Fraud, Please do not use..
It’s been over 3 days since I paid for a flight through this Agency on Friday 30th November 2018, they haven’t issued a ticket or receipt.
I went as far as sending a screenshot of my bank transfer to the company to the company, I have sent countless emails, and have been unable to reach the company.
This company is a fraud and will be reporting them to Action for fraud and Civil Aviation Authority.
I’m getting married this Xmas, and will have to book a fresh ticket to travel for my wedding.
Please do not use this company, customer service is based on India and will put the phone down on u multiple time, and doesn’t have any complaint procedure or cant advise on how to get your money back.
