My name is Neset, booking number is #1051028100. I booked a bus on 19.08.2019 15:55 Solna station → Arlanda flygplats. I had been to the station 45 minutes before and waited until 16:15 then called customer service. I said that I was still waiting for the bus. She called the driver and said to me "driver had drived to an other direction and didn't stop there, If you want we can pay back" I said " No good. This is not fair," She said me that she could upgrade my booking to a very closed station which is after 30 minutes later, I asked if I could catch it, she said yes. I didn't know bus station places and much about Solna. She upgraded booking but I missed it. Because it was in Haga Norra station. It was impossible to be there in time. I got a taxi and paid 575 kr. Don't trust this cheap bus company. They say "we can pay your money back" What will you do with this money, can not pay for a taxi. Choose a real transfer bus company which is little bit expensive but trustable. I got it probably 100 times and never had problem. And never paid 575 kr because of their mistake.

Worst service ever. My bus was delayed for two hours. There was no warning via the app or via email, I found out about it at the bus station. The Portuguese customer service number didn’t work because they had no agents covering that shift, I called the German one and whenever I chose to speak to an agent the call dropped. After several attempts, I finally managed to speak to the rudest agent ever, who was unable and unwilling to help us get on another bus that was right in front of us. It was just a matter of issuing new tickets. When told we were going to lose our flights and our money for them, he said “I don’t know that you will, I don’t know about your life.”

I had pre booked my ticket online and paid for it. When i reached the bus station, the driver was unable to scan my qr code. My name was also not available in the passenger list. That's horrible.
But the driver was very cooperative and let me travel. I would have rated 1 star for the app and ticketing process. But the driver made me give two more stars.

I have taken the FlixBus many times from Berlin to Chemnitz. Almost always on time, apart from when traffic is bad which can’t be helped. You can’t beat their prizes. I never had to deal with their customer service which gets a lot of bad reviews. FlixBus so far has been great for me.

Flixbus is a service that has many destinations, which is quite practical to travel with. The almost always present delays however are extremely frustrating, especially when you bought two tickets from the agency and missed the second one because of a delay on the first one and they do nothing about it.
Customer service is also not the best, when you write an e-mail to them they don't even read it at first, and send an automatic, useless answer to your problem.

Never again I plan to travel with this company! I booked a ticket from Munich Airport to Seefeld. On the ticket they wrote it's allowed to have bulky luggage on this track, but the driver wanted to leave me there because of a information letter in the bus that says in big double buses that this is not allowed. Furthermore the driver was very unfriendly to the guests, and almost every one had to pay more, for minimal reasons. Luggage minimal more than 20 kg or hand luggage minimal bigger than their allowed mini sizes. After I also paid money to him, he was sooooo friendly to take me to Munich. There the next driver should decide if he leaves me there or not... I was lucky and the next driver was friendly. So after that all, I arrived 1,5 hours too late in Seefeld, and furthermore also late for work.

BEWARE FLIX PANORAMA SEAT IS NOT THE SEAT YOU CHOOSE ON THE SEAT MAP. I spent an extra 5 euro on this option and was kicked out of the seat ina VERY nasty fashion. The driver was rude and angry and seemed to be high on either meth or cocaine, he was extremely violent and threw my shoesoff the bus and screamed at me and other passengers. I DO NOT feel safe on this bus now!!

I waited for this bus for a very important meeting in Frankfurt, the bus did not came and I was there 1 hour before departure from cologne süd, I tried several time to reach customer service and check on their app without success, as the time finally came I tried to reach the customer service which was (not interested in the job he was doing) to not say something else, they told the bus was there, I asked all the drivers and they said that's not the bus you re looking for. Guess what happend, well that was another campany that operated the way to Frankfurt and guess what again no mention of operated by xxxx on the ticket, only the flixbus number 268. When I told this to the representative that I spoke to, he told me you are the only one who missed that, all passengers were checked in, as I told him we are at least 2 persons here still waiting, he told me, yes there is 2, I told him if I tell 3 you will tell me 3 and so going on... Anyway never ever flixbus again. I was offered the next bus, but that was too late for my important meeting, I got in the bus, and guess what? The driver left 5 minutes before the official time of 7:45 he left at 7:40!! What for the passengers that could have come in these 5 minutes??? Anyway never ever again flixbus.

Unfortunately they do not provide the information about the traffic. I would never take this bus if i would know that the road is in construction. And of course they are late. If you know that the traffic is huge you at least arrive on time

One of the worst transportation companies I have ever had the pleasure of using. Their chauffeurs are extremely rude and condescending and have a fondness for yelling at their passengers. Also, their fondness is also extended to arriving several hours later than the ETA.

They don't deserve any stars. The bus never came to the address stated on the bus ticket. Me and 4 other passengers were stranded in Portugal while en route to Spain. They told me they would refund me the cost of an Uber for us. It's been 3 months and I still have not received a refund. After numerous phone calls and emails, I'm still being told to wait patiently. 323 Euros they owe me.

Accident by night. All passengers had to sleep on the floor of a gas station from 2 to 7 a.m. Not enough support about how each passenger should reach the planned final destination after the accident. No further information about any reimbursements either. Being reimbursed at least the payed price should be automatic and natural; passengers should not have to explicitly demand so.

On thursday the 25th July 2019 we had an reservation on the bus from Nürnberg - Berlin Tegel , 01.00clock we met up with our tickets and the QR code wasn’t recognizable and the chauffeur couldn’t see our names on his registration board. We called the customer service who told us that the transfer was cancelled 20min after the reservation witch was on 4weeks before, but still we got a mail with a reservation on 2 seats and a QR code? We needed to catch a flight in Berlin. Luckily after some motivation from us, the chauffeur found 2 seats for us, but the progress was not okay! The bus was 40min delayed because of that.

Terrible all the way. My booking got canceled one evening before the trip. Got a mail they rebooked me 6 hours later at a different pick up location. Ofc I didn't want that because I would be at the airport too late.
Didn't get my money back.
Avoid at all costs, horrible company!

I travelled with my friend from Dresden to Berlin. We arrived with our penny boards (mini skateboard) in front of the bus, wanting to put them in our normal sized travel bags, where they basically dont take more space than a pc nor are heavier than 2 kg. However, the bus driver turned out to have some nonsensical dislike of penny boards. He said, its illegal because of the toll to take penny boards from Dresden to Berlin... if the police would find them in our bags (well, maybe there are penny board sniffing dogs??), he would get fined or in prison :D So ridiculous that sounds now, he kept being convinced about his opinion, adding we can simply throw the penny boards away.
As we couldnt miss our bus, a friend saved us from losing our property and took them, so we had not to throw them simply away.
I have been talking to flixbus for 2 months now. Or tried. But Flixbus service does not seem any better than the bus driver's behavior, using same illogical arguments (penny board being special luggage) and sending automatic replies.
I cannot recommend Flixbus, they do not seem interested in costumer satisfaction and there are better bus companies you can rely on, have a nice drive ;)
Ps. If you travel with penny board using Flixbus, simply put it into your bagpack without the driver seeing it. Its totally save with Agb of Flixbus, and I mean come on, its like a computer so why the bother?

Worst experience ever. 3h delay of first bus, lost my Flixbus connection (same company). I called the hotline asking for a seat in their 3h later (direct) Bus, they denied. Once the first bus finally arrived with 3h delay they finally rebooked my ticket for the connection, but the super incompetent staff issued a ticket for a MONTH later, not 3h. When the bus arrived and I showed my ticket, he said it's not valid and left me standing there because the bus was full. (Which it was not before, because I thought about buying the ticket of 80€ myself, but then I would have had to argue to get the money back). So I was left there for 4h more on the closed Nizza airport, no toilet, no water, no food but cockroaches. Another call to the hotline: Rebooked at 4h later bus. What they didn´t tell me on the phone is I have to get off at Montpellier and wait another 3h for another bus to Barcelona.
So all in all, arguing on the phone all the time, and instead of one direct bus from Nizza to Barcelona with sleep I had to watch my luggage basicaly all the time in Nizza for 5h, in Montpellier for 3h and arrived 10h late because the staff at the hotline screwed up. Thanks for nothing Flixbus

Flixbus deserves zero points. Very bad costumer service and very bad delivery of the company's value proposition: unfriendly, dumb staff without a soul, buses are very often more than 1 hour or more too late, bad or no delivery of their promised services:
I wanted to take Flixbus from Munich to Zurich.
My ticket was valid from Munich to Zurich. I was not allowed to take the bus to Zurich as I had no hardcopy ID with me. My electronic passport which is accepted even for intercontinental flights were not valid for the flixbus staff. As this was the last connection that day from Munich to Zurich, I could not take the train anymore. I suggested the flixbus staff that I will buy a new ticket which will be valid to Contance, which is close to the Swiss boarder. As this flixbus was already delayed, flixbus told me that ticket purchase now is no longer possible and that I cannot take the bus from Munich to Contance even thought my ticket was valid even for a longer distance until Zurich. I had to stay in Munich. Luckily there are better companies in this sector such as blablacar.de or sixt car rental - without them I would had no chance to travel from Munich to Zurich (where I live) that Sunday night.
I will never use flixbus again and engage in word-to-mouth propaganda in order to protect my friends from experiencing such a bad service as I did.

My review is based exclusively on my great experience with Flixbus. It was route 106 Bern-Munich on 24th of August, and same route back in the morning on the 27th of August. I want to highlight the best service ever provided by the wonderful driver who introduced himself as Marian, from Czech republic, and who provided our journey with excellent punctuality, cheerful mood and atmosphere and was keeping the bus absolutely clean and tidy. In defence of my driver at the tour from Berlin ZOB to Warnemünde Strand on September 1 at 8pm to 11:30 pm: A guest left the bus toilet in horrible shape having soiled the whole cabin. Because of that for the whole ride the toilet remained pretty much unusable to the distress of the other passengers. One of the passenger became very vocal and racist towards the driver, ordering him to clean up the mess when we stopped in Rostock. He even threatened with a complaint and almost started a fight. In defense of the bus driver I'm writing this review to be a witness on behalf of the driver, he tried his best and even though he had cleaned the toilet at ZOB Berlin it is due to one of the passengers that it was unusable. I hope this goes through to the driver and his boss so that there are no bad consequences for him as he took his job seriously and didn't deserve this kind of treatment.

I had taken a trip with Flixbus which was perfect. I decided to book another trip. About 10 minutes before scheduled departure time we were notified bus was running 1 hour late. OK, things happen. Unfortunately this delay would not work for my plans. I called customer service and requested a refund. I was told that no refund would be issued since they only refund when the bus is 2 hours late.
In my opinion, that is theft. It is most certainly, rotten customer relations. They should have refunded the ticket price, or at least a substantial portion thereof.
Flixbus has proven to me they are nothing more than a greedy business out for the money with no regard for their customers.
Actually FlixBus is the looser here as they will not get a penny more from me.

We went a day early to ask the bus driver if our 11 month baby could travel with a baby carrier and if he needed a ticket. He said it was fine and baby travel free. Based on that info we reserved tickets online for the next day from Luxembourg to Brussels. The next day , we artived two hours before departure , the bus driver arrived late and made us wait till the end of the queue with my baby in tow before telling us he wasn't willing to take us without the car seat even though we explained we checked the policy the day before. We then had to unpack all things from the bus. Three things. 2. It never specified what a suitable carrier or seat was for babies, if they need a ticket . We have lost 40 euros and lost time as well as endured humiliation all because we listened to one flix bus driver advice and had another horrible bus driver to deal with. First and last time. I will never set foot on flix ever again.
