Well, I purchased a pair of shoes. First no one is on the floor to help you like most stores. Not only that they lied and said they didn't have the shoe and I found this $#*! myself then I went to go purchase the shoes the security tag was held on by the price tag she took the security tag off I purchased the shoes asked if I would have a problem returning them I use my credit card she said no I wouldn't have a problem I said will can you hold them instead she said she could only hold them to the end of the day I said OK well I'll just purchase them but if I don't want them I'm going to bring them back mind you I had the receipt they were and visibly not worn and the cashier who is active the desk when I purchased them heard the whole conversation but then when I went to return them He acted like he wasn't there I'm like you were a witness you saw what happened why can I exchange the shoes they hurt I don't like them what is the problem basically they suck they have the worst customer service where is training the store is always dirty it's always cluttered there's never anyone on the floor to help you you ask a question no one knows where anything is there the most laziest sales people ever

My order is missing, I've contacted customer service 3 times about the issue (one email still remains unanswered), they are sending me a form to fill out. No information on when I can expect a refund. I asked for a replacement order (so I can get the items I ordered at the same price and I don't have to pay for shipping), which is a standard practice for many companies, and was told I needed to call and talk to a manager. So I will have to waste even more time on it. Overall rating for customer service would be zero if possible.
Now that I see how many people have missing orders I am never ordering from them again, it's just not worth the gamble.

Please save yourself some frustration and avoid ordering from Forever21. First, the shipping is terribly slow. I ordered items on August 3rd and they still have not arrived. It was stuck at "in transit" status for over a week. Second, customer service is rude. One nasty young lady hung up on me while I was asking about my order. Then, she had the audacity to hang up again when I called back. Look folks, spend your money in stores that value customers enough to hire competent and professional customer service staff. In closing, Forever21 should train customer service agents on how to provide courteous support (or fire them) and this company should invest in empowering customer service agents to offer customers some sort of good will gesture when orders do not arrive within two weeks.

The store is always a mess and the fees they charge are ridiculous- I pay bills online and they say it’s East costs banking times and my payment “makes it there “ after east coast time even though it’s has cleared my bank by the due date ! Horrible customer service when you call them - worst customer service of any company I’ve ever dealt with! Closing account and never shopping there again!!!

Made an expensive order on the 29th of July. It said I'd have my clothes by August 1st, and they never came. To this day, September 13th, they still aren't here. I'm aware they're filing for bankruptcy, so to some this shouldn't matter, however I made my purchase well before they filed, therefore this wouldn't matter if I had my clothes. I should have them by now. To make things better, it says my order doesn't exist, but my money was taken from my account. So I'm short money and clothes and it's been extremely difficult to contact Forever21 because my "order doesn't exist". Yes, yes it does!!

Ordered a denim jacket and I received a stripy wooden crop top? Returned last month, have not received a refund and have now emailed customer services twice with absolutely no response. Will not be ordering from them again. Now going to call to see if can finally get my money back!

WRONG PRODUCT. Store ran out of item, sent a different one without asking. Hideous dress. Now wants me to spend money printing shipping labels, waiting to get money back, and doesn't have correct item anymore. Offered free shipping, when shipping was free anyway.
I now have to find a new wedding dress with only a week. I've literally spent thousands of dollars at forever 21, but when there's a problem, they do NOTHING TO HELP!

So my daughter purchased items that was never delivered. First she did not get tracking information, package was to be delivered with a signature. Filed a claim, representative assured me an investigation will be done and with 8-10 business days a full refund. I called after 14 business days, I was told another investigation needs to be done, because they hav not heard from the carrier, which is Fedex, do understand what that has to do with me the customer. Now I was told I Amy have to wait another 8-10 business days and then if no response from fedex they will have to send to upper management to decide whether or not the customer should receive a refund for a purchase they did not receive, ??????????? Poor LUDACROUS

I have tried to pay off my forever 21 card and when I do they tell me it "makes it there" East coast times minutes after the deadline even though it has cleared from my bank on the west coast by the due date - they keep doing this and charging me a fee - a card that has been paid in full on the due date will literally take 2 months and over $50 in bs fees to pay off and close !!!! I will never shop there again- when you call the customer service department is useless and unintelligible with their answers and explanations. I would not be surprised if this company goes out of business with the way they treat their customers!!!!!

Eh, I mean you get what you pay for. I have to browse for hours to find a couple of things.
Never had a problem with the shipping or delivery of my order. Super fast actually but then again I do live in California. They really do have horrible sizing, all the things are always super small so I have to size up no matter what.

I went in with my 12 year old daughter to exchange or return her purchase. We were 5 days over the month return/exchange date. I totally understand having the policy in place, but I was willing to exchange and for something more expensive. They let us do it, but gave me a hard time and a bad attitude. That is terrible customer service. If I were a teenager, I'd more understand them discouraging the exchange, but I'm an adult who was ending up spending more money. They need to be mindful of who the client is. I'll never shop there again, and neither will my daughter. We will go somewhere where we are treated fairly, and there are MANY places where that happens and have much better quality clothing.

Improve the quality of material. Fabric is becoming cheap day by day. Earlier it was not so. Every money F21 earns by selling wool is blood money. Please don't harm sheeps and other animals for wool. Have some humanity. The balls appear on cloth after the first wash.

I ordered a jacket on sale one and a half month ago. The delivery attempt failed from their side and it returned to their warehouse, I received an email from Canada post that they received it. Ever since then, I literally call them every 2 days for 40 days now trying to get a refund!!!!

I never write reviews, but my experience with this brand and its customer service has been appalling. I would give 0 stars if possible. I sent an item back for a refund within the specified time frame. They've had my item in their possession for a month now, and I still haven't received my refund. Not even an update. I've chatted, called, and emailed customer service and nobody can give me an answer about my refund. They just tell me to keep waiting until "tomorrow" .... Tomorrow comes and still no update. This waiting has been going on for a week. Sincerely, the WORST experience I've ever had with a clothing brand. Needless to say, I wont be buying from here again. In retrospective, I guess it's my own fault for trusting such a cheap brand. Never again.

Nice selection, but I received tracking on 8/31. Today is 9/6 and the post office hasn’t received the package yet??? But, they won’t refund me. It’s obviously lost on their dock!
