I use this site to deliver flowers to Philippines but recent service was very disappointing. I send several mails to customer service for instructions but no feedback from them. Plus they use the flower delivery service in Philippines that is having bad reputation and unreliable service. I regret using this site and will not recommend to anyone. Their online chat service is also not working so any customer with issues are helpless.

They take the money, never deliver the product, their phones and live chat don’t work AT ALL. There is no way to contact them.
I had to call my bank to try to get my money back and they cancelled my credit card and will take a few days to look into what happened. Until then I am out of 54 british pounds (they were supposed to take £21), no flowers and no answer for my emails. WISH I HAD READ THE REVIEWS BEFORE BUYING FROM THEM. 100% FRAUDULENT.

Missed delivery date, didn't hear a thing from them. Emailed them, they told me they messed up, and offered 25% to deliver the flowers late. Their "full refund if late" policy is just a lie. Their 800 number just rings and rings, nobody picks up. This company is as shady as they get.

Had to give this awful company one star so that I can write a review. WOULDN'T EVEN GIVE THEM ONE STAR!!!! After waiting 8 days for their 'Guaranteed Delivery on time' - and having to do all of the chasing to get something done, they have today said they can move the order to another florist but they cannot arrange for more added flowers by way of an apology to my friend for her 8 days late birthday bouquet - and they didn't even offer me a voucher for discount off a future purchase as an attempt to keep my not insignificant business with them... well shove your flowers where the sun don't shine Flora 2000. I gave you repeated opportunities and even ideas on how to save this situation and avoid a really bad review . BUT you are so NOT into customer care you totally ignored me - AT YOUR PERIL. DON'T TRUST THIS COMPANY FOR A SECOND.

08/25/2017. I received an Email from Richard Fulham stating that "order is on it's way shortly"
The flowers did not arrive as promised.
I questioned them by Email twice . No reply to either Email. So much for there blurbs "NOTHING IS WORSE THAN A GIFT ARRIVING LATE" AND "AVOID DISSAPOINTMENT, TRUST FLORA2000" "100% GUARANTEE ON TIME" AND "BECAUSE YOU JUST CANNOT AFFORD TO BE LATE". NO replies.
I searched through my Emails and finally found two Emails in my " junk mail" . I asked myself if 'OUTLOOK' was used to scams from this company and orientated their Emails to "JUNK". Stranger than strange, these Emails asked me to "for security reasons to call their 1-800 number" This was not possible as I was ordering from England and 1-800 numbers in the USA cannot be dialed from the UK. I explained this to them in a further email. No reply! I questioned their incompetence.
On 09/01/2017 I received an Email stating that FLORA2000 that "FLORIDA was outside of their delivery area". Total farce!! Even laughable ...as FLORA2000 claim to "deliver nationwide, Australia, Philipines, Germany, Columbia, UK, ...but not ,it would appear, on their own doorstep?????? This company at best is a joke ...at worst????... STAY AWAY FROM FLORA2000 AND AVOID TOTAL FRUSTRATION AND TIME WASTING.

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY! I booked flowers from this site, they took my money and then told me that my wife wasn't at home when they went to deliver. B$llSh!T! She had a broken leg and couldn't leave the house unattended. They used every excuse as to why they couldn't deliver but they are a S C A M website. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY, YOU WILL LOSE YOUR MONEY and leave a loved one without flowers.

I had used this service over the last several years and had been happy with the service. Then I got a 'thank you and a picture' of an arrangement I had sent to family.
It was 'sort of' close to what I ordered so I wrote it off as a slight mistake.
I know it is probably difficult to get exactly what you see as an arrangement.
My last experience I spent just under $200 for a Christmas arrangement that was not remotely what I requested. Pictures were sent again. I was quite embarrassed by what was received. I notified the company twice of my displeasure asking for a refund or credit. I have never received a response of any kind. Do they think we will not see the arrangements? Stay away from this company. Not worth the fear.

3 years ago I ordered from Flora2000 to send a bear and flowers to my girlfriend on a valentines occasion. First they shipped it in a box, second they shipped the wrong items, third one of the items were damage...
This year I decided to give them another shot, because I understand that mistakes can happen... this time they over charged my card by $10 after I tried to contact support to get that $10 back. First I tried connecting to chat and after waiting 15 minutes the person ended it. I tried to go in chat again, but this time they completely turned off their 24/7 support chat with an excuse saying they were over loaded. So I tried calling their 800 number.. no one was picking up the phone there and so I emailed them.. I got a response telling me they are revoking my discount code! (So they can sneak away with the money they over charged me even though the discount was only $3!!!) I'm trying to get a refund now and I'm never going to order from them again!

I had been using FLora2000.com for years before now and even as recently as last Valentine's Day, however I don't know if this company has recently changed owners but I was recently scammed by them. I ordered flowers for my wife on our anniversary to be delivered to her office on June 2. The flowers never arrived and they are still claiming that they delivered it and my wife has received them. I have been trying to talk to an agent but their phone doesn't work (they claim it does but it doesn't). I managed to use their Live Chat session once but after that it wouldn't allow me to connect after that. Smelling a fish, I created a different account and voila, I got connected. But I was told they would resolve this issue and their resolution was to insist that my wife had indeed received the flowers when she hadn't. Of course now I can't connect back on either account! If this isn't a scam then I don't know what it. They have already charged my card even though the issue was still in dispute. I would suggest that you avoid this company and go with other reputable ones.

I ordered (Order # 1511921) a cake from Flora2000 in Feb and it was delivered a day later in the evening. So much for their tag line "Nothing's worse than a gift arriving late. On Time Assured" ! First I reported when it did not get delivered on the date. Next I reported when I found out that the cake was hard and stale. The recipient was embarrassed to even let me know, in case they would hurt my feelings. It was a let down for me.
They responded back asking me for pictures of the cake to prove that it was hard and stale. Like the recipient would preserve a stale cake for a week and the pictures will scream out to indicate that the cake is stale. I have used flora for a long time and never had an issue. I would have let this pass had they not responded silly and also kept my money.

I ordered a dozen roses, a small box of chocolates and a balloon for my girlfriend who is a teacher at a school for blind children this past Valentines day, I also ordered a 16 piece box of chocolate for her students not wanting to leave them out, my girlfriend received some flowers the day after without the vase that was to be included and without the chocolates I ordered for the her students, I tried many times to make contact an no one will return my inquiry's.
these people should be ashamed or at the minimum be embarrassed, but after reading other reviews I see it is their normal way of doing business, I will never recommend these incompetent people to anyone, I wouldn't trust them to deliver a single blade of grass, our loved ones or special occasions are too important to be trusted to these lowlife thieves!!!!!!!!
Dear Richard Fullham, you are a bold liar sir, look at the picture you offer for the $17.99 add on of Ferrero chocolates that I purchased, I count 16, I invite anyone to count them, also you are lying about how many chocolates were delivered, first delivery included the FREE 3 piece chocolates with the Sinful Surprise, second delivery included 2 boxes of 3 piece chocolates, that adds up to 6 chocolates for $17.99 not the 16 you have PICTURED in your website.

I went on flora2000 to order flowers for my fiancée. I ordered it 4 days before valentines day. It was delivered on time(that was good) but something was wrong. The flowers did not look like the pictures on their website. Here's the kicker, the chocolates were nothing i mean nothing like what i ordered! It was just like they got the order, picked some random flower and chocolate and delivered it. I think they actually thought people won't notice, these are people that actually ordered something based on the picture on the website(like any reasonable person). I don't know about anybody else but i spent a couple of days trying to find the right flower based on the damn picture on their website. So what did i do you might ask, I did what even superman would do, I called flora2000, but the line was busy (hmm why oh why). What did i do next I went on their website, and looked for contact information. Guess what it said we are busy just send an email here and here, so convenient, easier for them not to respond. But i wasn't thinking like then, I was like any reasonable human being. It makes sense that they would be busy then, after all it was valentines day. SO I sent an email to Richard (hmm if that's a real person, real people with a heart would respond, unless he's a member of ISIS) and wait and waited. Today I'm sick and tired of waiting. I paid a higher amount for a lower quality product. It's like paying for a Mercedes and getting a Toyota (noting against Toyota but Mercedes is my dream car). My goal now is to go to every review site in the world and tell the whole universe how flora 2000 is nothing more then an organization of thieves!!!

A few days before Valentines Day I ordered flowers through Flora2000 to be delivered in Australia and put a remark saying it had to be delivered that day. Today, Valentines Day, at 9 am I got an email notification saying the order had been delivered and my card would be charged; however the order wasn't delivered. I hoped being 9 am I'd have enough time to report it. Flora2000 never picked up the phone until 5 pm. Meanwhile I chat with them twice and all they said is I had to allow 24 hours to investigate. This service is unacceptable and almost fraudulent.

I am so disappointed with this company. After one incident with them, I thought I would give them another chance. I ordered mother's day flowers the MONDAY following mothers day, asking for a Tuesday delivery. The website made people aware that the delivery may be a little late, Thursday at the latest. The flowers did not get delivered on tuesday. Or wednesday. They sent me an email on wednesday, giving me the option of my money back or a thursday delivery. I opted for the thursday delivery.
It's friday, and my mother never got her flowers.
I do not recommend this company and I will not use this company again. This is unacceptable business practice and they are too unreliable. Lets see if I get my money back now.

Do not EVER use these a**holes. Your order will NEVER be delivered by the promised date. Although they offer a "100% on-time delivery guarantee, or a full refund".......... LOL good luck with that. Also, good luck getting anyone on the phone. Ask for an explanation and all you get is a bunch of sorry's, etc, and no resolution other than a discount on a future order. Seriously? Why would I want to order from you again when your only reliability is being late and having poor customer service? Well, I made that mistake and again ordered from this company...... yes, stupid me! Well, the same results...... two days late on my order so far and no answer as to where the hell the items I ordered are. Hey D*ckFullham........ have a nice, big, hot plate of brown.

I ordered flowers on the 'One day delivery' Service so they would arrive to surprise my girlfriend for her birthday. They never arrived. Although I was disappointed, I understood that delays can happen. I contacted somebody on the live chat and was assured they would arrive the following day. They didn't arrive. It's now ten days later and two of my Emails have been ignored. On top of this, I have been charged. I can't explain my frustration with this company enough at the moment. In all fairness, on two previous occasions they delivered within the expected time frame, but this experience has put me off using it again. The irony of it is, the website states 'Nothing is worse than a late gift, ' on time assured' Or something along those lines.

I had ordered flower arrangements a few times from Flora2000. Never again after today! I ordered an arrangement on Tuesday to be delivered Wednesday for a funeral. I checked my email Wednesday night to find that I had an email notifying me "delivery was not completed due to an unavailability of fresh flowers at our outlet’s end" and asking if I authorize delivery for the next day. This was particularly frustrating because ALL OVER their website, they have verbiage which states "BECAUSE YOU JUST CAN'T AFFORD TO BE LATE! 100 PERCENT GUARANTEE ON TIME" and "NOTHING WORSE THAN A GIFT ARRIVING LATE, ON-TIME ASSURED". This is absolutely FALSE ADVERTISING. I logged into my account to find the same email along with a confusing message which read "Accepted for Delivery" when I knew for a fact the arrangement was not delivered to the recipient. I did not receive any phone calls about this order not being delivered. The message mentioned "we are available round the clock". This was DECEPTIVE terminology used yet again because I called the toll free number provided in the email and it went to voicemail, I tried to live chat and nobody was available. I emailed them about the discrepancy Wednesday night and nobody had responded to the email by Thursday morning. I had to livechat to request that they deliver the flowers today and for the delivery charge to be refunded in full. The representative's response was "We can have this order delivered today to the recipient and refund you $10 for the delay as well." I requested a full refund of $14.99 for the delivery charge as this was a time-sensitive delivery for a sympathy arrangement and a partial refund for the delivery was unacceptable to me for all the trouble. The rep said this was not possible and kept asking if I wanted to either cancel the order or go through with the order. I asked to escalate the matter further to her superiors, she said she contacted them and asked me to wait for a few minutes so she could resolve the matter. She let me know that the flowers could now not be delivered until 4 DAYS from the original date of promised delivery. So if I had not requested to escalate the matter, I would be disappointed yet again that the delivery would not be made 4 DAYS from original date. I asked why and she replied "It seems the arrangement you have chosen is not available in the entire chain of outlets we have with us, while we are on chat we tried to have other vendors pick the order and process the same for you but failed." I asked if there were any other arrangements that could be delivered today. She replied "We will understand completely if you choose this cancel as we completely understand your side. All deliveries for today are already processed and now the cut off time for deliveries for today are shut at our vendors end." I canceled my order and requested a refund in full. The representative kept asking me to cancel the order during our entire chat rather than attempting to fix the situation. VERY POOR COMMUNICATION FROM THE COMPANY, POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE AND DECEPTIVE ADVERTISING ON THEIR WEBSITE.

I have been using Flora2000 for many years and most of the time, despite high cost of both flowers and delivery charge, I have been satisfied. However, in the past years their website has continued to be clunky and they continue to not deliver flowers on the dates promised, even if you order well in advance. Their promise to the customer is on-time deliver or a full refund. However, if you read their refund policy, it shifts all burden to the customer to prove late deliveries or poor quality, neither of which is easy on an international order. I am tired of the late deliveries and the excuses they give that on Mother's Day (or other well-known holidays) they receive a lot of orders. I'll be shopping for a reliable, honest company in the future, but I know Flora2000 is not it.

This company deserve 0 stars. I have never experienced such horrible service. I have never called a company during their hours of operation and can't get in contact with a representative for multiple days. Desperately wanting an answer, I have to go on live chat and even then sometimes no response. That's not the only reason this company deserve 0 star, have you ever heard of a flower company unable to deliver what they promise because there's no fresh flowers??? and didn't even notify the purchaser that delivery will be reschedule for the next day. Never delivered the flowers since I got fed up with such horrible service and cancel the order. If u want a nightmare order flowers from flora2000.

After painstakingly looking for a florist to deliver flowers to Mombasa i finally found the right people to do the job. Beautiful fresh flowers were delivered to my girlfriends house. Loved the service will definitely use it again. Thank you flora2000
