I have just settled, for the second time my account with these people. I exchanged my Ford Kuga, the worst car I have ever owned, for a Mercedes B class, they asked Ford for a SETTLEMENT figure which was on condition it was settled within 7 days, it was paid on the 6th day, got rid at last, 3 months later Ford Credit wrote to demand another £300 as the so called SETTLEMENT figure was on the condition that another months payment was paid, if not paid within a certain period a default notice would be issued so destroying my 1st class credit scores. I checked with Mercedes who confirmed that the SETTLEMENT figure had NO conditions other than the 7 days, FORD then sent another copy with conditions attached, after another DEFAULT threat and no legal advice available (except the Citizens advice who can only "advise" you to "write a letter") so despite being in the right it would cost so much up front I just could not afford to take it to court and FORD were aware of this.

Thank you Justine for the professional attitude and going out of your way to make me feel appreciated and valued. My MOT was done and with greatest of care no complaints what so ever. This is how true customer service should be and I believe Dagenham should be a role model for the rest of the teams in the area.

The staff were extremely helpful when I purchased a Ford Fiesta. I couldn’t get to Eltham and they kindly arranged transport for me. Thank you to Fernando and Gary for all your help. Highly recommend. Lovely car too.

Our car was due to be picked up last night by a service staff person of Dees in Croydon , leave a courtesy car and take our car back to Dees to the lock up. The lady in question wasn’t experienced to drive cars- couldn’t drive the car, stank of smoke and then got in our car, and then said to my husband ; with your discretion, can I take it back to
Addington either it was her place or a friends. You hear these stories , and it happened to us, but luckily he said no way and asked her to get out of the car. What disgraceful behaviour !! This is no advert for
Ford Dees or Ford Dees of Purley Way, Croydon.

I had been looking for a car for a few weeks. I went to Ford in Cobham and was greeted by Josh Caesar one of the salesmen. He understood immediately the type of car I was looking for. Although there wasn't one in stock he found one in another Ford garage and had it brought over for me. Josh was polite, patient and knowledgeable. He was methodical in showing me how everything worked. The car was exactly what I was looking for and because of his care, patience and knowledge I bought the car. Thank you.

i have a 2012 ford fiesta. it is by far the absolute worst car i have ever owned!!! and i am not exaggerating. for starters this cars transmission is horriable. it shakes ant shutters almost every time you stop and go. switching low gears makes a god awful grinding and banging sound, and from all of the research i've done i am not the only one. I've taken it to two different ford dealerships just to be told that there's nothing "wrong" with the car. its just how it was made. there's no recalls on this issue. since learning about this ongoing problem i wanted to trad it in so ive been looking into a trade. recently my AC stopped working fund out it was my fan that was broke... paid 600 dollers for that to be fixed. then hoping id be able to trade within the next month my headlights are not working.... turns out the whole fuse box is corroded. and a piece of a fuse is broke off in the fuse box. i've called 2 dealerships to schedule an appointment and neither has called me back. its been 2 weeks. so i called the ford corporate office to not only complain but to ask for help in this matter. the guy on the phone flat out told me there was nothing he could do. i told him that this customer service let alone the make of this car has made me never want to buy a ford again. he said "I'm sorry you feel that way is there anything else i can do for you." I'm sorry this is the worst experience with a vehicle i have ever had. DON'T MAKE A PRODUCT IF YOU CANT STAND BEHIND IT. please before you purchase this car google all these issues i have named.

I gave my car Ford Kuga for servicing and MOT on 06-02-2018 and also asked them look at the electrics as one of the windows driver side was not working. Servicing and MOT was completed, however with no discount and they charged the full price, whereas other companies like Halfords are offering discount if you book service and MOT. The diagnostic check came back as front brake pads were not working, again that was an extra I had to pay , then for the key battery they charged saying it was not working.
To look at the electrics they charged initial amount, could not resolve the issue, then to do a further check into the wiring , they charged, total £195. the issue is still not resolved The car has been with them for 4 days . I had no car and no courtesy car offered and had to ask friends and my husband to drop and pick up my son from school. I could not go to my office(run a business), the warehouse was shut for 4 days. Finally on Friday they called and said they have to change the control module which will cost £400 and has to ordered. They asked me to collect the car as they did not have the part . I collected my car on Friday evening and Ford Charged me £610.99 for service,mot, wiring check, brake pads, key battery. Ford has charged me for the job that was not completed and the electrics issue is still not resolved.
Halfords also looked into it previously ,but did not charge as they were unable to resolve it . They gave me a quote for checking but when they could not resolve just asked me to collect the car without any charge.
Ford kept the car fro 4 days and when they could not solve the problem , they just decide to change the whole module. The car was bought new from Ford Stafford - 62 reg, had not done any miles -still very low . I am surprised that the central control for the electrics would not work for such a new car.
This is a very unprofessional,unacceptable and rude behaviour from the company and it is the worst experience I had and would never recommend anyone to buy Ford.
