Ordered food 2 hours ago that should have arrived in 45 min. They are still keeping us waiting and can't cancel the order. I can't imagine the food will be edible by the time it arrives, but there is also a big chance that it will not arrive at all, no way to tell really. We are starving by now and wish we ordered from Wolt.

Terrible experience. We ordered lunch at work today, the food delivery was incorrect and the free drinks that were offered with the meal were no where to be seen. Ok mistakes happen and the delivery driver was friendly but the customer service was terrible. I can get a refund in up to 3 days (apparently the money has to go to Germany and back?, doesn't really help when you want to buy lunch) so I tried to communicate my dissatisfaction with a chat service, no telephone number to call.
So I was left without luch, having to pay the delivery service.
I eventually managed to find a number to call, in which I was not allowed the full name if the person I was speaking to ( very sectrative) and I was told they must have ran out of drinks, it was the restaurants mistake and they would not refund the delivery cost.
I dont mind the mistakes its the passing of the buck and terrible customer service and the way they deal with the customers is the problem. Will not use or recommend this service.
