Don't waste your money. I bought two bikinis that I hope would arrive before my vacation but didn't. When they finally arrived, the bottom was too small on both and I email them asking if they could send me a size bigger. They did not get back to be at all so I sent back the pieces. No refund was issued either. I still have my tracking and I know they received their package back.

Return policy isn't reliable. I wish I had saved my money, because I can't return an item that I can't use. I ordered a phone case and the material is so flimsy, if I had dropped my phone it would have cracked for sure. So the item reviews are probably fake. Wasn't worth the money. And I did give the case a try, but it wouldn't have worked for me. Case wouldn't have protected my phone in any way. So I was told that the item has to be completely unused for me to return it, and they expect the customer to pay for shipping. So basically, you get hardly any refund. Shipping took too long and it was hard to track my order anyways. Lesson learned: don't order from any "discount store." Plus now I want to unlink Flamingo from my Facebook, and I haven't heard anything from customer service. The customer service representatives don't offer anything except snarky replies when you do hear from them. Don't trust this company at all.

They took more than 3 months in delivering my merchandise and when I realized the measurements of the item I ordered didn't match the description in the website, they refused to accept the return of the item because of the long time that has passed. They never responded to any of my emails and lied to me several times over the phone. I spend a lot of money on this merchandise and also a lot of money calling them several times, because they were long distance phone calls. They are a fraud all around. They are not a brand name, just a store, so if you see an item that you want from that store, just look at brand and find it directly in the website of the brand of the product you want to buy. I lost over a $150 over a stupid and horrendous stuff animal with these thieves.

Avoid this company at all costs
Do not order from Flamingo Gifts - they lied to me regarding the dispatch date, refused to provide a tracking number AND blamed Parcelforce for a two week delay.
Needless to say their customer service is shocking and puts all responsibility on the customer for their own failures. Do yourself a favour and shop elsewhere

I placed an order at the beginning of November 2018. To date I've still not received my order.
When initially chasing this up, I emailed but got no response. I duly called and got told that there could be a delay due to the Christmas period. Come end of November, still nothing. I get told to go check with Royal Mail sorting office local to me - without a delivery - and they can't find anything in my name.
Again I email and ask for the next steps, again I receive no answer. I call the said person yet again only to be told that it is partially my own fault for not putting the company name on the parcel. I'm sorry, but the address is still the same. I also get told that I should wait until the parcel is returned to them before another can be sent to me. Quite clearly I now will not receive the lovely gift I was hoping to give to someone at Christmas time & will make an alternative plan however, I can extremely disappointed with the pure lack of customer service on your part.
You claim on social media and your website that you respond within a couple hours, well that is nonsense as you don't bother to respond at all.
You have my email address, my contact number and I've messaged you on facebook too.
