Ordered a item on the 2/9/19 , received a email saying they would not get the item I bought until the 22/9 and then woulda end it on to me. I emailed them last week still no reply, very poor service would never order anything again from them. The gift was a birthday present which unfortunately come and gone

Do not purchase from this site. First, I was sent the wrong item. Then, when I finally got the correct item, it is falling apart in less than 2 years. I spent over $400 on a purse that has barely been used and is now falling apart. I was promised a 2 year warranty at the time of purchase, which is now being denied because they say it's 'wear and tear', even though the bag has been barely used! Ridiculous service, all they are offering is store credit - IF I pay for shipping and customs from Canada to Italy. Stay away!

They wait until you’ve already placed an order to tell you that it’s out of stock. 2 months later and I’m still waiting for my order to be delivered. I asked for a refund and no longer want the order, because who would want an order placed 2-3 months ago, with no reply. I could’ve travelled to Italy myself by now and gotten it. If you want to run a website, at least have the communication skills to do so, actually telling customers BEFORE ordering, or at least not 2 weeks later, that the item is out of stock. Hopeless.

Seen a though this is the only place people seem get a reply from this disastrous company I thought I would put everything forward from here.
This is now the third message regarding my order 9008926 which was placed on the 8/24/2019.
When the order was placed it clearly stated that the item was due for delivery the first half of September.
We are now on the September 13th and the ordered item is still listed as processing.
So even if the item was put out for shipping today I would not receive it until the second half of the month.
The ordered item was for my daughter to return to school with. So has you can imagine she is very upset still to have not received it by the stated time.
I’m finding myself getting more and more frustrated in your incompetence and lack of customer service support.
So I will now ask again for the third time. When will I receive my order 9008926.

I finally received a refund for this order after several weeks of dealing with their team. All my calls to the support line, and several of my emails to them from the website went unanswered. After I posted on TrustPilot I finally received some help, and eventually, a refund.
I ordered Nicholas Kirkwood shoes for my wedding on July 20 – received an initial order confirmation but haven't heard a peep since.
It's been THREE weeks and I have received no update as to whether or not this is even coming. But of course my credit card was charged the moment I made the purchase.
I called VISA today to issue a charge back on this purchase after trying to contact the customer services via multiple channels -- the website email form twice, called and left several messages (literally no one answers this line)
Thoroughly disappointed. I've never received service like this when buying such a high end product. I'm taking my money elsewhere to a trusted site.

I have emailed countless times now to find out where my order was, at first they responded saying it was delayed but now they are just plain ignoring me. I placed the order in July!! I would like a refund if it isn't arriving soon, it was not a cheap order.

I purchased a luxury handbag that was described as ‘Made in Italy’. However upon receipt of the merchandise I find a ‘Made in Romania’ tag sewn in the interior. I don’t want to hear that the leather is ‘Made in Italy’ but assembled in Romania. Made in Italy should mean Made in Italy. I’m currently waiting for a response from them. I’m not holding my breath. Totally unacceptable way of doing business. They will eventually learn, the hard way!!

Appalling service on order no.9007015
My experience is the same as Mr. Young. I ordered 12 August for my wife's birthday to be told that expected delivery date was 5 September. Still nothing has been delivered and nobody has replied to my subsequent chasing emails. Nobody answers the telephone. There is a constant and repeating message which ultimately switches to a request to ring back later. Is Fotrzieri going busy.;

Representative from Forzieri contacted me straight after I posted this review. I got my refund today.
I was advised to contact them in [email protected] .com, reply time is 1 business day.

I have tried getting into contact with Forzieri customer service on two separate dates, i’ve also tried ringing their customer service line and have also not been able to be in contact with an agent. My order number is 9005973 and I have ordered a Versace Jeans Couture Black and White backpack, I have not received the bag and it has been around 2 weeks, additionally it states that my item will be delivered in the second half of August yet my order status is still processing! I am absolutely appalled by the service and if I don’t receive the item in the next week I will have to escalate the matter and make the appropriate calls to reclaim my money. Poor service, Forzieri do better.

i purchased a bag on this website, ooooohhh my god! this luxury bag wrapped in a good box, but after i opened it, i could connect the strap with my the bag! i thought i just need instruction on YouTube, so finally i found out that missing two connect rings! I E-MAIL them over 8 times, nobody reply! after I FIGURED OUT THE ITALIAN TIME, they finally answered my phone . I told them i want to return it! they want me sent the pictures and then give answer! after another two days, they send me an email said that they can send me rings! and want me confirm the ADDRESS, now one week past, no reply again! i call them this morning, they said will send me the rings after two days and no tracking number! will take 15 days! but i alreday told them last week i am leaving this address! i have so many questions? why they DON'T return my order! why they COULDN'T send the ring out ASAP after they made such stupid mistake?

I recently bought 2 handbags from them, despite the mixed reviews, in hoping they have improved their customer service since they've been given more than a few 1 star ratings. Luckily, I received the handbags in a timely manner but one of the bags is missing the shoulder strap that should've come with it. I've emailed once and tried contacting them through Facebook Messenger, but still no reply. It must be an automated reply where they say they'll respond within 48 hours. Would I purchase from them again?...NEVER!!!!

I placed an order on August 16th (order number: 9007650) scheduled to be delivered 2nd half of August. Today is August 30th and my order status is still processing.
I tried contacting customer service writing an e-mail and calling but no response. Also tried contacting them on Instagram, no response.
I would really like to know what is happening with my order (When will it be shipped?) and if the item is ever IN STOCK because on Forzieri website the same item (3.1 Phillip Lim Black Pashli Mini Satchel) is now scheduled to be delivered 2nd half of September.
If I have to wait another month to get a bag then I don’t want it and I want a refund. Also if you can’t deliver pre-ordered items on time you provided then don’t bother selling them.
