I ordered an item and after waiting 4 WEEKS I received the wrong thing (I ordered a Jabra adapter, they sent cheap sunglasses!). We all make mistakes, but since then they have refused to give me a full refund and are insisting I pay for return of the wrong item, which was sent because of their mistake, to China AT MY OWN COST!
AVOID. Crooks!
