I ordered over $50 worth of clothing and it's shipping to the wrong address that is over 3 hours away. I am reading there is nothing they can do after it ships and they can't even give you a refund. So I called 888-494-3827 (their customer service) and someone picked up and argued with me that I wasn't 21 and I shouldn't even be speaking on the phone. I asked multiple times if this was forever 21 customer service and he kept telling me I wasn't old enough?? I am completely raged and upset.

I orederd three item..I received only 2 item..I already paid money for 3 item..I tried to contact customer service they don't response call at all.I mailed them 100 times regarding the issues they reply nothing but just an auto generated message..guys don't order anything online its not worthy..customer service sucks..don't buy but if u want to buy do not pay money in advance becoz these fraud people will take money and thn they will not give you the item..
We ain't millionaire kids if we paid for something it means we need it...we r not donating our hardworking money on your rich brand...

I ordered a hoodie and received one update 2 weeks ago that it was shipped. Since then, I haven't received any further updates and when I try to check the order status, it still only states that it was shipped from CA and that it's "on its way" (clearly it isn't). I decided to look at the reviews and now see that a lot of people have had the same issue as me. It's upsetting that I probably won't get my item at all. PLEASE listen to the reviews and don't order from Forever 21! No one deserves to be scammed like this!

We went through into this store and got some Great Deals! I got at least 8 items for less than $50! That was Awesome! I hit the jackpot with the deals I got. Checkout was awful! I was behind the woman Keia waited on, and she had a whole conversation with her and it was a good vibe! I was next. I greeted her, and she spoke. I asked her how her day was, and she said it was good, and she was ready to go. That was it. She told me to have a good night. I didn't get any conversation at all. I didn't get the same customer service the woman in front of me got. That made me feel some type of way. I didn't appreciate that at all. Something was said when I walked away and she laughed loudly. I felt like that was about me. I didn't feel very welcomed at all. I spoke just to see if she would give me the same conversation, but I didn't get it at all. I was very disappointed. I would really appreciate it if she was retrained on her Customer Service Skills. Everyone should feel the same way no matter what. Thank you for your time and the awesome deals you have there!

I would love to rate Forever 21 as 0 stars, if it was possible. I have not had a positive experience in the multiple times I've purchased from them. I'm incredibly disappointed in their custom service. I've had one situation where they refused to return my brand new items, with tags still attached. I at least was offered the store credit. However, I recently received an order with an item missing and an incorrect item. I'm being accused of lying about the missing item and being required to sign an affidavit. I also have to take pictures to prove the incorrect item is indeed incorrect. Most stores apologize, send you the missing item, and correct their errors. If I was lying about not receiving an item, why would I pick a $19.99 t-shirt, of all things?! This process is ridiculous, when clearly I'm not the one at fault for MULTIPLE mistakes in the order. If it wasn't for the store credit, I would never shop there again. Do not buy from this company.

If I could give no stars I would I made an online purchase on May 6 today is June 21st and I still don't get my package it literally takes 40min to an hour for someone to answer once you tell them your issue I said I wanted my money back I filled out a stupid affidavit they put me on hold again for another 20min acting like they will help me I was put on hold again for an hour then I was hung up on by this Representative named Marcos he is no help this has been my third attempt in trying to get my money back and have not received it till this day I wish I had seen the reviews first before placing an order seems like a lot of people have been having this problem. TRASH company they keep your money don't buy from them i will report them to the BBB

DO NOT SHOP ONLINE WITH FOREVER 21. Never received my package and I can see that tons of people have also not received their package (or had missing/incorrect items) and have experienced horrible customer service dealing with not being able to contact anyone, no one answers on the phone, no one responds to emails. Since I cannot get a refund, nor store credit, nor a re-shipment of products through Forever 21 because NO ONE RESPONDS I have to CALL MY CREDIT CARD COMPANY to get this purchase off my card.

If you have any problems with the fulfillment of your order be prepared to not get your stuff. I placed an online order and never received my stuff. I contacted customer service and they didn't help me at all. By far the worst customer service I've ever experienced through a big company. I have my online receipt and my bank statement showing they charged me but they sent an email saying they sent my package back to the facility. Well if there not sending the stuff that I paid for they legally should be refunding me my money. That's the logical thing to do here. Give me my money or give me my stuff, it's really not that hard to understand. This is considered theft and fraud and I will be calling my bank so the can retract the money themselves as well as reporting the company to better business bureau. Now I understand why they've gone bankrupt. The customer service agents are specifically paid to help me and they failed so what is the point of having them or offering there service. I will not be shopping or supporting there business anymore. I am not gonna argue with them anymore either. I was respectful and patient and got no help. I will just let time take the business down for me. Bigger and better companies with exceptional customer service like savage x Fenty will give them a run for there money. In a couple years the business will be dust, thank you and Forget F21.

Managed to get my refund by calling their customer service helpline number,i ordered 2 XL tops; they are so small that will not fit a normal 9-year-old. Now to try figure out the policy to return and get a refund I searched for the customer service number and finally found one in google about their customer service toll free number which is
+(1(EIGHT ONE SIX FIVE FOUR EIGHT TWO EIGHT EIGHT ZERO))))) after calling that number one of their representative answered the call, he guided me some steps and after waiting for 20 mins I got my refund.at first I thought whether they will really help me or it’s a scam but after I confirmed with my bank I was relaxed as I have really received my refund from them

I’ve shopped from forever 21 before but this time my package of 4 items did not arrive and I emailed and talked to customer support and they did not follow up on my last email. They want me to go through such a long process to either get a refund or my items and it’s frustrating because I never dealt with this from any other website.

Item got to me but the shoes were two sizes larger than what I ordered. I still have another package coming and am now worried about the size I'll receive in that one.
Definitely shop in-store so you can make sure you get what you paid for. Other than that, the shipping was decently timed despite what is going on. I just wish the shoes weren't a 9 instead of a 7.
Edit:
The second package got to me and thankfully, everything was correct with that package! They have a return option on their site when you go to see your past orders and send a downloadable package slip. One option you have to pay for but the other is free. I don't need to return them since a friend liked them and paid me for them but just a warning to those in the future!

I ordered from Forever 21 recently and was extremely dissatisfied with the customer service I received after having a problem with my order. My order shipped from them on April 3, and arrived April 9th. I was extremely excited, being that I was waiting for new work clothes for once I am able to go back to work after this pandemic; and have always loved shopping with Forever 21 in the past. With that being said, once I opened the box, I realized a coat I ordered (that was on sale for the price of $23.99) was not in my package. After trying to contact Forever 21 through their online portal on their website MULTIPLE times, although I am sure none of the messages I sent went through because all their page does is refresh, I decided to send an email to them. I sent multiple emails, up until April 16th, when I finally got a response. The email more so felt as if they were blaming me, and suspecting me of not telling the truth with not having an item in my package. They proceeded to ask me to send them pictures of the box etc. as proof, which I did not have because it had been over a week at this point and like most people, you take your items out once you get a delivery and don't keep the box. On April 21st, they contacted me again after my recent response email back to them and now wanted me to fill out an Affidavit form, for them to even look in to why my coat I ordered was missing. I was really confused with this customer service approach because it not only came off rude, but is not solving the simple problem of replacing the item, or refunding me. I even said it could be 100% store credit, because I would just rather re-buy the coat, or buy something else if it is not in stock anymore. When the package arrived, everything was perfect. The box was not damaged, not tampered with, and everything I ordered was in there (and I ordered a lot) except the coat. I work in retail myself and have for years, and I know what it is like to just misplace something by accident or forget to put it in there, because mistakes DO happen. I do not think that the customer, like myself, should feel blamed for a mistake that I know had nothing to do with me, or even the mail delivery system. Sadly, going forward, I do not see myself supporting, recommending, or shopping with Forever 21 anymore after this, and now can understand partially why they may be going out of business as a company.

I'm 5'8" 145 and I usually order accessories, shoes or sweaters. My orders have always been correct. I have received a beautiful boucle moto jacket, nice sweaters and fashion earrings, in okay time and have also picked up my orders at the store. Maybe because I live in CA? I don't understand the cruelty to animals post - except perhaps because of what the Chinese gov't allows...which is terrible to both animals and people. I did have one problem with a pair of boots that ran small, final sale. That's the only issue I have....lack of consistancy and maybe mislabeled. The shoes were Yoki...I have Yoki and fit me perfectly, but one pair of boots were 2 sizes too small. This is a QC issue and maybe the quality is going down. I hope China recovers from everything...bless the Chinese people..I hope they get freedom.

Don’t waste your time buying from this sweatshop using company...the policies are ridiculous and getting a refund for items missing from your shipment is like pulling teeth. Customer service at the store and on the phone is less than mediocre. Dealing with them is not worth the trendy cheap clothing.

Made an order with clothes as gifts for Ney Year!,they ddint send some part of it,not all goods were inside. and now they want me to send all back,from UKRAINE and pay shipping cost. Order a dress right before Christmas. Received it without any packaging slips or anything just a dress in a bag. Tired to take it back to a few stores in the area but they would not accept it. Call customer service and was told that it is an online item online and cannot be returned to their stores only through the mail. So now I'm stuck with a dress that I can't even wear. Forever21 is going out of business so do not order from them online because they are refusing to take items back. Only shop in stores after you have tried them on. Bad customers service ever and the return policy is horrendous. Do your shopping elsewhere, there's a reason thry filed bankruptcy.

If I could give this store as a whole 0 stars I would. My family and I have been shopping at Forever 21 for well over 10 years and I have never had an issue up until these past few months with the store and their customer service people. I am truly disappointed and will never shop here again. They have essentially stolen money from me and several people have lied to me over the phone and over multiple phone calls including managers. I placed an order on Cyber Monday and I am still having issues with this same order on Jan 13th of the new year. My order did not get to me until a month later due to delays and lack of communication on their part about issues with my order. By the time my order was processed 2 of the 4 items I purchased were sold-out (even though over the phone they assured me that they were holding all of my items despite the issues that had to be resolved- an obvious lie). After over a month of waiting and 5 phone calls with customer service my package finally arrived. It was when my package arrived that I realized that Forever 21 had charged me twice for the order. The 4 items I purchased were supposed to total to $21 and since I did not receive 2/4 items I was only supposed to be charged $14. Instead, Forever21 charged me $21 AND $14. I have called customer service 3 times asking to be credited back the $21 that I should NEVER have been charged in the first place and even escalated the issue to management the 3rd time I called. The first two times I called customer service assured me I would be credited back in 24/48 hours. Both times I waited 48 hours and did not receive my money or even a confirmation email. My 3rd time calling I asked to speak with a manager with whom I explained the situation. This manager who’s name is Victoria, yelled at me over the phone and continually shouted over me and did not let me speak and explain the situation I was in because she did not understand why I should be credited back $21. Even though I explained the entirety of the situation and she had all the information in front of her, it took me 3 times to explain to her that I needed to be credited back $21. I have never been talked to over the phone with customer service, let alone a manager, with such disrespect and rudeness. She did not even apologize for her mistake or admit that she was wrong. This call was 5 days ago and I, again, have not received a confirmation email or my money back. I have informed all of my family and friends who shop at this store of this horrible experience and they have lost numerous costumers because of it.
