My 2 months old huawei p20 pro is sent to them with a price of 497 EUR . It is protected since used, both display and back is covered by case and foil. Then after Flip4New check, they told me the phone’s display flash and on the back there are some tiny scratches, which should not be felt without optical device. Then the price become 81.49 EUR.

Total liar company, I reject it and hope I can get my phone intact return, without damage.

They give you a high price and let you send your device, then decrease your value with some ridiculous reason. What a f*** company. Keep away from them.

Never buy something from them, they are really bad with waranty and try to avoid the waranty to tell you it is the german law. When they sell it abroad the european law is applied. also when it happen in the first year they still try to avoid the waranty. They are really bad never buy from them and on ebay!!! trust me on this!!! I already had the problem.
