I've ordered 3 LV bags in the last month in a half. I couldn't be happier. All of the bags look new. I totally saved a couple hundreds. Thanks Fashionphile!

I have purchased 3 beautiful bags from Fashionphile, and I currently have one on reserve. All of my bags were purchased at way below retail, and they're all in pristine condition. I cannot say enough positive things about this site. All of my bags came with super fast, free and easy shipping. I would definitely recommend them to any and everyone.

I bought the wrong size LV bag, returned it. Was refunded immediately. Bought another bag, it was suppose to be "very good," but when I received it, it was excellent. It was in a great shape. Love the bag. Took it to Neiman Marcus, they said it was real. Buying another bag soon. Please don't hesitate to buy from this company.

I placed order through my direct debit bank card, but they noticed me that they cannot verify my order and cancelled my order. Yes, they refunded to me but I have to pay $92.6 for O/S fee or transaction fee. I called them why cancel my order, but they couldn't give me reasonable reason, just say we cannot verify your order. When I checked out, only have 2 options to make payment, 1, Paypal, 2, bank card, there is no any notice to inform me about verify order. I don't think Fashionphile is formal. They don't have standard, and they decide to sell to you or not. Won't buy anything from them. Charged me $92.6 for nothing.

Sent it in one week ago and still waiting for response. Says it will take 1-2 days. What a joke! They seem disinterested. Contacted them twice and still no action. Is their business suffering??? Stay clear people

I purchased a Louis Vuitton bag from Fashionphile and a few months later they offered via email to buy it back. I took them up on the offer, sent my bag back which was received, and received a check on October 14, 2019 for $906.50. I deposited the check on October 21, 2019 but the check was returned on October 25, 2019. My bank explained that the check was returned by the Federal Reserve as a duplicate check. I spoke with several people at Fashionphile and they spoke with their accounting department who in turn spoke with their bank, JP Morgan. Their bank rep and accounting department claim that the money has left their account yet I never received it. Their bank doesn't have the funds and my bank doesn't have the funds. I provided them with a copy of the cancelled check showing that my bank returned the funds. I also provided them with a screenshot of my account showing I don't have the funds. Fashionphile either wrote a duplicate check to someone else or the check was fraudulent. Fashionphile must have insurance or can dispute the charge with their bank and reissue my check but they haven't helped me. I am out the LV bag as well as $906.50. In essence, they stole my bag due to a "bank error."

I just sold 750 dollars worth of stuff to them but never received my money ! First of all they keep records of accounts that are old when you sell things to them they send the money to old accounts then don't really care of you revived your money or not . They also have a feature on their site where a customer can change their account at any time but that features can pretty much not be there because these people still will sent the money to account from years ago ! They messed up on my account sent it to a closed account and all they will say is sorry then ignore your emails and still keep your things !!!! I have sold stuff before where it went smoothly but if for some reason they mess up you will get ignored and lose your money and precious things !!!! DO NOT SELL to them or be very care ful and keep
All emails and proof of everything . You can also work with attorney general if you ever get scammed by them and report to bbb ! They already have quiet a few open cases you can read for your self there !!! Just be careful with this company

Selling: I have sold them some of my items, but I have been getting low offers recently. It usually takes 3 business days for the money to be in your account once they mark it as paid. Buying: Shipping was fast and secured. Some of the items are higher than other sites, but Fashionphile feels more secure. They recently stopped putting the alert date on the items you are following that will be discounted, so now you won't know when the items that you want will be on discount. I find that a bit annoying. This just makes me not want to buy from them when I can buy luxury items at different sites with better discounts. They were a 5/5 when it comes to buying luxury items, but now it's a 3/5 since we won't get to know when the items will be discounted and their offers for sellers are so low.

Don't use this company (especially if you live on the East Coast) as it will take over 10 days to attempt a delivery! They include shipping but it's "bottom of the barrel" ground and takes forever from California. Plus, someone has to sign for the item. Not worth it. I ordered a handbag for my Mother (as a gift) and she still does not have it. The delivery company (UPS) only made one attempt (did not even leave a ticket at her home) and now it is at a drop off location (according to the tracking) which means she will not be getting her item. This was getting shipped from California to Buffalo, NY (you'd think it was going overseas) of how backward the process is. I can't believe the reputable Neiman Marcus has partnered with this company (I'm sure they will drop them). Go with the Real Real - even though they charge for shipping you will get your items within 3-4 days and they dominate the market share of online sales in the NYC area. Furthermore, Fashionphile does not offer Affirm financing like many of the online consignment companies (which is a red flag - lack of financial bandwidth).
I cannot emphasize enough here; DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. THEY CANNOT EVEN DELIVER A SIMPLE HANDBAG (idiocy).

Bought over 10 times and Sold over 15 times.....All positive and commendable experiences...Introduced 4 friends into their site and now are happy customers....They pay good price for bags that I sold and I got excellent condition and prices on the bags I bought.Return policy (if not satisfied) is pro consumer.Lay away is very convenient for 60 days to pay..They are very rigid with their buying because, they make sure they only buy and sell authentic ones..the inconvenient issue for me is the appointment...you just can't walk in without an appointment ,buying or selling....Over all,++++

NO CUSTOMER SERVICE FOR SELLERS!
I have been dealing with FASHIONPHILE on an issue for a week now. I sent an item for sale and they didn't accept it because it didn't meet their standards. Which is fine. BUT they then took a week to send it back and then made delivery restrictions which would delay getting my product back further.
What they forgot was that there is a person on the other side. They didn't consider that I needed the item back as soon as possible so that I could sell it on eBay or another way. Obviously I needed the money because I wouldn't have sent it to them to buy in the first place.
I received generic answers and no customer service. All I received were hurdles And excuses rather than find a solution. I was not being unrealistic. I was just asking for faster return and they refused saying they couldn't ask for faster delivery from UPS. I was willing to pay for the service. The item would be delivered to the same address, same recipient and also get a signature. Nothing would change other than the fact that I would have gotten some customer service by allowing for faster delivery.
My experience was horrible. They said they wanted to help but failed to follow up and actually do something about it. They were actually saying they wouldn't and not couldn't.
I've written my experience here to WARN sellers. The deal is one sided and if you need some customer service you won't get it. It's all about them. It should be about customer service and the customer because they need us to be in business. Maybe they will change their tone when they pay attention to customers when we remind them that there are two sides. Without us and lots of comments - negative feedback - we will go elsewhere. There are lots of alternatives. Don't they want us to do business with them and not others?
I suppose time will tell. If every unhappy person has the ability to influence tens of people then we can mane a difference.
It's amazing reading here that there are more negative comments than positive. What does that say about them?

Within the last year have purchased 2 Louis Vuitton items and the last item was purchased 08/12/2019 and has already cracked, called to have something done (exchanged or credit) nothing. Sorry can't help you is all I got. I guess they could care less on what I have purchased in the past. Should have cared because never again.

I was the victim of a home burglary, where the culprits broke into my home and stole several designer bags. As part of the investigation, my bags had been located at Fashionphile, since I was browsing online to see whether the culprits had tried to sell my bags. I called Fashionphile and had receipts from the time of original purchase to verify the serial numbers and to ask them to not sell the goods since they were stolen property.
Fashionphile told me that the only person that could speak to them was the Detective on the case. Subsequently, the Detective contacted Fashionphile and provided them a list of items that were brought in and sold by the same woman who had burglarized my home. At the time, Fashionphile had returned two of my Chanel bags and said that the rest would be returned after a judicial resolution.
Fast forward 10 months - the woman is convicted and I had reached out to Fashionphile regarding the remaining items they promised would be returned. Once again, they told me that they were only allowed to speak to the Detective on the case. After speaking with the Detective, he had informed me that Fashionphile told him they had already sold my stolen items at some point during the 10 months even though they were fully aware they were stolen property that were subjects of a criminal prosecution.
This company has no respect towards its customers and worse yet, seeks to encourage the practice of purchasing stolen items for resale in order to turn a profit. I am extremely frustrated by how they handled this situation and hope no one has a similar experience.

I have made multiple purchases from Fashionphile even though their prices are higher than the competitors. I have contacted them on 3 occasions. 2 out of the 3 were ignored and I never received a response. In the 3rd occasion, it took them 3 days to respond with an abrupt canned answer of sorry can't help you.
I will never shop from them again. Considering the price point you would except polite, timely customer service. Not recommended.
I have multiple receipts, however site would only allow 1 to be uploaded.

I have bought Chanel and Louis Vuitton items from Fashionphile, and have had a perfect experience. Every item I have received was better than described. I paid way less than Yoogi's Closet or Realreal. There was one item I had been waiting for the Chanel Boutique to get, but it was never available. I called Chanel's customer service to see of they could locate it and was told I should wait to get the "boutique experience" at my nearest boutique. Well, it came up on Fashionphile! I bought it and took it to be authenticated. No problems...every item I have bought from Fashionphile has been verified as authentic from an independent authentication service. So much better than waiting and the item is absolutely flawless! Also, Fashionphile sends wonderful dustbags... thick cotton, not some weird see-through weave. I highly recommend Fashionphile!

I bought an LV Alma PM bag from them. No where in the description did it say the handles were sticky. In my excitement I removed the tags, took it out of the packaging and OMG the handles were sticky! I mean lollipop sticky. I called the client representative and they said they're nothing they could do because I took the tag off already. I said you could at least have described the bag accurately - that they handles feel like an old lollipop. She said they would have cleaned it and never sold a bag like that, yet here we are. Unbelievable. If you buy anything from them, keep that damn tag on. They never offered to have it cleaned, which is what I was hoping they would do. Instead they only offered to buy it back for 70% of the price. She went so far as to say I probably did it. Worst customer service and deceptive descriptions.

I wish I could put a better review but It took almost 9 days to get quotes on 8 pieces of T & Co. Jewelry. Then I shipped it out and the items arrived 5/22. I got an email saying 24 to 48hrs for Authentication and payment. It's not 5/30 and I received an email after contacting them that it can take up to 12 days for my items to be processed. Original email says 2 days and now Im going onto the second week of nothing. If I had known that it was going to be this much of a headache or aggravation I would of gone through yoogi's closet. At least they are quicker.

If you have items to sell, forget trying to get a quote from Fashionphile. When you submit an item to get a quote, you get a notification that states that it will take 1 - 2 days. They NEVER get back to you with a quote in 1 - 2 days. My complaint is that if they cannot get a quote out in 1 - 2 days, then change it to 5 - 7 days (that is on average how long it takes). Just be honest rather than to set false expectations to your customers. I have called to complain about this a number of times and they always make up a lame excuse.

I purchased a Chanel bag from them. Unlike other reviewers here I did not need to talk to their customer service so I was spared from any bad potential experience with them. However I received my bag and the packaging they sent it in was wonderful. Overall I am happy with my purchase and would shop with them again.

I have absolutely loved everything that I purchased from this site (7 bags and counting). Every bag came to me in better condition than described. Pay a little more and purchase only "new" or "excellent" condition. Also, I love that I can get a leather bag and not feel guilty about killing another animal for it (huge animal lover). My reason for only 4 stars is this, 1. Customer service. It takes forever to hear back from them through email, sometimes you don't hear back at all. 2. Shipping- It takes 7-10 days to get my items even after first purchase verification. This is excruciating for a girl that just purchased a great bag and wants it today! Still, it's a small price to pay to save many times 50% on a bag that looks and feels brand new. When I want a new bag, I always look here first to see if they have what I want. Many times they don't, and I have to buy new. But if I can save a grand or so and put that in my bank account instead of someone else's, I am all for it!

I sold a couple bags & bought a little coin purse. They gave me a quote on the bag that was close enough to what Id have been able to get on my own & I just wanted it gone, so I was happy enough to sell it. They received my item & I had my money direct deposited in to my account within about 3 days. Totally painless.
The coin purse shipped super quickly. I received it within 2 days & the shipping was free.
The negative with Fashionphile is that they dont accept designer clothing & then the buy out price on some of the items was absolutely ridiculously low. $25 for a pair of Jimmy Choos that have quite literally been worn 1 time? I paid far more than that. Theyre authentic & theyre going to mark them up far more than 50%. Other shoes that are much more worn & they offered more money? I understand they buy what sells, but that stuff is crazy. Id rather put in the effort & sell it myself on poshmark for quite a bit more.
All in all, Im glad I have the option... I would advise others to be well aware of what their items are worth before buying/selling. Its a good site overall... just make sure you arent getting ridiculous low balls.

I ordered an $800 item for my mother and waited 4 days to receive a tracking number. I called twice and was told the package was shipping that day. Later I was told the risk manager had to approve the purchase and that was just done the day before I was told it was to be shipped. The boutiques don't even do that. Buying should not be this cumbersome. Either way, this is not to my standard of customer service and they have lost a sale.

I paid extra to have an item delivered in two days. They use FED EX which doesn't care when they deliver so of course it didn't make it on time. No one responded to my emails or phone calls. Also, I was sold a Tiffany watch awhile back and they stated that it had scratches. That was the only flaw. Nope. The watch was totally broken and missing parts inside. They told me that since I cut the tags off, they could't take it back.

Horrendous Customer Service I recently submitted items for quoting, and they were accepted, once I sent them in i received an email that the items were received but one of my items was not authentic. I know 100% this is not true, but whatever. I was asked to pay a $75 fee to return it to me (which was how much they offered me for it, so basically I'm paying them for an item I already owned), but whatever and I wrote back that I would as soon as I received confirmation that I would receive ALL 3 items back and not just the inauthentic one. I received 2 automated emails stating once the fee was paid my item would be returned, and a partial email where I believe someone was trying to say yes or confirm, but they seem to be technologically illiterate and the message was unfinished and the automated message saying once I paid the Item (not items) would be sent back. I have been asking for confirmation for 2 weeks that ALL items would be returned and kept getting no real response. Finally, today, someone emails me and says that the check was mailed and the items were paid for, and they can stop the payment on the check for a $25 fee on TOP of the $75 they want to charge me for not authenticating an authentic LV strap. Now let's be clear, they purchase my LV luggage tag for $15 and are reselling it for $125, and my LV poignet they purchased for $10 and are selling it for $50. Thats an 80% margin. So I guess I'll cash the $25, but my strap is considered stolen merchandise in my book.
