I bought a Fendi Baguette in Italy and the first time I used it, the magnetic button clasp fell. I wrote to Fendi and was oriented to go to a shop in Brazil (where I live). I was really frustrated, because I was informed that they would "fix" the bag. But I bought a fancy and expensive bag and the truth is it had a quality control problem. I have LV, Prada;, Burberry and Gucci bags (for more than 10 years ) and I NEVER had a problem like this: first and only time I used it, and the button fell. I believe that this kind of luxury good must be high quality and to send it to be fixed in another country is not an ethic behavior I expected from Fendi. Very upset and feeling to be foolish.

I ordered some sneakers from this company and they came probably in the mail. First smelling the other just as I imagined. I have very appreciative and grateful for my package. I can’t wait to wear them tonight and show off with my friends!

My mother bought me a Carl Lagerfeld key chain from Fendi and I loved wearing it. I was in Miami and went to the Fendi store as the nose on it broke after wearing it for a couple of months and wanted to get it fixed. The lady behind the counter was very sweet and said that they will only do repairs if bought at Fendi - not Bergdroff's. And, wanted a receipt to prove where it was bought. I tried to explain it was a gift and my mother had died so I couldn't ask her. All I wanted was It repaired. Evidently Fendi doesn't stand by its products unless bought from their store directly. Buyer be ware.

I was sent an item in a colour that wasn't remotely like the colour pictured at Fendi's webpage. And now Fendi is - de facto - trying to prevent me from returning the item (my statutory right) by claiming that it cannot be picked up from the very same address that it was delivered to!!! The parcel is big and heavy and I don't wish to have to carry it somewhere else in order to be able to return it - and why should I?!
The Courier of Fendi (UPS) has picked up numerous parcels from the address in question, so to tell me that pick up services aren't available in this area is a mockery. And sometimes I have called UPS as late as 2-3 p.m. and have had them pick up a parcel the very same working day (parcels sent as "standard"). Maybe Fendi should just let their (adult) customers arrange the pick up service themselves just like other high end webshops do...
It took Fendi almost a week to ship the item and now this. I dare not think of the time it will take get my refund, if I am ever able to return the item.

Terrible policies and customer service. I bought a 4000$!! pocketbook for my wife's birthday. They wouldn't allow me to ship it to my office, only a home address. I couldnt ship it to my home because it would ruin the surprise. I shipped it to a colleague's home instead. The agent on the phone never told me someone had to be physically home to sign for it. (the call was recorded by them) There was no way for me to get the gift in time for her birthday unless someone took a day off work to wait for it. They refused to let it go to the house without a signature or have it forwarded to my office or held at the post office. They had zero interest in trying to be helpful. Luxury goods with luxury prices should come with luxury customer service.

Fendi has to have one of the worst customer services in the world.
I’ve contacted them on 4 separate occasions, 3 by email and one by phone. I have not received a response from fendi by email and this has been ongoing now for 3 weeks. When I called I was in a queue for 40 mins waiting to speak to someone. When I eventually got through the lady just kept apologising to me but told me my refund would be given. Nothing has changed since I contacted them by phone. Still no email response, still no refund, still no update of what is happening with my return!!! What more can I do?

I wanted to buy a belt online and it was sold out so was pointed to the store as they had one in stock. Not only was the sale done over Whatsapp they tell you to bank transfer payment with no information attached to send the belt to you.
Due to lack of interaction I cancelled the contract of sale and was told the payment would be reversed and refunded. Since the 28th August when this was agreed until the 18th September all they did was constantly pass the book. The manager seems to have no idea of refunds as they are processed by the finance team. In the finance team various people, just told the same LIE over and over. ‘We have paid you. It was sent. Check your bank.’
Actually check yours because payment was only sent today and received by myself TODAY!
It must be something with these Italian companies where they’re so wrapped up in trying to be luxury and high end. That they’ve lost all sense of morals and integrity. If you’re sooo designer giving somebody back their £350 should be nothing to sneeze at but obviously not!
The store service was monotonous each phone call you can tell they are so disinterested and the Head office finance team are obviously trying to claim interest off customers money so they constantly lied to me about a nonexistent refund they issued me.
I guess it was my own fault though because what upstanding genuine company does sales over Whatsapp. And who takes payments by bank transfer. Silly me
BUT I have my money back now and thankfully now know to NEVER shop at fraudulent Fendi again!

I bought a fendi beanie recently it was delivered as kids instead of mens was slightly dissapointed in that but everythink else was perfect staff was nice offered us a drink and too get comfortable

I don't even normal write reviews as am honestly not one to complain would rather just order something i pay them they send me my items everyone is happy but fendi's service is rubbish and its not to name drop but compared to the likes of louis vuitton or gucci whom i've ordered from before with no problems they could more than take a leaf out of there book even there customer service line's hold music sounds like an old un clear radio but that wasn't what bugged me ordered a t-shirt and pair of trainers together so i expected them to arrive together! only the t-shirt came so obviously i checked they didn't charge me for the trainers which to be fair they didn't but wouldn't go a miss to get an email out of customer care to say hey sorry customer we ran out of stock i then tried to re order them to which site said they were out of stock but you can pre order them which i did an email came through few days later to say they would come towards the end of November i happened to look on the website a week later and the same item was showing as available so i called the customer service line and they confirmed they were so i said i should of got an email to say there are now in stock but didn't i said you might aswell cancel that order and re order them as they will come a lot quicker the agent agrees and stated they should come in 4-6 business days she said i can order them with her over the phone gave her the billing address and my shipping address which is different which i pointed out!!! as i wanted it to come to work not my home as i wont be in. It had gone over the 4-6 days which they said it would arrive by so again checked my emails and they put my billing address the same as the shipping address so just called them to find out why they managed to get the delivery address wrong and why is it late they weren't much help called UPS who they use for delivery for them to tell me i also cant go and pick it up from the local pick point because fendi for some werid reason said i couldn't? so am going to miss the order because of there screw up and now i have to mess around with ups to get re directed you cant even talk to a manger over the phone so the chance of someone from fendi bothering to read this or to improve there service is slim but i'll say it any way RUBBISH SERVICE!!!!!!

The website is very organized and very fast delivery .. the packaging was real neat.. they also added a gift card which is very nice .. loved it ..my only note is that this web doesn't give special offers or discount and the prices can be a bit more expensive than other websites.

It’s very bad.
Unlucky day when i ordered from Fendi a gift for my sister it not delivered to you every day tell us tomorrow will be delivere and when you ask refund they ask me to respect his policies!! They will not respect the time of delivery!!
