Supposed to be a low-fare airline. On the contrary, most expensive airline. Charges for seats and food. Never on-time. Customer Services takes at least 30-minutes to answer the phone. Hard to deal with.
Flights get cancelled frequently but Flynas never refunds or informs customer about how to get their money back.

I paid for premium seats, for me, my wife, and my son.
They gave normal seats, and in two areas, seprating me from my wife and kid.

Bad airline. They change or cancel flights two months after purchasing the ticket and one month before departure, so be careful. When you cancel your flight instead of returning the money to your credit card it gets added to your account credit on their website to be used later.
