I bought a Issa 2 toothbrush which fails on me within 2 weeks. Took me more than a month to get a replacement and I had to pay shipping fees for a defective product. Surprisingly, the replacement toothbrush failed again and had the same issue. I contacted the Foreo support and was promised to get a Luna in lieu of toothbrush due to much disappointment on the toothbrush. This matter again took a month to be resolved. However, I still get shipped with the toothbrush.
I went to live chat and I was told there is no change request? Luckily I managed to find some evidence. Irony enough, the representative suggested the change has not RE-CONFIRMED and thus nothing can be done although they had shipped the wrong product.
Well done Foreo customer service! I will not purchase any Foreo products anymore despite how good the rating was.

I lost my 2 FOREO before I left U.K. not many days from DHL that cost £288 and I had to deal between Foreo company and DHL almost by myself for a week
( everyday ) but both companies were not smart much, all they could checked was one of my foreo were registered by a girl name that whom may stolen my parcel when I were not home or DHL delivery guy delivered wrong address. They couldn’t even find a deliver guy who delivered and couldn’t even checked where is that’s girl address. So unorganized all you had to do was deal everything by yourself and wait for refund. Booo plus a customer service guy no replying me about compensation but left message please feel free to order products again. WTH?

My toothbrush stopped working/wouldn’t charge after a few months. I contacted customer services and was dealt with by iris. She was very helpful and arranged for toothbrush to be collected and within a week I was told a replacement would be sent. Great product and customer service

My Luna Mini 2 didn't come with a charger that's supposed to be inside the paper case. It's super upsetting cause I was extremely excitedly looking forward to its arrival. After complaining, they asked me for my personal info which I gave them right away but it's been days and I haven't heard anything from them ever since. I'm not sure how long this process would take or how it would eventually turn out. This is only the beginning yet the experience they give off is much worse than the moment I realized the charger wasn't there.
This is purely their fault and I don't think them sending me a missing charger will compensate for what I'm experiencing. I should be using the device just fine by now if it weren't for their stupid mistake.

My ISSA2 was defect and Marija was very helpful and fast with handling the shipment. Within a week my old ISSA 2 was checked and after that I get my new one via mail. Thanks for the great service and keep the good work!! greets from the Netherlands.

I bought in february this year a Foreo Issa 2. After a month it lost its battery and it won't rechange anymore. I spoke with customer support and they sent me another toothbrush. Unfortunately, the second one broke down exactly the same way as the first one.
However, I was very happy with the toothbrush because it did not hold bacteria and my gums were in better shape.

My device ( Issa 2) stopped to work after few months.
I made a complaint on foreo website and since that time Marija was contacting with me - she was providing me instructions and explanations. All that time she was very courteous and helpful. After less then one week new device for me is on the transport.

This review is about FOREO and not the product
I purchased a FOREO UFO in 2018 and loved the product. Tow months ago, they updated the app and I have not been able to use my UFO since. The app said my device was already registered (it was - to me!) and I have tried to email (via the app) to get this resolved on numerous occasions. Zero response each time
As I tend to use my UFO in my time and not during regular office hours, each time I thought about getting it sorted via online chat, it was was not available. I eventually managed to think about sorting the issue during office hours and the online chat response was good. However, they could help me and I had to email the services desk so they could remove my device from the app. I did this via my email account and not within the app. Zero response!!
I have since googled and found a tip on how to use my UFO without the app. The experience will not be the same but at least I can use the expensive device now.
It is a real shame as I loved the product and all the masks when I first got it but the app upgrade and extremely poor customer service has let FOREO (and me) down

Marija in Customer Services was fantastic. My daughter had queries about how to use her student discount as the code on Student Beans wasn't working. Marija could not have been more helpful in sorting it out. Super fast, delightful and resolved the problem.
It's always great to find a fabulous product and then get fabulous customer service on top. This company will go far.

I bought a $160 toothbrush.
It broke down after 1 month. I worked with customer service and they said it would need to be replaced. I submitted a claim. Another unnecessary step since they already told me it should be replaced but make the customer do the work.
5 months later it has not been replaced.
Their procedures are far more important to them than clients.
After realizing I had not received it I got back on the email and found out that they've been waiting for me to send them a picture of my product to prove to them that I'm not trying to rip them off.
I purchased one product directly from them. They have all of the records. They have a record of my emails about how it stopped working. Yet they refused to ship the product to me until I sent them a picture back of the only product I've ever bought from them.
They are treating me like a thief and behaving like blanks.
So I give in and send them the unnecessary picture.
I called to find out why I haven't gotten my toothbrush. I now find out there waiting for me to send them back their piece of junk before they're going to send me a replacement.
I pay them for a very high-end product that lasts a month. They have my money for 6 months now. And have been enjoying making me jump through hoops to prove to them what they already know and have on file.
This self-serving attitude is very unpleasant. The ought to be written up as an article case study of how not to take care of customers.

The product is great. It does a great job, much better than a toothbrush.
So why is my rating just "poor"?
Because 1) the product lacks reliability. We bought two - the first one went dead or malfunctioned after 10 days, and the second one after 6 weeks or so.
2) if only they had a good customer service. For the 1st one, we went back to Selfridges, where we bought it - and they immediately replaced it (as you would expect from Selfridges).But for the second one, as it was over a month old, I activated the warranty - and guess what: Foreo expects you to file a warranty claim, then send a video, and only then ask you to ship it at your own cost the defective item all the way to ...Croatia (?) before they will actually ship you a replacement one. Even after after acknowledging that the video evidences the malfunction. Needles to say I was unimpressed - and we went back to Selfridges who immediately replaced it, with no question and an apology. Foreo should learn from Selfridges when it comes to customer service.
So: you really want to try it? Buy it from Selfridges (assuming they decide to keep the product). And hope for the best!

I was unlucky with my first foreo product: the battery didn't work well. Luckily foreo's assistance immediately came to me and within 3 days I received my new Luna Mini foreo. Thank you so much Foreo, thank you so much Iris! I am satisfied with both the products and the assistance they gave me.
