This stuff is super cheap to buy on eBay (about $3), so always do your research on Facebook ads! The serum comes from China and for $3 you know it's not going to be "high quality" as they claim. Newly created page on Fb, has literally no negative feedback or Fb comments anywhere to be seen, meaning no honest reviews! Must be deleted comments. They advertise 93,000 buyers worldwide, yet on their website it only has 178 reviews, all positive. That is complete bull. I just tried to leave a negative review on their website and it says the admin has to review my comment first. This product is unsafe for your eyes, as you can see from the other honest reviews. Don't risk going blind!
RE the reply: then how do you explain how so many people are complaining of burning and redness of the eyes? And ignored emails? Which other reputable lash serum brand causes the same reaction and lies and keeps selling the same dangerous stuff? You say you don't test on animals, but you're testing on the humans who buy your product. You should be sued for misconduct.

I received both the serum for the lashes and eye brows at a decent arrival time. I'm now going on a month and me and my daughter have noticed the difference on both my lashes and eye brows. By the way both had just stopped growing. I haven't had any reactions to my eyes or skin. I'm about to order a second batch. This is a true review I'm 57 years old and as you get older eye lashes and eye brows just stop growing I love this product. When I put on mascara my eyelashes appear to be so long now and it's not the mascara. When I fill in my eyebrows now I don't have any spaces I love this stuff.

So I held off clicking the check-out button for a bit bcz I needed to check my credit card details and after reading the reviews here, I’m glad I didn’t. I’m writing this review bcz I’ve been stalked endlessly by ForChics since then. up to 4 emails on a daily basis about my pending order from their ‘customer service’. Of course asking them to take you off their mailing list I never subscribed to in the first place is no use. I’m receiving even more emails from them at all hours of the day and night. Smells like a scam to me, I’d avoid ForChics if I were you!

Do not but this product. I woke up with red painful patches under my eyes when using eyelash serum. So I felt it for a week and tried again just in case it was some other product. Same thing happened second time round including some swelling under one eye.
You would think from this result they would refund me as per their 100% guarantee. They did not. Refused to and said I could have a $20 voucher to buy something from their range. I replied saying that would not work for given adverse reaction I’ve had to their product. I reiterated I wanted my money back as per their guarantee. Never heard from them again.
I put a grievance through my banking institution and going through the process of trying to get my money back.
It’s actually not the refund I care about, it’s more the principle of it all

This is my second purchase of brow serum and this time I bought 2 bottles (was skeptical the first time). This product REALLY works, I was amazed at how great my brows look. It took about 2 months for me to notice the difference. I have bought some brow dye so that I'm not plucking out any greys too. The second shipment arrived in just over a week and I live in NZ. Super pleased with both the product and the service.

Forbrow from Forchics is garbage. Don't buy it.
My response to Forchics cop out email below:
"I wouldn't need a coupon to waste even more money on your products. "

I would give Forchics zero stars if possible. Of the three items I've ordered, only 1 has arrived and it wasn't worth even half of the money I spent on it. Another one of my items has been in a warehouse in China for well over a week and, despite the shipping information apparently being sent, it hasn't moved since. I've since bought a similar product for less money from a store near me because I have no faith that my product will ever actually arrive.
The last item I ordered arrived in the country a week after I ordered it but the shipping company Forchics has partnered with is impossible to get a hold of and, once I finally did get in touch with them, told me that my package is lost.
This company is an absolute con and I wouldn't buy anything from them again, even if my life depended on it.

This company is selling ineffective products, and will not issue a refund despite plastering "30 Day Satisfaction Guarantee" on every product page. The "Satisfaction Guarantee" is a blatant lie. It is misleading, because the full refund policy states that no product can be returned unless it is unopened. How can someone try the product without opening it?
The answer is, they can't.
FORCHICS have the "30 Day Satisfaction Guarantee" badge on all product pages to make customers think they can return the items if they aren't satisfied with them. And when customers do try to return an ineffective item they have tried out, they are told they cannot, and are directed to the return policy page.
This is a practice done by a lot of sketchy online businesses selling bad products. They show a "Satisfaction Guarantee" badge on their pages, and then when reviewing the actual return policy, you see that such a guarantee does not actually exist.
Additionally, this company does not have a phone number for you to reach them at. That should be a red flag right away. They do have a form to fill out to send them an email. I have sent them multiple emails questioning their policies and they have not answered me once.
They are a SCAM, plain and simple. They have many good reviews on their website, and good comments on their Instagram posts - these are undoubtedly fake reviews they have either created themselves, or purchased from a company who specializes in falsifying reviews and instagram followers.
Do not buy from this company. They are scammers.

I bought 2 bottle of the FORLASH Enhancer, I applied one within a month every night. My lashes didnt grow at all or became thicker....
Waste of money, it was cheaper yes but better pay more and get a result you wanted!

Definitely not the results expected. My lashes did grow a little, but it's far from the fake lashes/flashlight look like in the ads and/or comments on Facebook and Instagram. In comparison to other reviews, I didn't get health problems related to the product and the shipping was quite ok. I don't recommend the products from Forchics. The results are supposed to be visible after 4 weeks, and you can get a refund if it doesn't work... if you return it within 30 days (4 weeks). Totally a waste of money.

I would have given this 0 stars but have had to choose 1! My package got lost in transit ... apparently it was delivered up my house ... but it wasn’t. When I queried with customer service and asked for a refund I was (after several emails) informed that this was my fault as ForChics ant responsible for the packages they send. If I can’t resolve with the post office - which I can’t as I have no delivery card from them - then I have to accept the goods are lost and my money wasted. I can’t comment on the product as I didn’t try it ... however if you end up with a problem delivery like me .... then you too will be £££ the poorer. I did post this on their website but they chose to not show this review so they could only give an impression of positivity to potential purchasers .... avoid!!!

Docked a star because it took FOREVER to get to my house. The tracking number is useless. About a month after I ordered, the product just randomly showed up lol. I used it religiously for a month and holy crap! Eyebrows started to fill in and my eyelashes are the longest I've ever seen them. Definitely was worth it for me, but don't order if you hate the shipping angst.

I regret not researching the company more before purchasing. I bought it after heavy Instagram advertising, lots of great reviews with photos and a discount when I left the product in my cart and didn’t buy at first. The lash serum took 1 week to arrive via international shipping via Singapore with signature courier. I picked it up a week later because the courier tried to deliver while I was at work. Firstly there is no packing slip which I would normally expect with a purchased order. It was also listed as a Gift and valued at $6 on the customs sticker - I definitely paid $23 for just the product. It was wrapped in heaps of bubble wrap but when I took the box out it looked like someone had forcibly opened it at the bottom. When I opened it all the way and took it out, the bottle was dirty with some crust near the edge where you unscrew it. The warnings on the enclosed instructions aren’t grammatically correct which is weird considering it’s an American company. I’m worried that the product isn’t as advertised, has been opened and used or tampered with. Given the bad reactions people are having, I’m not keen to put this near my eyes. I’ve emailed them about the damaged product but I’m concerned that I won’t get a refund given the reviews here. I’ll update if I hear back...

Total scam..ordered for lashes 2 pens and mask for under eyes. The under eyes mask did not arrive and the pens..its just stinging liquid..not able to put on the roots of your eyelashes only as the description says. its just a pencil with liquid and the liquid is this: Purigied water, Sodium Chloride (salt), benzalkonium Chloride, Citric Acid, Disodium Phosphate and Cellulose Gum. Stupid me..why did I buy something without knowing the ingredients ..and just
Sodium Phosphate, especially Trisodium Phosphate (TSP) is an effective cleaning agent and is used in a variety of applications. It can be found as an additive in food, in household cleaners and detergents. Sodium Phosphate and Disodium Phosphate may be used in some laxatives, especially those used to cleanse the bowel before diagnostic procedures such as colonoscopies.
Although historically benzalkonium chloride has been ubiquitous as a preservative in ophthalmic preparations, its ocular toxicity and irritant properties, in conjunction with consumer demand, have led pharmaceutical companies to increase production of preservative-free preparations, or to replace benzalkonium chloride with preservatives which are less harmful.
Many mass-marketed inhaler and nasal spray formulations contain benzalkonium chloride as a preservative, despite substantial evidence that it can adversely affect ciliary motion, mucociliary transport, nasal mucosal histology, human neutrophil function, and leukocyte response to local inflammation. Although some studies have found no correlation between use of benzalkonium chloride in concentrations at or below 0.1% in nasal sprays and drug-induced rhinitis, others have recommended that benzalkonium chloride in nasal sprays be avoided. In the United States, nasal steroid preparations that are free of benzalkonium chloride include budesonide, triamcinolone acetonide, dexamethasone, and Beconase and Vancenase aerosol inhalers.
Please don't buy....and I want my money back. I will use my law insurance if needed
