the same items at the Houston location but still didn’t find the main item I needed. Gone is the inspiration and reason to spend the time and the fuel driving to Fry’s. After talking to a few associates, they believe Fry’s management is going thru a transitional period. I’m hoping they’re right and Fry’s transitions back to its former self. I’m not mad writing this. I just want to see Fry’s do better. It’s one of the “brick and mortar” places I hope does better.

I was purchase LG refrigerator from Fry's at Renton, WA few years ago and buy 5 years warranty from their store, (I though buy warranty from local is better than form LG , but I was wrong!), now 3 years use and my ice maker is not working, so it is about the time I call them.
In Summer time We need ice, but there is no Ice, then I call them for send someone to fix it, so someone call me for set up appointment next week from 9:00 AM - noon, but at that day at 11:00 I call to the person was call me for set up appointment, and ask are they will come to my house fix the refrigerator, and it was surprise me because over another end he was answer me with sleeping voice and after he knows there is appointment with me today, then he said he will ask his office, then call me back, but never call me back, (I'm not bother to call back either)
So days later, I call back to store for asking for fix refrigerator again, they said they will call the service, and will call me back, but never did
KKK suddenly there is a day my phone ring and the man (last time has sleeping voice) call me to set up early appointment for next week at 9:30 AM, with promised and sorry what happen last time... blah, blah, blah...
Now is Fall season, with a lot of rain. I do not think I need ice, but still need it fix!
@ 9:45 I did not see him show up, then I call him 2 times, but he did not answer my phone!!! so at 11:00 I call Fry's at Renton, to complain for the repair was set up appointment 2 time , but did not show up; so after few transfer, then I got a person help me and he said he will call the repair and ask them, so he wants to give me the repair company phone number, but I refuse, because there no reason why I have to take their phone number and call them...I told him call them and let me know, he start getting mad...
1 hours later I noticed I miss the call, so I call back, then the man at Fry's store answer me, now I got a very good service from him... after he knows I'm calling, then he start yelling, screaming... why I did not answer the phone, he said he was call me 3 times (my phone was showing only 1 time he call, and no one else), I try to tell him I put my phone in silence, and receipt only 1 call...but he still screaming and yelling...he did not knows, because he not at my phone so he did not knows... if the repair company calls me, I did not answer either... blah blah blah...he did not wants to listen me or answer my question about the repair person will come today or not!!! All he just screaming and yelling why I'm not answer his call??? I have to give up to asking him about my question and request to talk with manager, then he said the manager is not here, only him to taking care, then hang up???
For FRY'S store:
Do you need to call 3 times to your customer??? Why you do not leave a message? Do you think people have time and wait for your call, then has to answer? We are not a big boss like you, so we can not leave the phone KEEP ringing (3 times)... KKK what kind the service at FRY'S is it???
Ps: @ 13:30 the repair man show up, blah blah blah... reason show up late for 5 minutes then look at ice maker for second, then said he will order part, and leave

I've held back on leaving this review hoping I just caught somebody on a bad day, but never fails everytime I come just horrible service. One person sends you to another department just to find out that person says no no it's back over there. Then they dont want to show you they get upset when you ask you get the run around. I literally just had some tell me well if they sent you over here that means we dont have it. What!!! What does that even mean how is that good service. RadioShack had better service. Yes this place has cool stuff decent prices but the workers lack of intrest for the place and lack of service makes it undesirable to even come here anymore. Please do something to fix this.

I ordered an item online and received conformation and tracking information. Two days later I receive a cancellation email with no reason and told to call a number. When I call they have no idea why the order was canceled and I should reorder. After being assured my reorder would not be canceled I reordered. Again I receive a conformation email and a tracking number. I received a call from customer service and was told they have the item and will ship it. About an hour later I receive a cancellation for the reorder. I call them again and this time I was told I canceled the orders. I explained that I received cancellation emails from Frys and I did not cancel any order. Again they told me to reorder. I ask for assurance that they would not cancel my the order a third time and again they claimed that they did not cancel the orders but that I canceled them. They said to go ahead and reorder. At that point I responded that you people are to stupid for me to ever order anything from Frys again and hung up. If they can't get an order right after two attempts their is no reason for me to believe they will get it correct after a third time. There are to many other companies for me to continue to accept Frys incompetence..

These guys are pro scammers! AVOID AT ALL COSTS!
This was my first and last experience with them. I ordered a set of speakers on sale in July 2019. They cancelled the one speaker 12 hours later and next day I received a call regarding the one speaker (I ordered a set for a reason!) and they told me that it is used and has a chip on the base. I agreed to receive it ONLY after receiving an extra discount AND after ensuring I would get another demo unit from another store. Not only did I not receive a discount, the other store's customer service NEVER returned my calls and follow up on their promise and I ended up receiving a DAMAGED USED (more than they claimed) speaker missing the grill as well!!!! They did the exact same with another order placed in the meanwhile for a set of Klipsch bookself speakers. They took the order online and then called later in the day to say they have to cancel it because the items are used and NOT in working condition. They told me to go get them at another store, they should be available somewhere. Absolutely HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE. Now they will not refund the order because it was delivered while I was gone and I did not report it within 48hrs. Of course they claim to have everything sold out and the advice was to wait for another even at some point in the future. If you value your $ and your time AVOID these people at all costs. It is NOT worth it. Very disrespectful towards consumers.

I purchased a X-Box One S Bundle with Battlefied V online. Part of the reason was they offered free same day delivery. I was supposed to receive a confirmation email within 20 minutes, but never did. 6 hours later, I sent an email stating I never received a confirmation email and it was now 6 hours later. 30 minutes later, I get an email that my order had been cancelled.
Contacted the store the next day and was told this was a Black Friday ad that was released early and they wouldn't deliver it, even though it stated right in the ad that there was free delivery. I had to come in the store and pick it up. I told them I still wanted it and asked them if they would hold it for me. Flat out told me no, he couldn't do that. I was flabergasted at the total disregard for what they advertised and that they wouldn't do anything to take care of me. This isn't the first time I have had a terrible experience with these guys and would warn everybody that this company doesn't stick behind there advertising and could care less what we want.

I bought a GTX 1060 video card from Fry's two days ago, and my computer could not detect it, I've tried on two different computers and still could not fix it. So I went back there to return it. But Fry's refused to return, they said they don't let anyone return any video cards anymore. It is completely not returnable. The cocky manager said to me rudely "We changed our return policy last year to not let any one return a video card because of the mining ppl. You have to contact the manufacture to have a replacement if it's defective." And I said you guys changed the return policy without letting customer knows. And that $#*! said "Oh, it doesn't matter. "This item can not be returned" is printed on the receipt. Now I realized how stupid I am. Why I came to local store for shopping??? I can go buy anything on Amazon with my Prime membership and return it without any hassle, why the $#*! I went to Fry's??
I have to keep this defective card for now and contact manufacture for a replacement which could be done in next two months?? $#*! my holiday season without having a working video card??? Are you $#*!ing kidding me, Fry's???
You all should never buy a thing at Fry's again!!

I specifically ordered a certain type of ink. I remember being extremely careful about the one i chose. When i received it, it turned out to be a different type of ink that they shipped. I tried to retun it and spoke with a manager named Craig, all he said was its been opened so we cant return$70 down the drain and no help from them. Never ordering from here again.

I drove there this morning to buy a Samsung UN43NU6900 43" TV. It was in an ad for today only, in store only for $299.99 with code 7152311. They said they had one but "couldn't" find it when they went to look for it. Meanwhile, while waiting, I heard one of the salesmen tell the other he wanted one to take home. I could understand if they only had one left and the salesman wanted to buy it himself, but I don't like being lied to. Asked to se a manager and was told I would have to go up front. There was none in office and I was told I'd have to wait in the return line. I gave up. Very disappointed...

I bought a Soleus FE2-12BA 12000 BTU A/C . the sign on it said it would work in a room that is 450sf -550st i put it in a room that is 155 sf it doesn't do anything unless you sit right in front on it. It is way to week to cool a even 155sf. I brought it back to the store and they refused to exchange the unit because they could feel cold air blowing out. They said the unit would have to be defective to exchange it. I the unit doesn't preform as advertised wouldn't that be considered defective. The manager Sam Mikeuc said the best he could do is give me 50% off a second unit! This store is a ripoff they don't back the products they sell or honor their own policies the will change it as they see fit! I wouldn't buy anything from these scam artist and their customer service suck too!!!!!

I love Fry's and it is a true rarity in the current retail market. They provide in-depth and knowledgeable service across the board on electronics and other areas. It is really a great place for those wanting to actually solve technical problems or get high quality solutions to electronics needs, instead of someone just yes'ing them or just trying to sell them something. What I especially like is that when talking to sales clerks about products and ideas, they give candid opinions and feedback on questions and issues. They are not afraid to offer their critiques of your proposed solution or approach. A true rarity in retail these days. I highly recommend to buy your electronics here. This place is really awesome and few places left in retail with this kind of in-depth no nonsense approach to technology solutions.

I ordered a scooter online. Counted on for gift, they called day of delivery saying " do not know whey THEY let you order". "We do not have that scooter. " Then tried to sell me on a far inferior scooter for more money . When I asked if they could at least match the price of the better scooter they refused. They would do nothing to honor my completed order .

Bought a 65" QLED Samsung TV from Frys website and had it delivered. Upon turning it on there is a 3" crack in the screen at the top . Called Frys right away and they said i have to bring it back to the store for a manager to look at it. Took it to City of Industry store and the manager said i must have damaged it and nothing he could do about it. Theres no way I damaged it and now Im stuck with a cracked screen. Nect step is small claims court.
