Cannot cancel account
I have attempted 3 times to cancel my account with flipdrive.com, there cancellation page go to a 404 error page and will not cancel the account. I have emailed them through their contact form and have received no response. I am still being charged for a service I do not want anymore with no way of canceling it. I looked flipdrive.com up on the Better Business Bereau. They have an F with people stating the same problem and one person stating they have been trying to cancel their account for a year. BBB also reports that they have reached out to the website and also received no response.
